End-user terms
Hullspark apps on the Atlassian Marketplace are licensed under Atlassian's standard end-user agreement rather than a custom EULA of our own.
Which agreement applies
Every Hullspark app version listed on the Atlassian Marketplace opts in to Atlassian's standard, customizable end-user agreement — the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (Version 1.0), which Atlassian offers to Marketplace Partners who do not maintain their own customer agreement. The full text is published by Atlassian here:
- Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Version 1.0 (atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace/end-user-agreement-v1)
Your use of the Atlassian Marketplace itself, including purchasing and installing apps, is governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
Provider-specific terms
The standard agreement allows a provider to add a short set of provider-specific terms. For Hullspark apps these are:
- Privacy: our Privacy Policy describes what the apps read and store. Nothing leaves your Atlassian site.
- Support: support@hullspark.com — see the Support page.
- Unlicensed state: when an app is not licensed (for example after a trial ends), it keeps working in read-only mode — listing, searching, scanning and dry runs continue, but no changes are written.
The exact provider-specific terms shown on the Marketplace listing for a given app version are authoritative if they differ from this page.
