How to edit many Wix Bookings services at once

You run a salon, studio or clinic with dozens of services and want to raise prices, rename a group or hide several at once. The Wix help articles we read describe no bulk editor for Bookings services. Here is what Wix says, what you can do by hand, and where that stops.

Short answer

Do it by hand

For a price change, follow Wix’s pricing article [1] once per service:

1. In your site’s dashboard, go to Booking Services.
2. Edit the service.
3. Scroll down to the Price & payment section.
4. Choose an option from the Price type drop-down (for example Fixed price, then enter the price).

To hide a service from your site, Wix’s article says to open Booking Services, hover over the service, click the More Actions icon and select Hide from site. Hiding a service does not cancel existing bookings [4]. That article also describes view-only services and approval-required services; each is set per service.

Get a list of your services

Since the services themselves cannot be exported [2], the CMS is the nearest route. Wix’s article says Wix Bookings generates collections for scheduling, services and staff, and that they are read-only [3]. To show them:

1. Open the editor and click CMS on the left.
2. Click Your Collections, then Manage.
3. Click More Actions at the top and select Advanced Settings.
4. Turn on the Wix App Collections toggle, close the CMS window and click Wix App Collections on the left.
5. Hover over a collection, click its More Actions icon and select Export to CSV.

We did not check which fields the Bookings collections hold, so open the file before relying on it. Changes still have to be made inside Bookings itself [3].

Where it gets hard

• Every change is repeated per service, so a ten percent price rise on forty services is forty edits.
• Nothing shows the before and after of a batch, so a typo in one price is found by looking at the live site.
• The CMS copy is read-only, so you can see the list in a spreadsheet but not change it there and send it back.

For a handful of services the dashboard is quicker. The work only becomes a chore with a long list.

Bulk changes in one pass

If you have many services, the Wix app Bookings Bulk Editor by Hullspark (ours) lists them, lets you tick the ones to change and choose one operation: add text to names, replace text, append to the description or tag line, raise or lower prices by an amount or a percentage, set a duration, switch online booking or hiding, or change the category. It shows a before-and-after table first and writes only when you apply. Prices change only on fixed-price services, duration only on appointment services, and one run applies up to 500 services. The list and a CSV export are free; applying changes, importing, and backup and restore are Pro. It reads service settings only, not bookings or customers.
