How to print your Wix Bookings list or export it to CSV

You want today's bookings on paper for the team, or in a spreadsheet. Wix Bookings has no print button for the schedule, and the way Wix itself suggests is to export a CSV file and print that. This page walks through both export routes and what to watch for, following Wix's help center.

Short answer

You cannot print the schedule from the Booking Calendar. Wix's help center says printing upcoming sessions is not possible and the request is open＊1. The workaround it gives is to export bookings to a CSV file and print that＊1. You can export from the Booking List or from the Booking Calendar＊2＊3.

Export from the Booking List

These are the steps in Wix's help article＊3, with its button names.

In your site's dashboard, open the Booking List.
Optionally, click Filters to narrow the list. Wix lists session date and time, registration date, booking status, payment status, service name, staff member and client name as filters＊3.
Click the Export icon at the top right.
Choose All, Filtered or Selected.
Click Export.
Before downloading, scroll to the very end of the list so every booking loads, then click Download CSV.

Export from the Booking Calendar

This route asks for a date range＊2.

In the dashboard, open the Booking Calendar.
Click Manage at the top of the page.
Select Export booking data.
In the report-type drop-down, choose Booking List.
Choose the date range.
Click Export to download the .CSV file.

Wix says the file opens in Excel or Google Sheets＊2. Open it, select what you need and print.

Things that trip people up

You cannot choose the fields. The Booking Calendar report has a fixed set: session date, start time, registration date, client name, email, phone, address, spots filled, minutes, service name and type, staff name, booking status, attendance status and payment status＊2. Delete the columns you do not want on paper after opening the file.
Personal data is in it. The Calendar export includes client names, emails, phone numbers and addresses＊2. Mind where the file and the printout end up.
Recent changes may be missing. Bookings updated in the last hour may not appear＊2.
It is a manual step each time. For a daily sheet you repeat the steps every day. Wix frames its workaround for schedules that stay the same each week＊1.
No export size limit is stated. The Booking List loads in sections, so scroll to the end before exporting＊3.

An app for day and week sheets

Repeating this every morning and tidying the CSV before printing is tedious, so I built an app for it: Booking List Print & CSV. It adds one page to the dashboard. You pick a date and it lays out the time, service, staff member and head count of each booking as a day or week table that you can save as an A4 PDF or a CSV. It does not read customer names, phone numbers or email addresses. It is available on the Wix App Market.

What it does not do: it never changes or cancels a booking. It has not been checked on a live shop yet.

FAQ

Can I print my booking list or schedule from Wix Bookings?

Not directly. Wix's help center says you cannot print your schedule of upcoming sessions from the Booking Calendar and the request is open＊1. Its workaround is to export a CSV file and print that＊1.

Where do I export bookings to CSV?

There are two places: the Export icon at the top right of the Booking List＊3, and Manage > Export booking data in the Booking Calendar＊2.

Can I export only today's bookings?

The Booking Calendar export asks you to choose a date range＊2, so setting it to a single day is the likely way, but Wix's article gives no one-day example. Try it on your site. The Booking List also has filters, including the session date and time＊3.

Does the exported CSV include client names and phone numbers?

The Booking Calendar's Booking List report does: client name, email, phone and address, and its fields cannot be added or removed＊2. Handle the file and any printout accordingly.
