Privacy Policy — Hullspark Wix Apps
This page covers Hullspark's apps for Wix: Japan Shipping Label CSV and Low Stock Alert. Our apps for Atlassian Confluence and Jira are covered by the separate policy.
Japan Shipping Label CSV
Japan Shipping Label CSV reads the unfulfilled orders of your Wix Stores site and turns them into CSV files that you import into the shipping-label systems of Japanese carriers (Yamato Transport B2 Cloud, Japan Post Click Post).
Data we access: order number, recipient name, phone number and delivery address, item names, order total, tax amount and payment status — read only, from your own site's orders, while you use the app's dashboard page.
How it is processed: all processing happens in your browser. Recipient data is held in memory only while the page is open and is used to build the CSV file you download. We do not store recipient data, generated CSV files or order data on any server, database or Wix Data collection, and we do not send it anywhere outside Wix's own platform (no third-party analytics, no external servers, no logging of order contents).
What we store: (1) your own sender details (shop name, address, phone, carrier contract codes) that you enter in the app, kept in your browser's local storage on your device — these are your business details, not your customers' personal data; (2) for the Free plan's monthly limit, one number per calendar month — how many orders you exported — in an app Data Collection on your own site. It contains no order numbers, names, addresses or other customer data.
What we do not do: we do not sell, share, or use data for advertising or profiling.
Low Stock Alert
Low Stock Alert reads your Wix Stores product inventory and lets you configure quantity thresholds. When a product's stock drops to or below a threshold you set, the app shows an alert in its own dashboard page and, when configured, sends you a notification through Wix's own notification system (dashboard feed and/or the Wix Owner mobile app).
Data we access and store: product ID, variant ID and product name (cached only for display in the app's own dashboard); the threshold quantity and enabled status you configure; the current low-stock status and the time of the last notification, so the app does not notify you repeatedly for the same dip in stock.
What we do not do: we do not access customer personal information, order details or payment information; we send no data outside Wix's own platform; we do not sell, share, or use data for advertising or profiling.
Retention
Data stored by the apps on your site (thresholds and status for Low Stock Alert; the monthly export count for Japan Shipping Label CSV) is kept while the app is installed. Sender details in your browser can be cleared by clearing site data in your browser.
Security and contact
The apps run on the Wix platform and use Wix's authentication and permission model; they request only the permissions they need (read access to store orders or inventory). Questions or requests: support@hullspark.com.

Japan Shipping Label CSV
Wix Stores の未発送注文から、ヤマト運輸（B2クラウド）・日本郵便（クリックポスト）の送り状発行システムに取り込める CSV を、お客様のブラウザ内で作成するアプリです。
アクセスするデータ: 注文番号、お届け先の氏名・電話番号・住所、商品名、注文合計・税額、支払い状況。お客様ご自身のサイトの注文を、アプリのダッシュボードページを使っている間だけ読み取ります（読み取り専用）。
処理方法: すべての処理はブラウザ内で行います。お届け先の情報は、ページを開いている間だけメモリ上で扱い、ダウンロードする CSV の作成に使います。お届け先情報・生成した CSV・注文データを、サーバー、データベース、Wix Data コレクションに保存することはなく、Wix の外部へ送信することもありません（第三者の解析サービスなし、外部サーバーなし、注文内容のログ出力なし）。
保存するもの: (1) お客様（店舗）ご自身が入力したご依頼主情報（店名・住所・電話・運送会社の契約コード）— お使いのブラウザのローカルストレージにのみ保管します。これは事業者情報であり、購入者の個人情報ではありません。(2) 無料プランの月間上限を数えるための、月ごとの出力件数（数字 1 つ）— お客様のサイト上のアプリ用データコレクションに保存します。注文番号・氏名・住所などの顧客データは含みません。
行わないこと: データの販売・共有、広告やプロファイリングへの利用は行いません。
Low Stock Alert
Wix Stores の商品在庫を読み取り、しきい値を設定できるアプリです。在庫が設定したしきい値以下になると、アプリのダッシュボードページに警告を表示し、設定に応じて Wix の通知機能（ダッシュボード／Wix Owner モバイルアプリ）で通知します。
アクセス・保存するデータ: 商品 ID・バリアント ID・商品名（アプリのダッシュボードでの表示用）、設定したしきい値と有効/無効、現在の低在庫状態と最後に通知した時刻（同じ在庫低下で繰り返し通知しないため）。
行わないこと: 顧客の個人情報・注文詳細・決済情報にはアクセスしません。Wix プラットフォーム外へのデータ送信、データの販売・共有、広告やプロファイリングへの利用は行いません。
保持期間
サイト上でアプリが保存するデータ（Low Stock Alert のしきい値と状態、Japan Shipping Label CSV の月間出力件数）は、アプリがインストールされている間保持されます。ブラウザ内のご依頼主情報は、ブラウザのサイトデータを消去すると削除されます。
