Privacy Policy — Hullspark Wix Apps
1. What this policy covers.
This policy applies to the apps Hullspark publishes in the Wix App Market (each an "App"): Low Stock Alert for Wix ("Low Stock Alert") and 送り状CSV出力 / Japan Shipping Label CSV ("Shipping Label CSV"). Our apps for Atlassian Confluence and Jira, and Markshot for Windows, are covered by the separate policy. Each App runs inside the Wix dashboard of your site and uses Wix's platform and APIs; its backend code is deployed through Wix. We operate no servers of our own for either App, and neither App's code sends data to any server other than Wix's.
2. Data the Apps read.
Each App reads data only through Wix APIs, only with the permissions you approve when you install or update it, and only to do what you set it up to do.
Shipping Label CSV reads your Wix eCommerce orders that are not yet fulfilled, not cancelled and not archived (up to 1,000 at a time), so that it can write a shipping-label CSV for Yamato or Click Post. From each order it uses the order number, status and payment status, the order date, the recipient's name, company, phone number and postal address (if the order has no recipient address, the shipping destination, then the billing contact), the billing contact's phone number (offered to you as an option when the recipient has no phone; never used automatically), the item names, and the order total, balance and tax (to flag possible cash-on-delivery orders). These are personal data of your customers. They are read into your browser, kept in the page's memory only, converted to a CSV file in your browser and handed to your browser as a download. They are not sent to us and are not written to any storage by the App. If you use "Import tracking numbers", the App also reads each order's status, fulfillment status and line item IDs, to match the rows of the file you choose. That file is read in your browser and is never stored or sent by us. What the App changes in your orders: only when you press "Mark as fulfilled" in the confirmation step of "Import tracking numbers", the App creates a fulfillment on each selected order, holding the carrier name "Yamato Transport" and the tracking number from your file. It changes nothing else in your orders. Depending on your store's settings, Wix may send a shipping notification email to the buyer; the App cannot stop it. The CSV export tab only reads orders. Permissions: the App requests read access to store orders and "Manage Orders" (to create fulfillments); existing users approve the new permission when they update the App in Wix's "Manage Apps" page. The record of this session's results is kept only while the page is open, and the results CSV is created only when you press save. The App also reads its own installation record (instance ID and whether your plan is free or paid).
Low Stock Alert reads your Wix Stores product and inventory data: product IDs, variant IDs, product and variant names, stock quantities, whether stock is counted, which store catalog version you use and, if you have granted the categories permission, product category IDs, names and parents. It reads this when you open the App and, in the background, whenever Wix tells it that a product's stock has changed. It also reads its own installation record (whether your plan is free or paid, and the language of the site). It does not read orders, customers, members or payment information.
3. Data the Apps store.
In data collections on your own Wix site (created by the App, readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself):
- Shipping Label CSV — "Export Usage": one row per calendar month holding the month and the number of orders exported (used for the free-plan limit). It holds no order numbers, names or addresses.
- Low Stock Alert — "Low Stock Thresholds": per product or variant, its IDs, a copy of the product name (for display), the "low at" number you set, whether it is watched, an optional supplier name and "restock to" number you type (text only; no address, phone or email), whether it is currently low or out of stock, and the time and result of the last notification (the first words of an error if it failed, and the receipt number Wix returns). "Low Stock Settings": one row with the number for all products, the default restock number, your notification switches and language, the time of the last test notification, and the summary schedule you chose and what the App keeps to run it (the automation ID, next and last run times, result, receipt number and error text). "Low Stock Category Rules": per category, its ID, a copy of its name and the number you set.
In your own browser, not on your site and not sent anywhere (the browser's local storage on your device): Shipping Label CSV keeps your sender details (name, phone, postal code, address, building, Yamato billing, fare and class codes) and the header-row choice, per site, plus your light/dark choice and a mark that you closed the review request. Those are your own business details, not customer data; customer data is never stored. Low Stock Alert keeps your light/dark choice, your language choice and a mark that you closed the review request. The restock memo in Low Stock Alert (product names and numbers) is copied to your clipboard or saved as a CSV file by your browser on your device only.
In logs. When a product's stock changes, and when something fails, Low Stock Alert's backend can write lines to the App's logs on Wix's platform. They contain product and variant IDs, stock numbers and error text; they contain no customer data. Wix hosts those logs and decides how long they are kept; Hullspark, as the developer, can view them.
4. Where data goes.
Nowhere outside Wix. The code of both Apps contains no calls to any other host, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. The only requests the pages make are to Wix's APIs and to the App's own routes on Wix. Links to Wix pages (the upgrade page and the review page) open only when you click them. CSV files are saved to your computer by your browser; what you do with them afterwards (for example uploading to a carrier's service) is your own action under that carrier's terms.
5. Notifications (Low Stock Alert).
Low Stock Alert sends notifications through Wix's own notification service. They appear in the notification feed of your Wix dashboard and in the Wix mobile app (the "back in stock" notice appears in the dashboard only), to the contributors of your site, subject to each person's Wix notification settings. A notification contains a product name and a stock number (a summary contains counts and the first product names). The App sends no email. If you turn on the stock summary, the App creates one automation in your Wix Automations to deliver it at the time you chose. We do not receive or see these notifications.
6. Retention and deletion.
We keep no copy of your store's orders, products or customers: the data above lives on your Wix site or in your browser. Order data is never stored by the Apps.
Low Stock Alert: open the App and press "Delete all data of this app" (at the foot of the page). The App then also tries to remove the summary automation it made (if Wix refuses, the leftover automation does nothing and you can delete it in Wix Automations), deletes the rows it stored in its three collections (if any row cannot be deleted, it says so), clears its three choices from your browser once the deletion has succeeded, and tells you how many items it deleted. The empty collections themselves stay, because Wix does not let an App remove them. In versions released before October 2026 (version 13.0) this button does not exist yet: remove each product from the watch list with "Remove", or write to us and we will tell you how to empty the collection. Version 13.0 has only the "Low Stock Thresholds" collection.
Uninstalling does not necessarily delete the data. Neither App contains code that runs on uninstall, Wix's documentation does not describe what happens to an App's collections when it is removed, and on a real store we found the data still there after removing and re-adding Low Stock Alert. Please delete the data first if you want it gone.
Shipping Label CSV has no delete button. Its only site data is the month-and-count rows, which are not personal data; write to us if you want guidance on removing them. Its browser items can be removed by clearing site data for the Wix dashboard in your browser. Your products, orders and Wix settings are never changed by the deletion.
Data about you. If you write to support@hullspark.com, we keep your message and our reply to answer you, and delete them within 2 years after the last message. Information Wix gives us about your installation and billing (for example instance ID and plan) is used only to provide and support the Apps.
7. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR and similar laws).
You, the site owner, are the controller (the one who decides how personal data is used) of your customers' data. To the extent Hullspark processes personal data on your behalf, it acts as your processor and only on your instructions. Because the Apps do not send order, product or customer data to us and keep no copy of it, we hold no personal data of your customers. The permissions you grant let the Apps read that data inside Wix on your behalf and, for Shipping Label CSV's "Import tracking numbers", register fulfillments on the orders you select. For requests about data stored on your site, use Wix's tools or write to us; we aim to answer within a week and always within 30 days.
8. Security.
Hosting, encryption in transit and access control are provided by Wix. The App's data collections can be read and written only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App. The Apps run on the Wix platform, use Wix's authentication and permission model, and request only the permissions they need: Low Stock Alert reads store inventory; Shipping Label CSV reads store orders and, for "Import tracking numbers", manages orders (creates fulfillments). The App's own routes (summary, test notification, categories) check that the caller is a signed-in user of your site before doing anything. The Apps never ask for passwords, API tokens or payment details. Report security issues to support@hullspark.com.

プライバシーポリシー — Hullspark Wix アプリ
1. 本ポリシーの適用範囲
本ポリシーは、Hullspark が Wix App Market で公開するアプリ（個別に「本アプリ」）、すなわち Low Stock Alert for Wix（以下「Low Stock Alert」）と 送り状CSV出力 / Japan Shipping Label CSV（以下「送り状CSV」）に適用されます。Atlassian Confluence・Jira 向けアプリと Markshot for Windows は別のポリシーが適用されます。各アプリはお客様のサイトの Wix ダッシュボードの中で動作し、Wix のプラットフォームと API を利用します（バックエンドのコードも Wix 経由で配備されます）。当方はどちらのアプリのためにも独自のサーバを運用せず、どちらのアプリのコードも Wix 以外のサーバへデータを送りません。
2. 読み取るデータ
各アプリは、Wix の API を通じてのみ、インストールまたは更新時にお客様が承認した権限の範囲で、お客様が設定した処理のためにだけデータを読み取ります。
送り状CSVは、ヤマト運輸・クリックポスト向けの送り状 CSV を作るため、Wix eCommerce の注文のうち、未発送・キャンセルでない・アーカイブされていないもの（1 回に最大 1,000 件）を読み取ります。各注文から使うのは、注文番号、注文・支払いの状態、注文日、お届け先の氏名・会社名・電話番号・住所（注文にお届け先の住所がなければ配送先、それもなければ請求先の連絡先）、請求先の電話番号（お届け先に電話番号がないとき、使うかどうかをお客様が選べる候補として表示するだけで、自動では使いません）、商品名、合計・残額・税額（代金引換の可能性がある注文の目印のため）です。これらはお客様の顧客の個人データです。データはお使いのブラウザに読み込まれ、ページのメモリ上にだけ保持され、ブラウザの中で CSV ファイルになり、ダウンロードとしてブラウザに渡されます。当方には送られず、アプリがどこかのストレージに書き込むこともありません。「追跡番号を読み込む」を使うときは、読み込むファイルの行と見比べるために、注文の状態・発送の状態・明細の ID も読み取ります。選んだファイルは、ブラウザの中で読み、当社が保存することも送信することもありません。アプリが注文に書き込むこと: 「追跡番号を読み込む」の確認画面で「発送済みにする」を押したときだけ、選んだ注文に、運送会社名「ヤマト運輸」と、ファイルにある追跡番号を、発送として登録します。注文のそれ以外の内容は書き換えません。ストアの設定によっては、Wix が購入者に発送のお知らせメールを送ることがあり、アプリからは止められません。CSV を出すタブは、注文を読み取るだけです。権限: 注文の読み取りと、「注文の管理」（発送の登録に使います）を要求します。既存のお客様は、Wix の「アプリを管理」ページでアプリを更新するときに、新しい権限を承認します。「今回の記録」はページを開いている間だけ残り、結果の CSV は、保存ボタンを押したときだけ作ります。あわせて、アプリ自身のインストール情報（インスタンス ID と、無料プランか有料プランか）を読み取ります。
Low Stock Alert は、Wix Stores の商品と在庫のデータ、すなわち商品 ID、バリエーション ID、商品名・バリエーション名、在庫数、在庫数を数える設定かどうか、お使いのストアのカタログ版、および（カテゴリー読み取りの権限を付与した場合）商品のカテゴリー ID・名前・親カテゴリーを読み取ります。読み取るのは、アプリを開いたときと、商品の在庫が変わったと Wix が知らせたときにバックグラウンドで行います。あわせて、アプリ自身のインストール情報（無料か有料か、サイトの言語）を読み取ります。注文、顧客、会員、決済の情報は読み取りません。
3. 保存するデータ
お客様ご自身の Wix サイトのデータコレクション内（アプリが作成し、サイトの管理権限を持つ人とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます）:
- 送り状CSV — 「Export Usage」: 暦月ごとに 1 行、月と出力した注文の件数（無料プランの上限の判定用）。注文番号・氏名・住所は含みません。
- Low Stock Alert — 「Low Stock Thresholds」: 商品またはバリエーションごとに、ID、商品名の写し（表示用）、お客様が設定した「下限」の数、見張っているかどうか、お客様が入力した場合の仕入れ先の名前と「補充後の在庫数」（文字だけ。住所・電話番号・メールアドレスは持ちません）、現在低在庫か在庫切れか、最後の通知の時刻と結果（失敗したときはエラーの最初の部分と、Wix が返す受付番号）。「Low Stock Settings」: 1 行で、全商品共通の下限、既定の補充後の在庫数、通知のスイッチと言語、最後にテスト通知を出した時刻、選択したまとめ通知のスケジュールとその実行のためにアプリが保持する情報（オートメーション ID、次回・前回の実行時刻、結果、受付番号、エラー文）。「Low Stock Category Rules」: カテゴリーごとに、ID、名前の写し、設定した数。
お客様のブラウザの中（お使いの端末のブラウザのローカルストレージ。サイトには保存されず、どこにも送られません）: 送り状CSVは、依頼主の情報（氏名、電話番号、郵便番号、住所、建物名、ヤマトの請求先コード・運賃管理番号・請求先分類コード）と見出し行の選択をサイトごとに、加えて画面の明るさ（ライト／ダーク）の選択と、レビューのお願いを閉じた印を保存します。これらはお客様ご自身の事業情報であり、顧客のデータではありません。顧客のデータは保存しません。Low Stock Alert は、画面の明るさの選択、言語の選択、レビューのお願いを閉じた印を保存します。Low Stock Alert の発注メモ（商品名と数）は、クリップボードへのコピーか、ブラウザによる CSV ファイルの保存として、お使いの端末の中だけで扱われます。
ログ 商品の在庫が変わったとき、および何かが失敗したとき、Low Stock Alert のバックエンドは Wix のプラットフォーム上のアプリのログに行を書き込むことがあります。内容は商品 ID・バリエーション ID、在庫数、エラー文で、顧客のデータは含みません。ログは Wix が保管し、保存期間も Wix が決めます。開発者である Hullspark は閲覧できます。
4. データの送信先
Wix の外には一切送信しません。両アプリのコードには、他のホストへの通信、解析、トラッキング、広告が含まれません。ページが行う通信は、Wix の API とアプリ自身の Wix 上のルートだけです。Wix のページへのリンク（アップグレードページ、レビューページ）は、お客様がクリックしたときにだけ開きます。CSV ファイルはブラウザがお使いのパソコンに保存します。その後の扱い（たとえば配送会社のサービスへのアップロード）は、お客様ご自身の操作で、その配送会社の規約に従います。
5. 通知（Low Stock Alert）
Low Stock Alert は、Wix 自身の通知サービスを通じて通知を送ります。通知は Wix ダッシュボードの通知欄と Wix のモバイルアプリ（「在庫が戻りました」の通知はダッシュボードのみ）に、サイトの共同作業者へ、各自の Wix の通知設定に従って表示されます。通知の内容は商品名と在庫数です（まとめ通知は件数と最初の数商品の名前）。アプリはメールを送りません。在庫のまとめ通知をオンにすると、お選びの時刻に届けるため、アプリがお客様の Wix オートメーションに 1 件のオートメーションを作ります。当方はこれらの通知を受け取らず、見ることもありません。
6. 保存期間と削除
当方は、お客様のストアの注文・商品・顧客のデータの写しを保持しません。上記のデータはお客様の Wix サイトまたはブラウザの中にあります。注文データはアプリが保存することはありません。
Low Stock Alert: アプリを開き、ページの下の「このアプリのデータをすべて削除」を押してください。アプリは、自分が作ったまとめ通知のオートメーションの削除も試み（Wix に拒否された場合、残ったオートメーションは何も実行しないので、Wix オートメーションで削除できます）、3 つのコレクションに保存した行を削除し（削除できない行があればそう表示します）、削除に成功した場合はブラウザに保存した 3 つの選択も消し、削除した件数を表示します。コレクションの入れ物（中身のない枠）そのものは残ります（Wix がアプリから消せない仕組みのため）。2026 年 10 月より前の版（13.0）にはこのボタンがまだありません。商品を一覧から「外す」で 1 つずつ外すか、当方へご連絡ください（コレクションを空にする方法をご案内します）。13.0 のコレクションは「Low Stock Thresholds」だけです。
アンインストールしてもデータが削除されるとは限りません。どちらのアプリにもアンインストール時に動くコードはなく、アプリを外したときの扱いは Wix の文書に書かれておらず、実際のストアで Low Stock Alert を外して入れ直したところ、中身が残っていました。消したい場合は先にデータを削除してください。
送り状CSVには削除ボタンがありません。サイトに保存するのは月と件数の行だけで、個人データではありません。削除の方法はお問い合わせください。ブラウザの項目は、ブラウザで Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消去すれば削除できます。削除によって、商品・注文・Wix 自体の設定が変更されることはありません。
お客様ご自身に関する情報 support@hullspark.com にご連絡いただいた場合、お返事のためにメッセージと当方の返信を保管し、最後のやり取りから 2 年以内に削除します。Wix から当方に提供される、お客様のインストールや課金に関する情報（インスタンス ID やプランなど）は、本アプリの提供とサポートのためだけに使います。
7. 利用者の権利（GDPR・UK GDPR 等）
お客様の顧客のデータについては、サイトの所有者であるお客様が管理者（controller。個人データの扱いを決める立場）です。Hullspark がお客様に代わって個人データを扱う限りにおいて、Hullspark は処理者（processor）として、お客様の指示にのみ従って扱います。両アプリは注文・商品・顧客のデータを当方に送らず、写しも保持しないため、当方はお客様の顧客の個人データを保有しません。お客様が付与した権限は、お客様に代わって Wix の中でそのデータを読み取り、送り状CSVの「追跡番号を読み込む」では選んだ注文に発送を登録するためのものです。サイトに保存されたデータに関するご請求は、Wix の機能をお使いいただくか、当方へご連絡ください。1 週間を目安に、遅くとも 30 日以内に回答します。
8. セキュリティ
ホスティング、通信の暗号化、アクセス制御は Wix が提供します。本アプリのデータコレクションは、サイトの管理権限を持つ人とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます。アプリは Wix プラットフォーム上で動作し、Wix の認証・権限の仕組みを使います。必要最小限の権限のみを要求します。Low Stock Alert は在庫の読み取り、送り状CSVは注文の読み取りと注文の管理（「追跡番号を読み込む」で発送を登録するため）です。アプリ自身のルート（まとめ通知、テスト通知、カテゴリー）は、処理の前に、呼び出し元がお客様のサイトにサインインしている利用者であることを確認します。両アプリはパスワード・API トークン・決済情報を求めません。脆弱性の報告は support@hullspark.com へ。
