1. What this policy covers.
This policy applies to the apps Hullspark publishes, or is preparing to publish, in the Wix App Market (each an "App"): Low Stock Alert for Wix ("Low Stock Alert") and 送り状CSV出力 / Japan Shipping Label CSV ("Shipping Label CSV"), and 営業日カレンダー / Business Day Calendar JP ("Business Day Calendar"), and 売上仕訳CSV（弥生インポート形式） / Sales Journal CSV for Yayoi ("Sales Journal CSV"; the same App may be listed as 会計ソフト向け 売上仕訳CSV / Accounting Sales Journal CSV), and 棚卸 / Stocktake: Count & Sync Stock ("Stocktake"), and ピッキング・梱包リスト / Picking & Packing List for Wix ("Picking & Packing List"), and 商品 SEO 一括編集 / Product SEO Bulk Edit, and 休業日まとめ設定（ブッキング） / Closure Days for Bookings ("Closure Days"), and 予約表の印刷と CSV / Booking List Print & CSV ("Booking List"), and アレルゲン一覧表（メニュー用） / Allergen Chart for Restaurants ("Allergen Chart"), and Month Calendar for Bookings / 月間予約カレンダー ("Month Calendar"), and Blog Table of Contents / ブログ目次 ("Blog Table of Contents"), and 商品の棚番メモ / Product Shelf Notes ("Product Shelf Notes"), and 情報セクション一括管理 / Info Section Bulk Manager ("Info Section Bulk Manager"), and Bulk Tracking Import / 追跡番号の一括登録 ("Bulk Tracking Import"), and Stuck Orders, and Guest List Builder, and Daily Booking Cap, and Auto Order Tagger, and Post Author Bulk Editor, and Price & Stock History, and Plan Switch Guard, and Bookings Bulk Editor, and Sold-out to the End / 売り切れを一番後ろへ ("Sold-out to the End"). Bulk Tracking Import, Stuck Orders, Daily Booking Cap and Post Author Bulk Editor are not yet available in the Wix App Market; what this policy says about them applies once each is available. Our apps for Atlassian Confluence and Jira, and Markshot for Windows, are covered by the separate policy. Low Stock Alert, Shipping Label CSV, Sales Journal CSV, Stocktake, Picking & Packing List, Product SEO Bulk Edit, Closure Days, Booking List, Allergen Chart, Product Shelf Notes and Info Section Bulk Manager run inside the Wix dashboard of your site and use Wix's platform and APIs; their backend code is deployed through Wix. Allergen Chart also has a widget that shows your chart on the pages where you place it. Month Calendar is a widget that you place on your site's pages, and Blog Table of Contents is a plugin that Wix places on your blog post page; each has a settings panel in the Wix Editor, a page in your Wix dashboard, and small backend routes on Wix. Product Shelf Notes has a page in your Wix dashboard, an item in the "..." menu of the Wix product list, a banner above that list, and one small backend route on Wix. Info Section Bulk Manager has one page in your Wix dashboard and one small backend route on Wix (/api/sections). Business Day Calendar is a widget that you place on your site's pages, with one small backend route on Wix (it reads the App's own plan, free or Pro, from Wix) and one Wix API call. Bulk Tracking Import, Stuck Orders, Guest List Builder, Daily Booking Cap, Auto Order Tagger, Post Author Bulk Editor, Price & Stock History, Plan Switch Guard, Bookings Bulk Editor and Sold-out to the End likewise run inside the Wix dashboard of your site, each with a page in your Wix dashboard and small backend routes on Wix (/api/...); some also have backend code that Wix runs when something happens on your site: Daily Booking Cap when a customer is about to book, Auto Order Tagger when an order is approved, Plan Switch Guard when a member buys a plan, Price & Stock History when a product's price or stock changes, and Sold-out to the End when an inventory item changes. We operate no servers of our own for any of the Apps, and no App's code sends data to any server other than Wix's.
2. Data the Apps read.
Each App reads data only through Wix APIs, only with the permissions you approve when you install or update it, and only to do what you set it up to do. Sales Journal CSV and Picking & Packing List only read orders and change nothing. Shipping Label CSV changes your orders only in the one way described below (registering a fulfillment), and only when you press the button to do so. Stocktake changes your store only in one way, writing the stock quantities you confirm, and only when you press the button to do so. Product SEO Bulk Edit changes your store only in one way, rewriting the SEO title and description of the products you select and, if you use its Pro alt text tool, adding alt text to product images that have none (and putting them back when you press "Undo"), and only when you press the button to do so.
Shipping Label CSV reads your Wix eCommerce orders that are not yet fulfilled, not cancelled and not archived (up to 1,000 at a time), so that it can write a shipping-label CSV for Yamato, Click Post or Sagawa e-Hiden III. From each order it uses the order number, status and payment status, the order date, the recipient's name, company, phone number and postal address (if the order has no recipient address, the shipping destination, then the billing contact), the billing contact's phone number (offered to you as an option when the recipient has no phone; never used automatically), the item names, and the order total, balance and tax (to flag possible cash-on-delivery orders). These are personal data of your customers. They are read into your browser, kept in the page's memory only, converted to a CSV file in your browser and handed to your browser as a download. They are not sent to us and are not written to any storage by the App. If you turn on the option "Let Yamato e-mail the buyer before and after delivery", the App also reads the buyer's e-mail address from the order and writes it into the Yamato B2 Cloud CSV, so that Yamato Transport can send the buyer its delivery e-mails. The option is off by default; the App itself never sends e-mail and does not store the address. Generated CSV files, including any buyer e-mail addresses in them, exist only as the files you download. If you use "Import tracking numbers", the App also reads each order's status, fulfillment status and line item IDs, to match the rows of the file you choose. That file is read in your browser and is never stored or sent by us. What the App changes in your orders: only when you press "Mark as fulfilled" in the confirmation step of "Import tracking numbers", the App creates a fulfillment on each selected order, holding the carrier name "Yamato Transport" and the tracking number from your file. It changes nothing else in your orders. Depending on your store's settings, Wix may send a shipping notification email to the buyer; the App cannot stop it. The CSV export tab only reads orders. Permissions: the App requests read access to store orders and "Manage Orders" (to create fulfillments); existing users approve the new permission when they update the App in Wix's "Manage Apps" page. The record of this session's results is kept only while the page is open, and the results CSV is created only when you press save. The App also reads its own installation record (instance ID and whether your plan is free or paid).
Sales Journal CSV reads your Wix eCommerce orders for the period you choose (Japan time; up to 5,000 orders per run), so that it can total your sales into a journal-entry CSV that you import into your accounting software yourself (in Yayoi import format, Shift-JIS, or as a freee transaction-import CSV, UTF-8 with BOM, as you choose on the screen). From each order it uses the order number, the order status and payment status, the currency, the creation date, the date the order was paid (taken from the order's activity log, and only if you choose the payment date as the basis), the amounts and tax rates or tax amounts of the line items, the shipping and any additional fees (for example a cash-on-delivery fee), and the order total (to warn you when the amounts do not add up). Orders that are not paid, are cancelled or are not in Japanese yen are skipped and only counted. It does not use item names. Wix returns the whole order record to the page, which can include your buyers' names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. The App does not use, store or send those fields, and they are not in the CSV. The order data stays in the page's memory while the page is open, is turned into the CSV in your browser and handed to your browser as a download; it is not sent to us and is not written to any storage by the App. The App never changes an order. Free and Pro: the free plan puts up to 20 orders per month (by the month of the order date or paid date used) into the CSV and tells you how many were left out; Pro (US$4.99 per month) has no limit. To tell free from Pro, the App asks its own route /api/plan on Wix in the same way as Business Day Calendar below; the answer is only yes/no for Pro (plus the instance ID for a signed-in Wix user, to build the upgrade link). If the plan cannot be read, the App treats the site as free. Permissions: read access to store orders ("Read Orders") and "Manage Your App" (to read the App's own plan). "Yayoi" is a trademark of Yayoi Co., Ltd. and "freee" is a trademark of freee K.K.; this App is not affiliated with or endorsed by either company.
Low Stock Alert reads your Wix Stores product and inventory data: product IDs, variant IDs, product and variant names, stock quantities, whether stock is counted, which store catalog version you use and, if you have granted the categories permission, product category IDs, names and parents. It reads this when you open the App and, in the background, whenever Wix tells it that a product's stock has changed. It also reads its own installation record (whether your plan is free or paid, and the language of the site). It does not read orders, customers, members or payment information.
Business Day Calendar reads nothing from your store, your orders, products, customers, members or visitors. It reads one thing from Wix: the App's own plan on your site (free or paid, and the end date of a paid plan that does not renew). The widget, the Editor settings panel and the dashboard page ask the App's own route /api/plan, which runs on Wix; the browser sends the request with the Wix access token it already holds for the page (Wix's fetchWithAuth). The route calls Wix's Get App Instance API with the App's own identity (elevated), using the permission "Manage Your App", and answers only whether the plan is Pro (yes/no). Other details of the App instance (the site's name or address, other apps, billing details) are not returned. The instance ID is added to the answer only when the caller is a signed-in Wix user (the site owner or a collaborator, in the Editor or the dashboard), to build the link to Wix's upgrade page; a visitor to your site never receives it. If the plan cannot be read for any reason, the App treats the site as free and the calendar still shows. The Japanese national holidays it shows are a table inside the App's own code, not fetched from anywhere. To mark "today" and to work out the shipping-day line (Pro view), the widget uses the date and time of the visitor's own device; that time is used in the visitor's browser only and is not stored or sent.
Stocktake works on the stock of your Wix Stores products. It runs in your dashboard with the permissions of the signed-in person (the site owner or a collaborator). It reads the type of your store catalog (new or old catalog, or no Wix Stores) and then, for each product variant and stock location: the product name, the variant name, the SKU, whether stock is counted, the stock quantity and the IDs Wix needs to update it (up to 5,000 rows are loaded at a time). For stores on the old catalog it also reads the names, variant choices (for example colour and size) and SKUs of the products, including hidden and draft products, through Wix's Query Products API. It also reads its own plan (see Business Day Calendar below for how). It does not read orders, customers, members, e-mail addresses, addresses or payment information, and does not ask for permission to. What it changes: only when you press "reflect" in the confirmation step, it writes the quantities you counted into your store's stock (in the new catalog as one manual update with the reason MANUAL; in the old catalog by raising or lowering each variant by the difference, after reading the current number again). It changes nothing else. Permissions: read the catalog version (limited catalog read), read inventory items, write inventory items, manage products (needed by the old catalog, for hidden products and for changing old-catalog stock), "Manage Your App" (to read the App's own plan) and basic app-instance information.
Picking & Packing List reads your Wix eCommerce orders that are not yet shipped or only partly shipped, not cancelled and not archived (up to 1,000 at a time), so that it can add up what to collect and print a packing list for each order. From each order it uses the order number, the order date, and for each line the product name and options (as you wrote them in your shop), the SKU, the quantity, the refunded quantity, the item type and whether another service ships the line. For partly shipped orders it also reads the order's fulfillment records (which lines and how many were shipped) from Wix, to count only the rest. The recipient's name and address are used only if you tick "include name and address" for the packing list; the option is off by default, and the pick list never contains them. Wix returns the whole order record to the page, which can include your buyers' names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses; the App does not use, store or send the fields other than those named above, and they are not in the PDF or CSV. The data stays in the memory of the page while it is open, the PDF and CSV are made in your browser (the PDF is drawn with the fonts of your own device; no font or other file is loaded) and handed to your browser as a download; nothing is sent to us or written to any storage by the App. A PDF or CSV that includes names and addresses contains personal data of your customers: keep and discard it as you would any other customer record. The free plan puts up to 20 orders in one list; Pro (US$2.99 per month) has no limit. The App reads its own plan from its route /api/plan as described for Business Day Calendar. The "try with sample orders" button uses invented orders and reads nothing. The App never changes an order. Permissions: "Read Orders" (this covers orders and their fulfillment records) and "Manage Your App".
Product SEO Bulk Edit works on the search-engine settings (SEO) of your Wix Stores products. It runs in your dashboard with the permissions of the signed-in person (the site owner or a collaborator). What it reads: the type of your store catalog (new or old catalog, or no Wix Stores) and, for each product (hidden products included), the name, the description, the brand, the main category (new catalog only) and the product's SEO settings (the SEO title, the meta description and the other SEO tags, the search keywords and the auto-redirect setting). For the alt text tool (new catalog only) it also reads the list of each product's images: the ID of each media item, whether it is an image or a video, and its alt text. It also reads its own plan, the language of the site and the display name of the site (see Business Day Calendar above for how). It does not read orders, customers, members, e-mail addresses, addresses or payment information, and does not ask for permission to. What it writes: only the SEO settings of the products you select, and only when you press "Rewrite" in the confirmation step (the SEO title and the meta description are replaced; the other tags, the keywords and the auto-redirect setting are sent back exactly as they were read), and, when you press "Undo", the earlier SEO settings of those products. If you use the alt text tool (Pro), it also writes alt text, only into images of the products you select that have none and only when you start the fill; an alt text that exists is never replaced, and "Undo" of that run empties again only the images that still hold the text the App wrote. It writes nothing else: no product name, description, price or stock. Where the undo record is kept: in your browser and in a file you download (see section 3). It is not stored on your Wix site and not sent to us. Permissions: read the catalog version (limited catalog read), read products (and, for hidden products, read products as an administrator), write products, manage products (for old-catalog stores), and "Manage Your App" (to read the App's own plan and the language of the site).
Closure Days for Bookings works on the booking calendar of your Wix Bookings site. It runs in your dashboard. No customer data is read. It reads the calendar events in the dates you choose, and only their type, date and title, so that it can show how many bookings already exist on each day and tell its own closures from time blocks you made by hand; it does not read customer names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers or payment information. It also reads the list of your staff members and rooms (their IDs and names), because a closure is written to each staff member's and room's calendar. It reads the plan state of the App (free or Pro) from Wix, and the time zone of the site. What it writes: one time-off event in the calendar of each staff member and room for each closed day (and it removes those events when you undo a closure). It never changes or cancels an existing booking.
Booking List Print & CSV works on the booking calendar of your Wix Bookings site. It runs in your dashboard with the permissions of the signed-in person (the site owner or a collaborator). No customer data is read. For the days you choose it reads the calendar events of your bookings, and from each only the date and time, the service name, the staff member's name and the number of people; it never asks Wix for the participant fields that carry names, phone numbers or e-mail addresses, and it has no permission to read them. It also reads the time zone of the site (so that "today" is your shop's today) and its own plan (free or Pro) from Wix, with the permission "Manage Your App". It writes nothing to Wix: it never changes or cancels a booking.
Allergen Chart for Restaurants reads and writes only what the shop types into it. It reads no orders, customers, members, e-mail addresses or payment information. If you use the import from your Wix Restaurants menu (the new Wix Restaurants Menus app), it reads from that menu only each dish's ID, its name and whether it is visible, to turn dish names into rows; it does not change the menu. It reads its own plan (free or Pro) from Wix, as the other Apps do. A visitor to your site does not sign in and is asked for nothing: the widget receives the published copy of your chart (the dish names, sections and the allergen entries you made) from the App's own route on Wix, and the allergens a visitor ticks to avoid are kept only in the page's memory for that visit.
Month Calendar for Bookings reads the classes of your Wix Bookings site, on Wix's servers, so that it can show them on a monthly calendar to the visitors of your site. It reads (1) the list of your classes that are not hidden: for each, its ID, its name and the link to its booking page; and (2) for the month being shown, the time slots of those classes: the start and end time, the class name and the number of seats left and the total seats, with whether the class is full or cancelled; and, for each class, its price as listed in Wix Bookings (a fixed price, the lowest of a varied price, "free", or the shop's own price text, up to 60 characters). It does not read customers, the people who booked, their names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers, orders, members or payments, and it has no permission to. Only the fields named above are sent on to the widget; nothing else from Wix's answer leaves the server. These reads run with the App's own identity (elevated), because a visitor's token cannot read the calendar. They are made when the widget or the dashboard preview is shown and are not kept between requests. It also reads the App's own plan (free or Pro) from Wix, as the other Apps do, through its own route /api/plan and the permission "Manage Your App"; the answer is only whether the plan is Pro (yes/no), and the instance ID only to a signed-in Wix user. If the plan cannot be read, the App treats the site as free. It writes nothing to Wix: it never creates, changes or cancels a booking; "Book" is a link to the booking page of Wix Bookings, where booking and payment take place. Permissions: "Read Bookings Calendar Availability", "Read Bookings - Public Data" and "Manage Your App".
Blog Table of Contents reads the blog posts of your Wix Blog, on Wix's servers, so that it can build a table of contents on the post page. For the post being shown it asks Wix Blog for the post with its content, and takes from it only: the texts and levels of the headings (h2 to h4), the post's hashtags and its reading time (a number of minutes). The body text of the post, its author, readers, members and comments are not sent on to the browser, not stored and not logged. For a post that is for paying members (a Pricing Plan), no heading list is sent from the server at all, only its hashtags. In the dashboard page, for the latest 10 posts, it also reads each post's title and counts its headings, so that it can show why a post has or has no table of contents. The headings of the page being shown are compared with the list from Wix Blog in the visitor's browser (the browser reads the page it is already showing). It does not read readers, members, comments or orders, and has no permission to. The reads run with the App's own identity (elevated). It also reads the App's own plan (free or Pro) from Wix through its own route /api/plan and the permission "Manage Your App", as described for Business Day Calendar; if the plan cannot be read, the site is treated as free. It writes nothing to Wix and changes no post. Permissions: "Read Blog" and "Manage Your App".
Product Shelf Notes reads your Wix Stores products, read only, on Wix's servers, with the App's own identity (elevated): for each product its ID, its name and its SKU (the first variant's SKU), and which store catalog version your site uses, so that it can show the name and SKU next to the notes you type and search by them. It reads up to 2,000 products at a time. It writes nothing to your products. It reads no orders, customers, members, e-mail addresses or payment information, and has no permission to. It also reads the App's own plan (free or Pro) from Wix with the permission "Manage Your App"; if it cannot be read, the site is treated as free. The App's route only answers a signed-in Wix user of your site (the owner or a collaborator); a visitor to your site is refused. Permissions: read store products, read the catalog version, "Manage Your App", and Wix Data read and write on the App's own collection.
Info Section Bulk Manager works on the info sections of your Wix Stores products (the blocks such as shipping, returns or care that Wix shows on a product page). It runs in your dashboard; its calls to Wix are made on Wix's servers with the App's own identity (elevated). What it reads: (1) your Wix Stores products, up to 2,000 at a time, visible products only (it does not ask for the permission to read hidden products): for each product its ID, its name, a version marker (revision) and the IDs of the info sections and of the collections it belongs to; (2) the info sections of the store (ID and title), so that they can be shown by name; (3) the store's collections (ID and name; visible ones), for the filter; (4) which store catalog version your site uses; and (5) the App's own plan (free or Pro) from Wix, with the permission "Manage Your App"; if it cannot be read, the site is treated as free. Of everything else that Wix returns for a product, the App uses nothing. The App works only on stores with the new Wix catalog (Catalog V3); for an old-catalog store it shows a notice and reads and writes nothing. What it writes: only the list of info sections on the products you select, when you press the run button or the undo button: it takes info sections off those products, or puts a different one on (one added, then the chosen ones taken off). It changes no other field of a product (no name, price, stock, description, image, SEO or collection), and it does not create, edit or delete the info sections themselves. It reads no orders, customers, members, e-mail addresses or payment information, and has no permission to. The App's route only answers a signed-in Wix user of your site (the owner or a collaborator); a visitor is refused. Permissions: read and write store products, read store info sections, read collections (categories), read the catalog version, "Manage Your App", and Wix Data read and write on the App's own two collections.
For the Apps described below, the "Permissions" lines describe what each App's code uses. The list that Wix shows when you install or update an App is the authoritative one.
Bulk Tracking Import marks Wix eCommerce orders as shipped with the tracking numbers in a CSV file you load. It runs in your dashboard; its calls to Wix are made on Wix's servers with the App's own identity (elevated), and only for a signed-in Wix user of your site (the owner or a collaborator). What it reads: (1) the CSV file you choose is read in your browser; from each row the App sends only the line number, the order number, the tracking number and the carrier (its name and, if you typed one for a carrier for which Wix makes no link, a tracking link starting with https://) to its own route /api/import on Wix; (2) your Wix eCommerce orders with those order numbers (100 at a time, any status) and the fulfillments already recorded for them, so that it can work out which items are still open. Wix hands the App the whole order. The App keeps only the order's ID, number, status, fulfillment status and the ID and quantity of each line item for the length of the request; it does not use, store or log the buyer's name, address, phone number or e-mail address. (3) The App's own plan (free or Pro), with the permission "Manage Your App"; if it cannot be read, the site is treated as free. What it writes: only when you press the run button (a trial run changes nothing): for each matched order, a fulfillment for the items that are still open, carrying the tracking number, the carrier name and, where there is one, the tracking link. It changes nothing else on an order. Whether Wix then sends a shipping e-mail to the buyer is decided by your site's e-mail settings in Wix; the App has no switch for it and sends no e-mail itself. Permissions: read orders, manage orders (create fulfillments), Wix Data read and write on the App's own three collections, and "Manage Your App". Not yet available in the Wix App Market; this section applies once the App is available.
Stuck Orders lists the orders of your Wix eCommerce store that are approved, not archived and either unpaid or not (or only partly) shipped, for the number of days you set. It runs in your dashboard; its calls to Wix are made on Wix's servers with the App's own identity (elevated), and only for a signed-in Wix user of your site. What it reads: (1) orders created before the cut-off day (two searches: not shipped or partly shipped, and unpaid). Wix hands the App the whole order. From each order the App takes only the order ID and number, the order status and whether it is archived, the creation date, the payment and fulfillment status, the title of the shipping method, the sales channel and the total with its currency. It does not use, store or log the buyer's or recipient's name, address, phone number or e-mail address. (2) The time zone of your site (from Wix's site properties), to count the days. (3) The App's own plan (free or Pro), with the permission "Manage Your App"; if it cannot be read, the site is treated as free. (4) Your site ID, from the sign-in token of the request, to build the link to an order's page in your Wix dashboard; the link opens only when you click it. It never writes to an order. Permissions: read orders, Wix Data read and write on the App's own two collections, and "Manage Your App". Not yet available in the Wix App Market; this section applies once the App is available.
Guest List Builder turns the guest list of a Wix Events event into a table that you design (which columns, in which order), for display, printing and CSV. It runs in your dashboard; its calls to Wix are made on Wix's servers with the App's own identity (elevated), and only for a signed-in Wix user of your site. What it reads: (1) your site's events (ID, title, status, start date and time zone); (2) for the event you pick, its guests, which are personal data of the people who registered: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, address, check-in status, guest type, attendance status, ticket name and number, order number and status, number of people, registration date and the answers to the custom questions of your registration form; and the registration form itself, for the text of those questions; (3) the App's own plan (free or Pro), with the permission "Manage Your App". The guest data goes from Wix to your own browser through the App's route on Wix (/api/guests) and is used only to draw the table you asked for. The App does not store it on your site or on our side, does not log it, and does not change any event or guest. Permissions: read the guest list, read events, Wix Data read and write on the App's own collection, and "Manage Your App".
Daily Booking Cap stops further bookings on a day once the limit you set is reached. It works in two places. When a customer is about to book, Wix Bookings sends the booking to the App before it is saved (a Bookings validation service plugin). The App uses only the service ID, the staff resource ID, the start time and time zone of the slot, the number of participants, and the language Wix reports for the customer (to choose the English or Japanese message). Wix may send the booking as a whole, including contact details; the App does not use, store or log them. It then counts the bookings (or, if you chose that, the participants, for which it receives the bookings as described below) already held for that day, with the App's own identity (elevated), and either lets the booking through or answers that it is not valid, with the message you wrote. If its own check fails or takes too long, it lets the booking through and writes a note (see section 3). It changes no booking. In your dashboard (only for a signed-in Wix user of your site) it reads, for today and the next 14 days, the bookings that are confirmed or pending. Wix hands the App each whole booking, which can include contact details and participant names. The App keeps only the status, start time, service ID, staff resource ID and number of participants; it does not use, store or log the rest. It also reads your services (ID and name), your staff members (name and resource ID) and the time zone of your Bookings business, so that they can be shown by name. It does not read the App's plan. Permissions: read bookings (Wix's permission "read calendar with participants", which includes participants), read services and staff, read the Bookings business schedule, and Wix Data read and write on the App's own two collections. Not yet available in the Wix App Market; this section applies once the App is available.
Auto Order Tagger adds tags to Wix eCommerce orders by rules that you write. It runs in two places: a backend function that Wix runs when an order is approved, and a page in your dashboard (for a signed-in Wix user of your site) to write rules, see the activity and, on Pro, run the rules on past orders. Its calls to Wix are made on Wix's servers with the App's own identity (elevated). What it reads: for the order, the ID, number, creation date, country of the delivery (or, if none, of the recipient or billing address), total and currency, the IDs of the products in it, the coupon codes applied and the tags it already carries. If a rule asks whether it is the buyer's first order, the App also uses the buyer's e-mail address to ask Wix for that buyer's earlier orders; the e-mail address is used only for that question and is never stored, logged or shown on the screen. Wix hands the App the whole order; the buyer's name, phone number and street address are not used. It also reads the names of your products and collections (for the rules), the list of order tags, the store catalog version and the App's own plan (free or Pro). What it writes: the tags on the orders (it adds the tags of the rules that match; it can create a tag in Wix if a rule names one that does not exist), and nothing else on an order. Permissions: manage orders (update order tags, search orders), manage tags, read products and collections, read the catalog version, "Manage Your App", and Wix Data read and write on the App's own two collections.
Price & Stock History keeps a log of the changes of the price, compare-at price and stock number of your Wix Stores products. It has a page in your dashboard and backend functions that Wix runs when a product or its inventory changes (for both the old and the new Wix Stores catalog). What it reads: from each such event, the product (ID, name, SKU, variant names, price, compare-at price and currency) or the inventory item (product and variant IDs, place, quantity), the reason Wix gives for a stock change, and who made the change as Wix reports it (a Wix user's user ID, an app's ID, or Wix Stores itself); where the event lacks details, it reads the product again. The dashboard page can also check the catalog: it reads the current prices and stock of your products (for an old-catalog store through Wix's REST API at www.wixapis.com) and the store catalog version, and records changes that happened while no event reached the App; it reads the App's own plan too. It reads no orders, customers or members, and writes nothing to your products. Permissions: read products, read inventory items, read the catalog version, "Manage Your App", and Wix Data read and write on the App's own two collections.
Plan Switch Guard finds members of your site who hold two Wix Pricing Plans at once (for example after changing plan). It runs in your dashboard (for a signed-in Wix user of your site) and has a backend function that Wix runs when a member buys a plan; its calls to Wix are made on Wix's servers with the App's own identity (elevated). What it reads: your plan orders (ID, plan, buyer's member ID, status, dates) and your plans (ID, name, purchase limits); when a member buys a plan, only that member's orders. For up to 20 members shown on the screen it also looks up the member's name and e-mail address, to show them to you; they are not stored. What it writes: in Wix, only one thing: when you confirm for one order that it should end, it asks Wix to cancel that order, now or at the next payment date as you choose. It creates, pauses and refunds nothing. It also sends a notification to your Wix dashboard through Wix's notification service (a count and plan names, no member data) when the Pro option "tell me about new overlaps" is on, or when you press the test button. Permissions: read and manage pricing plan orders, read plans, read members, send notifications to your Wix dashboard (Wix's permission "Manage Notifications"), Wix Data read and write on the App's own four collections, and "Manage Your App".
Bookings Bulk Editor edits the services of your Wix Bookings site in bulk, through a CSV file. It runs in your dashboard; its calls to Wix are made on Wix's servers with the App's own identity (elevated), and only for a signed-in Wix user of your site. What it reads: your services, each as plain settings: ID, version, type, name, tag line, description, category, hidden, online booking, manual approval, rate type, price and currency, payment options, durations, capacity, the IDs of the staff resources, location type and last update date; and the App's own plan (free or Pro). It reads no bookings, customers, contacts or staff names. The CSV file you load is read in your browser. What it writes: on Pro, when you press the apply button, the changes you made to existing services (bulk update) and, if you load new rows, new appointment services (bulk create). The server refuses writes unless the plan is Pro. Permissions: read public Bookings data, manage Bookings (update and create services) and "Manage Your App".
Sold-out to the End moves the sold-out products of a Wix Stores category to the end of that category. It runs in your dashboard (for a signed-in Wix user of your site) and has a backend function that Wix runs when an inventory item changes; its calls to Wix are made on Wix's servers with the App's own identity (elevated). It works only on stores with the new Wix catalog. What it reads: your store categories (ID and name), the IDs of the products in each category you switch on and their order, the availability status of the inventory items of those products, the store catalog version and the App's own plan (free or Pro). It reads no orders, customers or members. What it writes: only the order of the products in the categories you switched on (it puts the sold-out products last, and back where they were when they are in stock again; "turn off" puts the original order back). It changes no product. Permissions: read categories, write category items, read inventory items, read the catalog version, "Manage Your App", and Wix Data read and write on the App's own collection.
3. Data the Apps store.
In data collections on your own Wix site (created by the App, readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself):
- Shipping Label CSV — "Export Usage": one row per calendar month holding the month and the number of orders exported (used for the free-plan limit). It holds no order numbers, names or addresses.
- Stocktake — "Stocktake History" (
stocktake-history): one row for every stock row the App writes (or tries to write): the ID of the run, the date and time, the product ID, variant ID and inventory item ID, the product name, the variant name and the SKU (names you gave your own products), the stock before, the counted number, the stock after, the difference, the result (done or failed) and, if it failed, the reason. It holds no customer data. Rows are kept without a time limit; the App has no function that deletes them. The free plan shows the last 30 days in the screen, older rows stay (they are not deleted) and Pro shows them all. Only people with administrator access to your site and the App can read or write them (the collection permissions are privileged-only). If saving the history fails, the page says so and still shows the result of the stock update. - Low Stock Alert — "Low Stock Thresholds": per product or variant, its IDs, a copy of the product name (for display), the "low at" number you set, whether it is watched, an optional supplier name and "restock to" number you type (text only; no address, phone or email), whether it is currently low or out of stock, and the time and result of the last notification (the first words of an error if it failed, and the receipt number Wix returns). "Low Stock Settings": one row with the number for all products, the default restock number, your notification switches and language, the time of the last test notification, and the summary schedule you chose and what the App keeps to run it (the automation ID, next and last run times, result, receipt number and error text). "Low Stock Category Rules": per category, its ID, a copy of its name and the number you set.
In your own browser, not on your site and not sent anywhere (the browser's local storage on your device): Shipping Label CSV keeps your sender details (name, phone, postal code, address, building, Yamato billing, fare and class codes) — for one or more senders you save (for example your store, a warehouse or a consignor) and the names you give them — and the header-row choice, per site, the order IDs of orders you have already exported (so they can be hidden next time; the newest 2,000 IDs, no names or addresses), a history of your last 10 exports (date and time, carrier, number of files, the options you chose such as character set, header row, honorific, invoice type, cool class, the delivery-mail switch and ship date, and the order IDs, including which of them had the cash-on-delivery switch on; no names or addresses and not your sender details, so that the same CSV can be made again), from the version that adds taking back tracking numbers, a short record to let you take back tracking numbers this app registered (the time of each of your last 5 registrations and, for each order, the Wix order ID and the ID of the fulfillment the app created; no names, addresses, e-mail addresses, order numbers or tracking numbers are kept, and nothing is sent to us), the product-name rules you create (keywords and the cool, handling or item-name values they set, and for the Pro rule type the shipping method they look at), your article (記事) settings (the fixed text and the product words with the text they add, and the switch that adds the buyer's note; the buyer's note itself is never kept), the checkout custom field titles you chose for the delivery date, the time slot and the article (the titles only, never what a buyer typed), the sales channels and order tag IDs you leave out of the order list, the output setups you save (a name, the carrier, the file options, which sender, and the order filter; not the ship date or search text), marks that you closed the Pro notice, the "What is new" panel and the card that names our other apps (a version number or a flag only), plus your light/dark choice and a mark that you closed the review request. Those are your own business details and order IDs, not customer data; customer names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses are never stored. Low Stock Alert keeps your light/dark choice, your language choice, a mark that you closed the review request, a mark that a first low-stock notification was seen (so the review request is not shown before then), and a count of how many times you pressed "Upgrade" (a number per place on the screen; it is never sent anywhere). The restock memo in Low Stock Alert (product names and numbers) is copied to your clipboard or saved as a CSV file by your browser on your device only.
Business Day Calendar stores your widget settings, and a short plan note in the browser. On Wix: when you set up a calendar widget in the Wix Editor, the settings panel saves your choices as properties of that widget, as part of your site's own content, which Wix hosts: the closing weekdays, whether 29 Dec to 3 Jan is closed, the same-day cut-off hour, any extra closing dates you type (Pro view) and the light/dark choice. These are your own business-calendar choices; they contain no personal data. There is no Pro switch among them: the earlier "pro" widget property no longer exists, and Pro is decided only by the plan Wix reports. The App has no data collections. A visitor's browser receives the settings with the page so that the calendar can be drawn; the calendar's display state (the month being viewed) is kept in the page's memory only. In the browser: the widget on your page keeps the last answer about the plan in the browser's session storage (key bdc-plan) for 5 minutes at most: the time, whether the plan was Pro (yes/no) and the site's address (host name, plus the first path segment on a free wixsite.com address, so that two sites do not share a note). The widget uses a Pro note younger than 5 minutes to draw the Pro view at once and then asks again; the new answer replaces the note immediately, so a cancelled plan stops showing Pro on the next read. If the read fails, a Pro note younger than 5 minutes is used instead of switching Pro off. The note is written by the widget on your site's pages, for visitors and owners alike, stays in that browser tab's session storage (cleared when the tab is closed), and is never sent to Hullspark or anyone else. The Editor settings panel and the dashboard page keep no such note. The widget sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage.
Sales Journal CSV stores only your own bookkeeping settings, in your browser. They are kept in the browser's local storage on your device (keys kcsv.settings.v1 and kcsv.theme.v1), not on your site, and are never sent anywhere: the account and tax-category names you type, the text put at the start of each entry's description, the fee rate, the options you choose (grouping by order or by day, the output format Yayoi or freee, the accounting software version, the date basis, the "treat everything as 10% tax-included" switch, and for freee the account and tax-category names) and your light/dark choice. These are your own business settings, not customer data. The App has no data collections on your Wix site, and keeps no order data and no generated CSV. It sets no cookies. If loading orders fails, the page writes one line to your browser's console with the name of the error only, never the order contents.
Stocktake keeps three items in your browser (local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): the numbers you have typed so far (key stk.draft.v2: the typed numbers, the stock number Wix showed when each was typed, the row IDs and the time saved; no product names), so that closing the page does not lose a count in progress; a draft older than 14 days is not read back, and the rows you have reflected are cleared from it; your light/dark choice (key stk.theme.v1); and your language choice (key stk-lang). "Export history as CSV" makes the file in your browser and hands it to you as a download.
Picking & Packing List keeps your light/dark choice (key pk-theme), your language choice (key pk-lang) and your list settings, the sort order and the shipping filter (key pk-prefs). It also keeps the shop's own print design that you set up, namely shop name, logo, accent colour and wording (key pk-brand, followed by the instance id of your site). All of it is in your browser's local storage and none of it is sent anywhere. It keeps no order data, no data collection on your site and no cookie.
Product SEO Bulk Edit keeps everything it stores in your browser (the local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies) and in the files you download. It creates no data collection on your Wix site. In your browser: the undo record (key seobulk.undo.v3. followed by the App's instance ID of your site): for each product written in the latest 10 runs, its Wix product ID, its name, and its SEO settings before and after the App wrote them (these can include the search keywords you set); the templates and the shop name you typed (key seobulk.templates.v2. followed by the instance ID); your light/dark choice (key seobulk.theme.v1); and your language choice (key seobulk.lang.v1); your named templates (Pro; key seobulk.named.v1. followed by the instance ID): up to 20 pairs of a name, a title template and a description template; the re-check record (Pro; key seobulk.recheck.v1. followed by the instance ID): a snapshot you save, with its date, the catalog type, the IDs of the products, the IDs of the products with no SEO title or description and the IDs of the products with an image that has no alt text; the list of products already seen (key seobulk.seen.v1. followed by the instance ID): the IDs of the products the screen showed at your last apply, to count the products added since; the history of undone runs (key seobulk.undone.v1. followed by the instance ID): for each run you undid, its run ID, its time, the time of the undo and two counts; and the record of the last alt text run (key seobulk.altrun.v1. followed by the instance ID): for each product written, its ID, its name, its version marker and the alt text of its images before and after. If the App cannot read the instance ID of the site, it saves and loads no undo record and no templates and switches writing off, so that records of different shops are never mixed. These records and the templates hold no customer data. The undo file (JSON) that the App hands to your browser as a download (before a rewrite, if you leave the box ticked, and when you press "Save as file") holds the same product IDs, names and SEO settings, and the instance ID of your site. It is a file on your computer; Hullspark never receives it. A browser does not tell the App whether a download was really saved, so the screen asks you to check your download folder.
Closure Days stores nothing on your Wix site and nothing on our side apart from the closures themselves. The closures are the time-off events it writes into your Bookings calendars (they stay in Wix; the App's own marker on each event lets it find them again for undo and for the Closures list). Its settings stay in your browser (the local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): the holiday top-up switch and the holidays you chose to keep open (keys cd-auto, cd-auto-exclude), your light/dark choice (cd-theme) and your language choice (cd-lang). Because they live in the browser, the holiday top-up setting applies only in the browser where you set it. The plan state is kept for the open tab only (session storage, key cd-plan) and is gone when the tab closes. CSV history files are files on your computer.
Booking List stores nothing on your Wix site and nothing on our side. The sheets, PDFs and CSV files are made in your browser and handed to you as downloads; no booking data is kept by the App, and the App has no data collection on your site. Four settings stay in your browser (the local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (bl-theme), your language choice (bl-lang), the heading line you typed for the printout, for example your shop name (bl-heading) and the first day of the week (bl-week-start). The plan is read from Wix each time the page opens. The files you download are on your computer.
Allergen Chart stores your chart in two data collections on your own Wix site (created by the App; readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself; the site needs the Wix CMS app for them to exist): Allergen chart: dishes (one row per dish: the dish name in Japanese and in English, the section, the order, your entry for each allergen as "contains" or "does not contain" (an allergen with no entry means "not entered"), the time of the last change, whether the row came from manual entry, a CSV file or the Wix menu, the Wix dish ID if it came from the menu, and a "needs review" mark) and Allergen chart: settings (one row: the region and language, the allergens shown, the colour theme, the text size, the note you wrote, the date you accepted the notice that you are responsible for the entries, and the time the chart was last saved). They contain no personal data of your visitors or customers. In your browser (local storage on your device; not sent anywhere, no cookies) the App keeps your light/dark choice (at-theme) and your language choice (at-lang), and the plan state for the open tab only (session storage, at-plan).
Month Calendar stores no booking data, and nothing on our side. It has no data collection on your site. On Wix: your choices in the Wix Editor settings panel (the classes to show, week start, hide full classes, which details to show, language, light/dark, the theme and the look: colours, background colour or image address, fonts, corners and spacing; the note under a day's classes and its text; the class tabs setting) are saved by Wix as properties of the widget on your page, as part of your site. They hold class IDs, display choices and the note you type, no customer data. In your browser (the local storage and session storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (mcal-theme) and the language choice of the dashboard page (mcal-lang) in the local storage, and a short note of the plan (mcal-plan: the time it was read, whether it was Pro and a key of the site) in the session storage of the page, which is removed when the browser tab is closed. Also in the local storage of the owner's browser, in the dashboard: the shop name and the paper size used for the printable timetable (mcal-print-shop, mcal-print-paper); the address, label and on/off choice of the QR code for the booking page (mcal-qr followed by the instance ID of the site); the format, style and shop name of the post image (mcal-sns-format, mcal-sns-style, mcal-sns-shop, each followed by the instance ID of the site); and which sections of the settings panel in the Wix Editor you left open (mc-panel-open). On your site, in the browser of each visitor: the widget keeps the class tab the visitor selected (mc-class-tab, local storage), and, for 3 minutes, the last answer for the month shown, that is the public class times, names, seats left and prices that the widget shows to anyone (mc-month| followed by a key of the site, the month and the classes, in the session storage, removed when the tab is closed). These hold no personal data and are not sent anywhere.
Blog Table of Contents stores no post data, and nothing on our side. It has no data collection on your site. On Wix: your choices in the Wix Editor settings panel (title, depth, style, color, numbering, floating panel, per-post mode, minimum count, header offset, language, light/dark) are saved by Wix as properties of the plugin on your blog post page, as part of your site. They hold display choices, no post text and no customer data. In your browser (not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (btoc-theme) and the language choice of the dashboard page (btoc-lang) in the local storage, and a short note of the plan (btoc-plan) in the session storage of the page, which is removed when the browser tab is closed. The table of contents is built each time a post page is shown; the heading list is not kept.
Product Shelf Notes stores your notes in one data collection on your own Wix site ("Shelf Notes"; created by the App; readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself; the site needs the Wix CMS app for it to exist). It holds one row per product that has a note: the product ID, the catalog version, a copy of the product name (for display), the shelf number (up to 40 characters), the packing note (200), the supplier (100), the free memo (500) and the time of the last change. A save with all four fields empty removes the row. The rows hold what you type; they contain no customer, order or member data. Product data itself is only read, never copied beyond the name. In your browser (local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (sn.theme.v1) and your language choice (sn-lang). CSV export: when you press the export button, the App's route on Wix puts together the CSV text from your notes and the product names and SKUs, in the same request, and your browser saves it as a file on your computer; the App keeps no copy and nothing is sent to any other host.
Info Section Bulk Manager stores its undo log in two data collections on your own Wix site ("Info Section Runs" and "Info Section Undo Log"; created by the App; readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself; the site needs the Wix CMS app for them to exist). The log is what lets the App undo a run, and it is also how the free plan's monthly limit is counted on the server. Info Section Runs holds one row per run: the time the run was started, the operation as text (take off or replace, with the IDs of the info sections involved), the number of products planned and whether the site was on Pro. Info Section Undo Log holds one row per product that a run touched: the run ID, the product ID, a copy of the product name (up to 200 characters, for display), the status (pending, done, partial, failed or undone), the IDs of the info sections taken off and put on, the IDs the product had before, an error text if something failed (up to 160 characters of Wix's message), the time of the last change, the month (YYYY-MM, UTC) and a "counted" flag (true when the change was made on the free plan and counts toward the free limit of 20 products per month; false on Pro). The free limit is worked out by counting the rows of the current month with the flag set, not counting failed ones. The rows contain no customer, order or member data, and no info section text. In your browser (local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (ib.theme.v1) and your language choice (ib-lang). The App makes no CSV export and no file download.
Bulk Tracking Import stores a counter, and on Pro two small records, in data collections on your own Wix site (created by the App; readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself). "Monthly Usage": for the free plan's monthly limit, one row per run with the month, the number of orders fulfilled, a status (reserved or settled) and the time. "Column Mappings" (Pro): for each set of column headings of a CSV file you have used, the heading text and the three column numbers you chose. "Import History" (Pro): the latest 20 runs, each with the time, four counts (total, sent, failed, skipped) and, per row, the order number, the tracking number, the result and a code; older runs are removed automatically. These rows hold no name, address, phone number or e-mail address of any customer. In your browser (local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (bti.theme.v1), your language choice (bti.lang.v1) and, for each site (the key followed by the App's instance ID of your site), how many runs finished cleanly and whether the review request was shown (bti.review.v1), and a mark that the card about our other apps was closed (bti.xpromo.v1). The sample file and the result file of a run (line, order number, tracking number, result, code, note) are made in your browser and handed to you as downloads; Hullspark never receives them.
Stuck Orders stores nothing about orders. On Pro it keeps two small records in data collections on your own Wix site (created by the App; readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself): "Settings" (your rules, that is their names, day counts and filter values, and your saved views) and "Daily Summary" (one row per day with the day and four counts; the latest 30 days are kept and older rows are removed automatically). The rows hold no order number, name or address. The free plan stores nothing on your site. In your browser (local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (so.theme.v1), your language choice (so.lang.v1) and, for each site, a mark that the card about our other apps was shown or closed (so.bridge.v1 followed by the instance ID). On Pro, the CSV export is put together by the App's route on Wix from the list on your screen (order numbers, dates, statuses, shipping method, channel, total) and handed to your browser as a download; the copy-order-numbers button puts the numbers on your clipboard. Neither is kept by the App.
Guest List Builder stores no guest data. It keeps your column templates in one data collection on your own Wix site ("Guest list: column templates"; created by the App; readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself; the site needs the Wix CMS app for it to exist): per template its name (up to 60 characters), the columns you chose, the text of the registration questions behind any question columns (as written on your form) and the grouping you chose. In your browser (local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (gl.theme.v1) and your language choice (gl-lang). The table, the CSV file and the print sheet are made from the guest data in your browser. On Pro, to make the print sheet your browser sends the table you built (the rows on your screen, which contain guest data) to the App's route /api/print on Wix, which wraps it in a printable page and returns it; nothing is kept. The CSV file is saved by your browser on your device.
Daily Booking Cap stores your rules and a short log in two data collections on your own Wix site (created by the App; readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself). "Booking Cap Settings": one row with your rules as text: on or off, whether bookings or participants are counted, the time zone of your business, the whole-business cap, the caps per service and per staff resource (keyed by their IDs) and the message shown to the customer in English and in Japanese. "Booking Cap Log": one row for each refusal or note, with the time, the kind ("blocked" or "allowed because our check failed"), the day and a short detail (which rule was reached, or a short error text of up to 120 characters). The rows hold no customer name, contact detail or booking ID. In your browser (local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (bc-theme) and your language choice (bc-lang).
Auto Order Tagger stores your rules and an activity log in two data collections on your own Wix site (created by the App; readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself). "Tagger Settings": one row with your rules as text: for each rule its name, whether it is on, its conditions (countries, a minimum total, product IDs, collection IDs, a first-order switch, coupon codes) and the tag names to add, and whether the tags are private. "Tagging Activity": one row per tagged order with the order ID, the order number, the tag names, the time, whether it was automatic or from a run on past orders, the status and a short note. No customer name, address or e-mail address is stored. In your browser (local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (ot.theme.v1) and your language choice (ot-lang). The tags themselves are stored by Wix on your orders and in your tag list.
Price & Stock History stores the history in two data collections on your own Wix site (created by the App; readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself). "Price and Stock Changes": one row per change of a price, a compare-at price or a stock number with the time, product ID, variant ID, place, product name, variant name and SKU, the kind, the old and new value, the currency, who made the change (the kind of actor and, for a Wix user, that person's Wix user ID, or an app's ID), the reason Wix gave and the catalog version. "Last Seen Values": the last price or stock number seen for each product, variant and place, with the same names, so that the next change can be compared. The rows hold no customer, order or member data. In your browser (local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (psh.theme.v1) and your language choice (psh-lang). "Save as CSV" makes the file in your browser and hands it to you as a download.
Plan Switch Guard stores its findings in four data collections on your own Wix site (created by the App; readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself). "Overlaps": one record per pair of plan orders found, with the member's ID, the two order IDs, a status, and the times first seen and updated. "Settings": your choices (the plans to watch, groups of plans, tolerance in hours, whether paused orders count, the pairs you ignored, whether to notify you, the time of the last test notice). "Ended Orders Log": one row for each end you confirmed, with the time, order ID, member ID, whether it ended now or at the next payment date, and the result. "Handled Events": the IDs of purchase events already handled, so that one is not handled twice. No member name or e-mail address is stored; they are looked up when shown. Bookings Bulk Editor stores nothing on your Wix site and nothing on our side. It has no data collection. The CSV files are read and made in your browser (an export can be saved in a Shift_JIS or UTF-8 encoding) and handed to you as downloads; the App keeps no copy. In your browser (local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (sb-theme) and your language choice (sb-lang).
Sold-out to the End stores one row per category you switched on in one data collection on your own Wix site ("Sold-out to the End: Categories"; created by the App; readable and writable only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App itself; the site needs the Wix CMS app for it to exist). The row holds the category ID, on or off, the time it was switched on, the original order of the products (product IDs, saved before the first change so that "turn off" can put it back), the product IDs that were sold out at the last run, the order the App last wrote, the time, number of products moved and status of the last run, and the error text of the last run if it failed. It holds no product names and no customer data. In your browser (local storage on your device; not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies): your light/dark choice (sol.theme.v1), your language choice (sol-lang) and, for each site (the key followed by the App's instance ID of your site), the small review request record described below (hs.reviewAsk.v1: how many times the App finished its job, the time it was first opened, and whether the request was shown, closed or clicked).
Review request record. Besides the items listed above for each App, Picking & Packing List, Product SEO Bulk Edit, Closure Days, Booking List, Allergen Chart, Month Calendar and Sold-out to the End each keep one small record in your browser's local storage (not on your site, not sent anywhere, no cookies), so that a review request appears at most once per site (key hs.reviewAsk.v1 followed by the App's instance ID of your site): how many times the App finished its job, the time it was first opened, and whether the request was shown, closed or clicked. It contains no personal data and no customer data, and stays in your browser until you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard.
In logs. When a product's stock changes, and when something fails, Low Stock Alert's backend can write lines to the App's logs on Wix's platform. The plan routes of Business Day Calendar, Sales Journal CSV, Stocktake, Picking & Packing List and Product SEO Bulk Edit write a warning line only when the plan cannot be read (the name of the error, for example "ForbiddenError"), and nothing else. The routes of Month Calendar and Blog Table of Contents (the plan routes and their routes for classes, time slots, headings and the post check) write a warning line only when a read fails (the name of the error and a short fixed text, for example "the time slots could not be read"); they never write class names, post titles, headings or hashtags. The route of Product Shelf Notes writes a warning line only when a request fails: the name of the action and the name of the error, never a note, a shelf number or a product name. The route of Info Section Bulk Manager writes a warning line only when the plan cannot be read: the name of the error, followed by a fixed text saying that the site is treated as free; it writes no product name, info section, run or count to the logs (failures of a run are shown on your screen and kept in the undo log, not written to the logs). The logs contain product and variant IDs, stock numbers and error text; they contain no customer data. Wix hosts those logs and decides how long they are kept; Hullspark, as the developer, can view them.
In logs (the later Apps). The backend of these Apps can write lines to the App's logs on Wix's platform, and only about failures: Bulk Tracking Import writes nothing about requests or answers, only a fixed warning line if its usage counter could not be settled. Stuck Orders passes on no error detail. Guest List Builder writes a fixed line when guests, print or a template fail, and for the events and templates routes the name and code of the error and a short error text (at most 200 characters, e-mail addresses removed). Daily Booking Cap writes the name of the error, and, when its booking check fails and the booking is let through, the text of the error. Auto Order Tagger writes counts of orders not fully tagged and the name of the error. Post Author Bulk Editor writes the action and the name of the error. Price & Stock History writes the product ID and the error object when an event handler fails. Plan Switch Guard writes a warning with the error text of a failed notification. Bookings Bulk Editor writes the name of the error. Sold-out to the End writes the step and code when a request to /api/state fails and the name of the error when an inventory event is not handled, and keeps the error text of a failed run in its own collection (section 3). They write no customer name, address, e-mail address or phone number. Where an App reads its own plan, a warning line is written only when the plan cannot be read: the name of the error. Wix hosts those logs and decides how long they are kept; Hullspark, as the developer, can view them.
4. Where data goes.
Nowhere outside Wix. The code of every App named in section 1 contains no calls to any other host, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. The only requests the dashboard pages of Low Stock Alert and Shipping Label CSV make are to Wix's APIs and to the App's own routes on Wix. The dashboard page of Sales Journal CSV makes two kinds of requests: Wix's orders search, and the plan question to its own route /api/plan on Wix. The dashboard page of Stocktake calls Wix's store catalog and inventory APIs, Wix's data API (for its history collection), for old-catalog stores Wix's Query Products API (www.wixapis.com), and its own /api/plan route. The dashboard page of Picking & Packing List calls Wix's orders search and fulfillments APIs and its own /api/plan route. The dashboard page of Product SEO Bulk Edit calls Wix's store catalog and product APIs (for old-catalog stores, Wix's REST API at www.wixapis.com) and the App's own routes on Wix: /api/plan, which answers whether the plan is Pro, the language and the display name of the site and, for a signed-in Wix user, the instance ID; and, only when you run an SEO check or an alt text check, /api/seo-check and /api/alt-check. /api/seo-check receives the screen language, the display name of the site and, for each product, its ID and its SEO title and description (and the product name or description only where it equals the SEO text, for the "same as the product" test). /api/alt-check receives, for each product, its ID, the number of its images and how many have no alt text. Both read the plan with the App's own identity and answer with the plan and the counts (for Pro, also the IDs of the products with a problem); they store nothing, and, like /api/plan, write a warning line to the App's logs only when the plan cannot be read. The dashboard page of Closure Days calls Wix's Bookings calendar-event, staff and room APIs, its own closures route and its own /api/plan route; it sends nothing to any other host. The dashboard page of Booking List calls Wix's calendar-event and site APIs through its own bookings route and its own /api/plan route; it sends nothing to any other host. The dashboard page of Allergen Chart calls its own chart route and its own /api/plan route, which in turn use Wix's data API (for the two collections) and, for the menu import, Wix's Restaurants menu API; the widget on your site asks the App's own route on Wix for the published chart. Neither sends anything to any other host. The widget and the dashboard page of Month Calendar call its own routes on Wix (classes, time slots, /api/plan), which in turn use Wix's Bookings APIs; they send nothing to any other host. The plugin and the dashboard page of Blog Table of Contents call its own routes on Wix (headings, post check, /api/plan), which in turn use Wix's Blog API, and read the headings of the page that is being shown; they send nothing to any other host. Business Day Calendar's only request is to its own route /api/plan on Wix, to ask the plan; it loads no external scripts, fonts or images, and uses the font of your site's theme. The dashboard page, the "..." menu item and the banner of Product Shelf Notes call only the App's own route /api/notes on Wix, which in turn uses Wix's store catalog APIs, Wix's data API (for the notes collection) and the app-instance API (for the plan); they send nothing to any other host. The dashboard page of Info Section Bulk Manager calls only the App's own route /api/sections on Wix, which in turn uses Wix's store catalog, product, info section and collection APIs, Wix's data API (for the two undo-log collections) and the app-instance API (for the plan); it sends nothing to any other host. Links to Wix pages (the upgrade page and the review page) open only when you click them. CSV files are saved to your computer by your browser; what you do with them afterwards (for example uploading to a carrier's service) is your own action under that carrier's terms.
The later Apps. The dashboard pages of Bulk Tracking Import, Stuck Orders, Guest List Builder, Daily Booking Cap, Auto Order Tagger, Post Author Bulk Editor, Price & Stock History, Plan Switch Guard, Bookings Bulk Editor and Sold-out to the End make requests only to the App's own routes on Wix (/api/import, /api/stuck, /api/guests, /api/events, /api/templates, /api/print, /api/cap, /api/tagger, /api/authors, /api/overlaps, /api/services, /api/action, /api/state and, in several, /api/plan), which in turn call Wix's APIs and Wix Data; Price & Stock History's dashboard page also calls Wix's store APIs and Wix Data directly and, for old-catalog stores, Wix's REST API (www.wixapis.com). The backend functions that Wix runs on an event (a booking, an approved order, a plan purchase, a price or stock change, an inventory change) call only Wix's APIs. Links to Wix pages and to the listings of our other apps open only when you click them. CSV files and print sheets are saved or printed by your browser; what you do with them afterwards is your own action.
Videos on this website (hullspark.com), not in the Apps. Some guide and product pages show a demo video from YouTube. The page loads only our own thumbnail image; nothing is requested from YouTube or Google until you click the thumbnail. After the click, the video is loaded from www.youtube-nocookie.com (YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode), and YouTube's own privacy policy applies from then on. Pages without a video, and the Apps themselves, make no such request.
5. Notifications (Low Stock Alert).
Low Stock Alert sends notifications through Wix's own notification service. They appear in the notification feed of your Wix dashboard and in the Wix mobile app (the "back in stock" notice appears in the dashboard only), to the contributors of your site, subject to each person's Wix notification settings. A notification contains a product name and a stock number (a summary contains counts and the first product names). If you turn on the stock summary, the App creates one automation in your Wix Automations to deliver it at the time you chose. On the Pro plan, if you also turn on the summary email, the App asks Wix to email the summary to up to 5 users of your Wix dashboard whom you choose, sent by Wix from its no-reply address. The email contains counts, product names and stock numbers, and no customer data. The App passes Wix user IDs, not email addresses, and does not read your contacts or mailing lists. We do not receive or see these notifications or emails.
6. Retention and deletion.
We keep no copy of your store's orders, products or customers: the data above lives on your Wix site or in your browser. No App stores a buyer's name, address, phone number or e-mail address. Order numbers or order IDs are kept only where section 3 lists them: Shipping Label CSV (order IDs, in your browser), Bulk Tracking Import (order numbers and tracking numbers), Auto Order Tagger (order IDs and numbers) and Plan Switch Guard (plan order IDs).
Sales Journal CSV has no delete button because it keeps nothing on your Wix site and nothing on our side. Its settings (account names, tax-category names and options) stay in your browser until you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard in your browser; we hold no copy and cannot see or delete them. The CSV files are files on your computer, which you can delete yourself.
Stocktake keeps its history in a data collection on your Wix site and has no delete function and no automatic deletion: the rows stay until you remove them in your site's data tools or ask us (support@hullspark.com) how. If you want a copy first, use "Export history as CSV". What Wix does with the collection when the App is removed is up to Wix (see below); please export the history before you uninstall. The draft of typed numbers in your browser is dropped after 14 days or when you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard.
Picking & Packing List has no delete button because it keeps nothing on your Wix site and nothing on our side. Its light/dark choice and language choice stay in your browser until you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard. PDF and CSV files are files on your computer; delete them yourself, especially those with names and addresses.
Product SEO Bulk Edit keeps nothing on your Wix site and nothing on our side, so it has no delete button. The undo record, the templates and the other records listed in section 3 stay in your browser until you discard a record in the App ("Discard this record"), undo it, or clear the site data of the Wix dashboard in your browser; we hold no copy and cannot see or delete them. The undo files are files on your computer; delete them yourself. The SEO settings it wrote to your products are ordinary product SEO settings: change them in Wix, or put the earlier ones back with "Undo".
Low Stock Alert: open the App and press "Delete all data of this app" (at the foot of the page). The App then also tries to remove the summary automation it made (if Wix refuses, the leftover automation does nothing and you can delete it in Wix Automations), deletes the rows it stored in its three collections (if any row cannot be deleted, it says so), clears what it keeps in your browser (the five items above) once the deletion has succeeded, and tells you how many items it deleted. The empty collections themselves stay, because Wix does not let an App remove them. In versions released before October 2026 (version 13.0) this button does not exist yet: remove each product from the watch list with "Remove", or write to us and we will tell you how to empty the collection. Version 13.0 has only the "Low Stock Thresholds" collection.
Uninstalling does not necessarily delete the data. Low Stock Alert, Shipping Label CSV and Stocktake contain no code that runs on uninstall, Wix's documentation does not describe what happens to an App's collections when it is removed, and on a real store we found the data still there after removing and re-adding Low Stock Alert. Please delete the data first if you want it gone.
Shipping Label CSV has no delete button. Its only site data is the month-and-count rows, which are not personal data; write to us if you want guidance on removing them. Its browser items can be removed by clearing site data for the Wix dashboard in your browser. Your products, orders and Wix settings are never changed by the deletion.
Business Day Calendar has no delete button because it keeps no data of its own on Wix. Its settings are properties of the widgets on your pages; change them in the widget's settings panel or remove the widget from the page. The plan note in a visitor's or owner's browser is cleared when the tab is closed (or after 5 minutes of no use) and cannot be seen or deleted by us. What Wix keeps after the App is removed from your site is up to Wix; we cannot see or delete it.
Closure Days has no delete button, because the only data it leaves on your site is the closures themselves. What happens when you uninstall: the blocked time stays in your Bookings calendars until it is removed, and new bookings stay blocked on those days. Please remove your closures (undo them in the "Closures" list) before you uninstall the App; if you uninstalled first, delete the blocked time by hand in the Bookings calendar. The settings in your browser stay until you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard in your browser; we hold no copy and cannot see or delete them.
Booking List has no delete button, because it keeps nothing on your Wix site and nothing on our side. What happens when you uninstall: nothing is left on your site by the App. The four settings in your browser stay until you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard in your browser; we hold no copy and cannot see or delete them. Files you downloaded stay on your computer until you delete them.
Allergen Chart keeps your dishes and settings in two data collections on your Wix site. What happens when you uninstall: the widget disappears from your pages, but the two collections are left in place as your own data and come back if you install the App again; Wix does not delete an App's collections on uninstall by itself. To have them emptied, delete the rows in the Wix CMS yourself, or write to support@hullspark.com (Japanese or English) and we will delete them. The dishes and allergen entries you made are the shop's data and are not copied to us. The settings in your browser stay until you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard in your browser.
Month Calendar has no delete button, because it keeps no data of its own on your Wix site or on our side. Its settings are properties of the widget on your page; change them in the widget's settings panel or remove the widget from the page. What happens when you uninstall: the widget disappears from your pages, and nothing else is left on your site by the App. The two settings and the plan note in your browser stay until you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard (the plan note ends with the browser tab); we hold no copy and cannot see or delete them.
Blog Table of Contents has no delete button, because it keeps no data of its own on your Wix site or on our side. Its settings are properties of the plugin on your blog post page; change them in the settings panel or remove the plugin from the page. What happens when you uninstall: the table of contents disappears from your posts, and nothing else is left on your site by the App. The two settings and the plan note in your browser stay until you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard (the plan note ends with the browser tab); we hold no copy and cannot see or delete them.
Product Shelf Notes keeps your notes in the "Shelf Notes" data collection on your Wix site. To delete one product's note, open it and press "Delete note" (or save it with all four fields empty); this removes its row. There is no automatic deletion and no "delete everything" button: to empty the collection, delete the rows in the Wix CMS yourself, or write to support@hullspark.com (Japanese or English) and we will delete them. What happens when you uninstall: the App's pages, menu item and banner disappear, but the collection is left in place as your own data and comes back if you install the App again; Wix does not delete an App's collections on uninstall by itself. The notes are the shop's data and are not copied to us. The two settings in your browser stay until you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard in your browser.
Info Section Bulk Manager keeps its undo log in the "Info Section Runs" and "Info Section Undo Log" data collections on your Wix site. The App has no function that deletes log rows, and no automatic deletion: the rows stay so that a run can be undone and so that the monthly count is right. To delete them, delete the rows in the Wix CMS yourself, or write to support@hullspark.com (Japanese or English) and we will delete them. Deleting the rows of a run means it can no longer be undone from the App, and deleting rows of the current month on the free plan lowers the count that the App makes for that month. Undoing a run changes the products back but does not delete its rows (they are marked "undone"). The info sections on your products are changed in your store itself and stay as they are when you uninstall. The App itself does not delete the collections when you uninstall; they are your own data. The log is the shop's data and is not copied to us. The two settings in your browser stay until you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard in your browser.
Bulk Tracking Import has no delete button. "Import History" keeps the latest 20 runs and removes older ones by itself; "Monthly Usage" and "Column Mappings" stay until you remove them in your site's data tools or ask us (support@hullspark.com) how. The fulfillments it created are ordinary Wix fulfillments: change them in Wix. The browser items go when you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard; downloaded files are files on your computer, so delete them yourself. The App contains no code that runs on uninstall, so please delete the data first if you want it gone.
Stuck Orders has no delete button. The free plan leaves nothing on your site. On Pro, "Daily Summary" keeps the latest 30 days by itself; "Settings" stays until you remove it in your site's data tools or ask us (support@hullspark.com) how. The browser items go when you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard; exported files are files on your computer. The App contains no code that runs on uninstall.
Guest List Builder keeps no guest data. To delete a column template, delete it in the App; the rows of the "Guest list: column templates" collection can also be removed in your site's data tools. The browser items go when you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard; CSV files and printed sheets contain guests' names and contact details, so delete or shred them yourself. The App contains no code that runs on uninstall.
Daily Booking Cap has no delete button. Its settings row and its log rows stay until you remove them in your site's data tools or ask us (support@hullspark.com) how; the App never deletes log rows by itself. What happens when you uninstall: the App contains no code that runs on uninstall, and what Wix does with its collections and its booking check is up to Wix (see below); remove the App from your Wix app list, and delete the data first if you want it gone.
Auto Order Tagger has no delete-all button. You can delete a rule in the App; the activity rows stay until you remove them in your site's data tools or ask us (support@hullspark.com) how. The tags already added to orders are ordinary Wix order tags: remove them in Wix. The App contains no code that runs on uninstall.
Post Author Bulk Editor has no delete button. The usage and change-log rows stay until you remove them in your site's data tools or ask us (support@hullspark.com) how; once a change log row is removed, that change can no longer be undone with the App. The authors it set are ordinary post authors: change them in Wix. The App contains no code that runs on uninstall.
Price & Stock History has no delete button and no automatic deletion: the history stays until you remove the rows in your site's data tools or ask us (support@hullspark.com) how. If you want a copy first, use "Save as CSV". The App contains no code that runs on uninstall, so please export and delete the data first if you want it gone.
Plan Switch Guard: open the App and press "Delete detection records"; it deletes the rows of all four collections (the empty collections stay, because Wix does not let an App remove them). Orders it has ended are ordinary ended Wix orders and cannot be restored by the App. The App contains no code that runs on uninstall.
Bookings Bulk Editor has no delete button because it keeps nothing on your Wix site and nothing on our side. The browser items go when you clear the site data of the Wix dashboard; CSV files are files on your computer. Changes it wrote to services are ordinary service settings: change them in Wix.
Sold-out to the End: to remove a category's data, switch it off in the App; this puts the original order back and clears the saved lists, but the row of the category stays in the collection until you remove it in your site's data tools or ask us (support@hullspark.com) how. The App contains no code that runs on uninstall, so please switch your categories off first if you want the original order back.
Data about you. If you write to support@hullspark.com, we keep your message and our reply to answer you, and delete them within 2 years after the last message. Information Wix gives us about your installation and billing (for example instance ID and plan) is used only to provide and support the Apps.
7. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR and similar laws).
You, the site owner, are the controller (the one who decides how personal data is used) of your customers' data. To the extent Hullspark processes personal data on your behalf, it acts as your processor and only on your instructions. Because the Apps do not send order, product or customer data to us and we keep no copy of it, we hold no personal data of your customers. The permissions you grant let the Apps read that data inside Wix on your behalf and, for Shipping Label CSV's "Import tracking numbers", register fulfillments on the orders you select, for Stocktake to write the stock quantities you confirm, and for Product SEO Bulk Edit to rewrite the SEO title and description of the products you select (and, with its Pro alt text tool, to add alt text to images that have none). Section 2 states what the other Apps may write, including fulfillments (Bulk Tracking Import), order tags (Auto Order Tagger), post authors (Post Author Bulk Editor), ending a plan order (Plan Switch Guard), services (Bookings Bulk Editor) and the order of products in a category (Sold-out to the End). For requests about data stored on your site, use Wix's tools or write to us; we aim to answer within a week and always within 30 days.
8. Security.
Hosting, encryption in transit and access control are provided by Wix. The App's data collections can be read and written only by people with administrator access to your site and by the App. The Apps run on the Wix platform, use Wix's authentication and permission model, and request only the permissions they need: Low Stock Alert, per its code, reads store products, inventory and categories, reads its own plan with "Manage Your App", creates its own summary automation, and, for the Pro summary email, uses Wix's email permission ("Manage Email Marketing") to send that email; it does not read contacts, orders, customers or members; Shipping Label CSV reads store orders and, for "Import tracking numbers", manages orders (creates fulfillments); Sales Journal CSV reads store orders and, with "Manage Your App", its own plan, and never changes orders; Stocktake reads and writes store inventory (and, for old-catalog stores, manages products) and uses "Manage Your App"; Picking & Packing List reads store orders and their fulfillments and uses "Manage Your App", and never changes them; Product SEO Bulk Edit reads store products and writes only their SEO settings and, with its alt text tool, the alt text of their images (and, for old-catalog stores, manages products) and uses "Manage Your App"; Closure Days asks only for the permissions it needs to read calendar events and the staff and room lists, to write time-off events, and "Manage Your App" to read its own plan; Booking List asks only for "Read Calendar" (the calendar events, without the participants' personal data) and "Manage Your App" to read its own plan, and never changes a booking; Allergen Chart asks for Wix Data read and write on its own two collections, "Manage Your App", and, for the menu import, read access to Wix Restaurants menus (Wix offers this only as a broad Restaurants permission, and the shop owner accepts it when installing; the App uses it only to read each dish's ID, name and visibility, and it never reads or writes orders, reservations, customers or payments); Product Shelf Notes asks for read access to store products and the catalog version, Wix Data read and write on its own collection, and "Manage Your App" to read its own plan; it never changes products and reads no orders, customers or members; its route checks that the caller is a signed-in user of your site (otherwise it answers "forbidden") before doing anything. Info Section Bulk Manager asks for read and write access to store products (it writes only the list of info sections on the products you select), read access to store info sections, collections and the catalog version, Wix Data read and write on its own two collections, and "Manage Your App" to read its own plan; it reads no orders, customers or members; its route checks that the caller is a signed-in user of your site (otherwise it answers "forbidden") before doing anything. Business Day Calendar requests one permission, "Manage Your App", to read the App's own plan on your site. The App's own routes for Low Stock Alert (summary, test notification, categories) check that the caller is a signed-in user of your site before doing anything; Business Day Calendar's plan route is called by visitors too and answers only yes/no for Pro (the instance ID only to a signed-in Wix user). Month Calendar asks only for "Read Bookings Calendar Availability", "Read Bookings - Public Data" and "Manage Your App"; Blog Table of Contents asks only for "Read Blog" and "Manage Your App"; neither changes anything in Wix. The routes of both Apps can be called by visitors, so they check the shape of every request and send out only the fields named in section 2. The permissions of Bulk Tracking Import, Stuck Orders, Guest List Builder, Daily Booking Cap, Auto Order Tagger, Post Author Bulk Editor, Price & Stock History, Plan Switch Guard, Bookings Bulk Editor and Sold-out to the End are listed for each App in section 2. The Apps never ask for passwords, API tokens or payment details. Report security issues to support@hullspark.com.

本ポリシーは、Hullspark が Wix App Market で公開する、または公開の準備をしているアプリ（個別に「本アプリ」）、すなわち Low Stock Alert for Wix（以下「Low Stock Alert」）と 送り状CSV出力 / Japan Shipping Label CSV（以下「送り状CSV」）、営業日カレンダー / Business Day Calendar JP（以下「営業日カレンダー」）、売上仕訳CSV（弥生インポート形式） / Sales Journal CSV for Yayoi（以下「売上仕訳CSV」。ストアの掲載では「会計ソフト向け 売上仕訳CSV / Accounting Sales Journal CSV」の名前になることがあります）、棚卸 / Stocktake: Count & Sync Stock（以下「棚卸」）、ピッキング・梱包リスト / Picking & Packing List for Wix（以下「ピッキング・梱包リスト」）、商品 SEO 一括編集 / Product SEO Bulk Edit、および 休業日まとめ設定（ブッキング） / Closure Days for Bookings（以下「休業日まとめ設定」）、予約表の印刷と CSV / Booking List Print & CSV（以下「予約表の印刷と CSV」）、アレルゲン一覧表（メニュー用） / Allergen Chart for Restaurants（以下「アレルゲン一覧表」）、Month Calendar for Bookings / 月間予約カレンダー（以下「月間予約カレンダー」）、Blog Table of Contents / ブログ目次（以下「ブログ目次」）、および 商品の棚番メモ / Product Shelf Notes（以下「商品の棚番メモ」）、および 情報セクション一括管理 / Info Section Bulk Manager（以下「情報セクション一括管理」）、ならびに Bulk Tracking Import / 追跡番号の一括登録（以下「Bulk Tracking Import」）、Stuck Orders、Guest List Builder、Daily Booking Cap、Auto Order Tagger、Post Author Bulk Editor、Price & Stock History、Plan Switch Guard、Bookings Bulk Editor、Sold-out to the End / 売り切れを一番後ろへ（以下「Sold-out to the End」）に適用されます。Bulk Tracking Import、Stuck Orders、Daily Booking Cap、Post Author Bulk Editor は、まだ Wix App Market で公開していません。これらについての記載は、それぞれの公開後に適用されます。Atlassian Confluence・Jira 向けアプリと Markshot for Windows は別のポリシーが適用されます。Low Stock Alert、送り状CSV、売上仕訳CSV、棚卸、ピッキング・梱包リスト、商品 SEO 一括編集、休業日まとめ設定、予約表の印刷と CSV、アレルゲン一覧表、商品の棚番メモ、情報セクション一括管理はお客様のサイトの Wix ダッシュボードの中で動作し、Wix のプラットフォームと API を利用します（バックエンドのコードも Wix 経由で配備されます）。アレルゲン一覧表には、置いたページに一覧表を表示するウィジェットもあります。月間予約カレンダーはお客様がサイトのページに置くウィジェット、ブログ目次は Wix がブログの記事ページに置くプラグインで、どちらも Wix エディタの設定パネル、Wix ダッシュボードのページ、Wix 上の小さなバックエンドの入口を持ちます。商品の棚番メモは、Wix ダッシュボードのページ、Wix の商品一覧の「…」メニューの項目、その一覧の上のバナー、Wix 上の小さなバックエンドの入口 1 つを持ちます。情報セクション一括管理は、Wix ダッシュボードのページ 1 つと、Wix 上の小さなバックエンドの入口 1 つ（/api/sections）を持ちます。営業日カレンダーは、お客様がサイトのページに置くウィジェットで、Wix 上の小さなバックエンドの入口（アプリ自身のプラン、無料か Pro かを Wix から読むもの）と、Wix の API の呼び出しが 1 つあります。Bulk Tracking Import、Stuck Orders、Guest List Builder、Daily Booking Cap、Auto Order Tagger、Post Author Bulk Editor、Price & Stock History、Plan Switch Guard、Bookings Bulk Editor、Sold-out to the End も、お客様のサイトの Wix ダッシュボードの中で動作し、それぞれ Wix ダッシュボードのページと、Wix 上の小さなバックエンドの入口（/api/...）を持ちます。一部は、サイトで何かが起きたときに Wix が実行するバックエンドのコードも持ちます（Daily Booking Cap はお客様が予約しようとするとき、Auto Order Tagger は注文が承認されたとき、Plan Switch Guard は会員がプランを購入したとき、Price & Stock History は商品の価格や在庫が変わったとき、Sold-out to the End は在庫の項目が変わったとき）。当方はどのアプリのためにも独自のサーバを運用せず、どのアプリのコードも Wix 以外のサーバへデータを送りません。
2. 読み取るデータ
各アプリは、Wix の API を通じてのみ、インストールまたは更新時にお客様が承認した権限の範囲で、お客様が設定した処理のためにだけデータを読み取ります。売上仕訳CSVとピッキング・梱包リストは注文を読み取るだけで、何も変更しません。送り状CSVが注文を変更するのは、下記の発送の登録だけで、お客様がそのボタンを押したときに限ります。棚卸がストアを変更するのは、お客様が確認して押した在庫の数を書き込むことだけです。商品 SEO 一括編集がストアを変更するのは、お客様が選んだ商品の SEO の見出しと説明を書き換えること、および Pro の代替テキストの機能を使ったときに代替テキストのない商品画像へ代替テキストを入れること（「元に戻す」を押したときはそれを書き戻すこと）だけで、お客様がそのボタンを押したときに限ります。
送り状CSVは、ヤマト運輸・クリックポスト・佐川急便 e飛伝Ⅲ向けの送り状 CSV を作るため、Wix eCommerce の注文のうち、未発送・キャンセルでない・アーカイブされていないもの（1 回に最大 1,000 件）を読み取ります。各注文から使うのは、注文番号、注文・支払いの状態、注文日、お届け先の氏名・会社名・電話番号・住所（注文にお届け先の住所がなければ配送先、それもなければ請求先の連絡先）、請求先の電話番号（お届け先に電話番号がないとき、使うかどうかをお客様が選べる候補として表示するだけで、自動では使いません）、商品名、合計・残額・税額（代金引換の可能性がある注文の目印のため）です。これらはお客様の顧客の個人データです。データはお使いのブラウザに読み込まれ、ページのメモリ上にだけ保持され、ブラウザの中で CSV ファイルになり、ダウンロードとしてブラウザに渡されます。当方には送られず、アプリがどこかのストレージに書き込むこともありません。「お届け予定・完了のメールをヤマトから購入者に送る」をオンにした場合に限り、購入者のメールアドレスも注文から読み取り、ヤマト運輸がお届けのメールを送れるように B2クラウド用の CSV に入れます。この設定の初期値はオフです。アプリがメールを送ることはなく、アドレスを保存することもありません。作成した CSV（購入者のメールアドレスを含む場合も）は、お客様がダウンロードしたファイルとしてのみ存在します。「追跡番号を読み込む」を使うときは、読み込むファイルの行と見比べるために、注文の状態・発送の状態・明細の ID も読み取ります。選んだファイルは、ブラウザの中で読み、当社が保存することも送信することもありません。アプリが注文に書き込むこと: 「追跡番号を読み込む」の確認画面で「発送済みにする」を押したときだけ、選んだ注文に、運送会社名「ヤマト運輸」と、ファイルにある追跡番号を、発送として登録します。注文のそれ以外の内容は書き換えません。ストアの設定によっては、Wix が購入者に発送のお知らせメールを送ることがあり、アプリからは止められません。CSV を出すタブは、注文を読み取るだけです。権限: 注文の読み取りと、「注文の管理」（発送の登録に使います）を要求します。既存のお客様は、Wix の「アプリを管理」ページでアプリを更新するときに、新しい権限を承認します。「今回の記録」はページを開いている間だけ残り、結果の CSV は、保存ボタンを押したときだけ作ります。あわせて、アプリ自身のインストール情報（インスタンス ID と、無料プランか有料プランか）を読み取ります。
売上仕訳CSVは、お客様が選んだ期間（日本時間。1 回に最大 5,000 件）の Wix eCommerce の注文を読み取り、売上を集計した仕訳 CSV を作ります（出力形式は画面で、弥生インポート形式〔Shift-JIS〕か、freee 会計の取引インポートの CSV〔UTF-8 BOM 付き〕かを選びます）。会計ソフトへの取り込みは、お客様ご自身で行います。各注文から使うのは、注文番号、注文の状態・支払いの状態、通貨、注文日、支払い済みになった日（注文の出来事の記録から。基準に支払い日を選んだときだけ）、商品の金額と税率・税額、送料、追加料金（たとえば代金引換の手数料）、注文の合計（金額が合わないときに知らせるため）です。支払い済みでない注文、キャンセルされた注文、日本円でない注文は、飛ばして件数だけ数えます。商品名は使いません。Wix からは注文のデータ全体が画面に届き、購入者の氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスが含まれることがあります。アプリはその項目を使わず、保存も送信もせず、CSV にも入りません。注文のデータは、ページを開いている間だけメモリ上にあり、ブラウザの中で CSV になり、ダウンロードとしてブラウザに渡されます。当方には送られず、アプリがどこかのストレージに書き込むこともありません。アプリが注文を変更することはありません。無料と Pro: 無料プランでは、使う日付（注文日または支払い済みの日）の月ごとに 20 件までの注文を CSV に入れ、入らなかった件数を画面に出します。Pro（月 $4.99）は件数の上限がありません。無料か Pro かは、下の営業日カレンダーと同じ方法で、Wix 上のアプリ自身の入口 /api/plan に問い合わせて決めます。答えは Pro かどうか（はい／いいえ）だけで、Wix にサインインしている利用者にはアップグレードのリンクを作るためのインスタンス ID も付きます。読めないときは無料として扱います。権限: 注文の読み取り（「Read Orders」）と、アプリ自身のプランを読むための「Manage Your App」。「弥生」は弥生株式会社、「freee」はfreee株式会社の商標です。このアプリはどちらの会社とも関係がなく、各社が提供・承認した物ではありません。
Low Stock Alert は、Wix Stores の商品と在庫のデータ、すなわち商品 ID、バリエーション ID、商品名・バリエーション名、在庫数、在庫数を数える設定かどうか、お使いのストアのカタログ版、および（カテゴリー読み取りの権限を付与した場合）商品のカテゴリー ID・名前・親カテゴリーを読み取ります。読み取るのは、アプリを開いたときと、商品の在庫が変わったと Wix が知らせたときにバックグラウンドで行います。あわせて、アプリ自身のインストール情報（無料か有料か、サイトの言語）を読み取ります。注文、顧客、会員、決済の情報は読み取りません。
営業日カレンダーは、お客様のストア、注文・商品・顧客・会員・サイトの訪問者の情報を読み取りません。Wix から読むのは 1 つだけ、お客様のサイトでのこのアプリ自身のプラン（無料か有料か、更新されない有料プランの終了日）です。ウィジェット、エディタの設定パネル、ダッシュボードのページは、Wix 上で動くアプリ自身の入口 /api/plan に問い合わせます。ブラウザは、そのページですでに持っている Wix のアクセストークンを付けて送ります（Wix の fetchWithAuth）。入口は、アプリ自身の権限に引き上げて（elevate）Wix の Get App Instance API を呼び、権限「Manage Your App」を使い、Pro かどうか（はい／いいえ）だけを返します。アプリのインスタンスの他の情報（サイトの名前や住所、他のアプリ、課金の詳細）は返しません。インスタンス ID は、呼び出し元が Wix にサインインしている利用者（サイトの所有者か共同管理者。エディタやダッシュボード）のときだけ、Wix のアップグレードページへのリンクを作るために答えに付きます。サイトの訪問者には渡りません。プランが何らかの理由で読めないときは、無料として扱い、カレンダーそのものは表示されます。表示する日本の祝日は、アプリのコードの中にある一覧で、どこからも取得しません。「今日」の目印と（Pro の表示で）発送日の目安の 1 行を出すため、ウィジェットは閲覧している人の端末の日付と時刻を使います。その時刻は閲覧している人のブラウザの中だけで使われ、保存も送信もされません。
棚卸は、Wix ストアの商品の在庫を扱います。ダッシュボードの中で、ログインしている利用者（サイトの持ち主または共同管理者）の権限で動きます。読み取るのは、ストアのカタログの種類（新カタログか旧カタログか、Wix ストアが入っていないか）と、商品のバリエーションと在庫の場所ごとの、商品名、バリエーション名、SKU、在庫を数えているか、在庫の数、更新に必要な Wix の ID です（1 回に最大 5,000 行まで読み込みます）。旧カタログのストアでは、隠した商品・下書きの商品を含め、商品の名前、バリエーションの種類（たとえば色・サイズ）、SKU も、Wix の Query Products API で読み取ります。あわせて、アプリ自身のプランも読み取ります（読み方は下の営業日カレンダーと同じ）。注文、顧客、会員、メールアドレス、住所、決済の情報は読み取らず、その権限も求めません。変更すること: 確認の画面で「書き換える」を押したときだけ、数えた数をストアの在庫に書き込みます（新カタログでは理由を「手作業（MANUAL）」とした 1 回の更新、旧カタログでは現在の数を読み直してから、バリエーションごとに差の分だけ増やす／減らす）。それ以外は何も変更しません。権限: カタログの版の読み取り（限定的なカタログの読み取り）、在庫項目の読み取り、在庫項目の書き込み、商品の管理（旧カタログで、隠した商品の読み取りと旧カタログの在庫の変更に使います）、アプリ自身のプランを読むための「Manage Your App」、アプリのインスタンスの基本情報の読み取り。
ピッキング・梱包リストは、集める物を合算し、注文ごとの梱包リストを印刷するため、Wix eCommerce の注文のうち、未発送または一部発送で、キャンセルでなく、アーカイブされていないもの（1 回に最大 1,000 件）を読み取ります。各注文から使うのは、注文番号、注文日、そして各商品の行の、商品名とオプション（お店で付けた文字のまま）、SKU、数量、返金された数、商品の種類、別のサービスが発送する行かどうかです。一部発送の注文では、残りの数だけを数えるため、Wix から注文の発送記録（どの行が何個発送済みか）も読み取ります。宛名・住所は、梱包リストで「宛名と住所を載せる」を選んだときだけ使います。この設定の初期値はオフで、集める物のリストには載りません。Wix からは注文のデータ全体が画面に届き、購入者の氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスが含まれることがあります。アプリは上に挙げた項目以外を使わず、保存も送信もせず、PDF や CSV にも入りません。データはページを開いている間だけメモリ上にあり、PDF と CSV はブラウザの中で作られ（PDF はお使いの端末の日本語フォントで描き、フォントなどのファイルは読み込みません）、ダウンロードとしてブラウザに渡されます。当方には送られず、アプリがどこかのストレージに書き込むこともありません。宛名・住所入りの PDF や CSV には、お客様の顧客の個人データが入ります。ほかの顧客の記録と同じように保管・廃棄してください。無料プランは 1 回のリストに 20 注文まで、Pro（月 $2.99）は上限がありません。プランは、営業日カレンダーと同じく、アプリ自身の入口 /api/plan から読みます。「見本の注文で試す」は作り物の注文を使い、何も読み取りません。アプリが注文を変更することはありません。権限: 「Read Orders」（注文と発送記録の読み取りの両方に使います）と「Manage Your App」。
商品 SEO 一括編集は、Wix ストアの商品の検索エンジン向けの設定（SEO）を扱います。ダッシュボードの中で、ログインしている利用者（サイトの持ち主または共同管理者）の権限で動きます。読み取るもの: ストアのカタログの種類（新カタログか旧カタログか、Wix ストアが入っていないか）と、商品（隠した商品を含む）ごとの商品名、説明、ブランド、メインのカテゴリ（新カタログのみ）、その商品のSEO の設定（SEO の見出し、説明〔メタディスクリプション〕、その他の SEO タグ、検索キーワード、自動転送の設定）です。代替テキストの機能（新カタログのみ）のために、商品の画像の一覧（各メディアの ID、画像か動画か、代替テキスト）も読み取ります。あわせて、アプリ自身のプラン、サイトの言語、サイトの表示名も読み取ります（読み方は上の営業日カレンダーと同じ）。注文、顧客、会員、メールアドレス、住所、決済の情報は読み取らず、その権限も求めません。書き込むもの: お客様が選んだ商品の SEO の設定だけで、確認の画面で「書き換える」を押したときに限ります（SEO の見出しと説明を置き換え、その他のタグ・検索キーワード・自動転送の設定は、読み込んだ値のまま送り返します）。「元に戻す」を押したときは、その商品の以前の SEO の設定を書き戻します。Pro の代替テキストの機能を使ったときは、お客様が選んだ商品のうち代替テキストのない画像にだけ、入力を始めたときに限って代替テキストも書きます。すでにある代替テキストは置き換えず、その回の「元に戻す」は、アプリが書いた文のままの画像だけを空に戻します。商品名・説明・価格・在庫など、それ以外は書き込みません。元に戻す記録の置き場所: お客様のブラウザの中と、ダウンロードしたファイルです（3 を参照）。Wix のサイトには保存せず、当方にも送りません。権限: カタログの版の読み取り（限定的なカタログの読み取り）、商品の読み取り（隠した商品は管理者としての読み取り）、商品の書き込み、商品の管理（旧カタログのストア）、アプリ自身のプランとサイトの言語を読むための「Manage Your App」。
休業日まとめ設定は、Wix ブッキングを使うサイトの予約カレンダーを対象に、ダッシュボードの中で動作します。お客様の顧客データは読みません。選んだ期間のカレンダーの予定のうち、種類・日付・タイトルだけを読み、日ごとに既に何件の予約があるかの表示と、このアプリが作った休みと手で作った予約不可の時間帯の見分けに使います。予約者の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・支払い情報は読みません。あわせてスタッフと部屋の一覧（ID と名前）を読みます。休みは各スタッフと各部屋のカレンダーに作られるためです。アプリ自身のプランの状態（無料か Pro か）とサイトのタイムゾーンは Wix から読みます。書き込むのは、休みにした日ごとに、各スタッフと各部屋のカレンダーへ追加する休みの予定 1 件だけです（取り消すと、その予定を削除します）。既に入っている予約を変更・キャンセルすることはありません。
予約表の印刷と CSVは、Wix ブッキングを使うサイトの予約カレンダーを対象に、ダッシュボードの中で、ログインしている利用者（サイトの持ち主または共同管理者）の権限で動作します。お客様の顧客データは読みません。選んだ日の予約のカレンダー上の予定から、日時、サービス名、担当スタッフの名前、人数だけを読みます。氏名・電話番号・メールアドレスを含む参加者の項目は Wix に求めず、読む権限も持っていません。あわせて、「今日」がお店の今日になるようサイトのタイムゾーンと、アプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）を、権限「Manage Your App」で Wix から読みます。Wix には何も書き込みません。予約の変更や取り消しは行いません。
アレルゲン一覧表が読み書きするのは、お店が入力した内容だけです。注文・顧客・会員・メールアドレス・支払い情報は読みません。Wix レストランメニュー（新）からの読み込みを使う場合は、そのメニューから、料理ごとのID、名前、表示中かどうかだけを読み、料理名を表の行にします。メニューは変更しません。他のアプリと同様に、アプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）も Wix から読みます。サイトの訪問者はログインせず、何も求められません。ウィジェットは、お店が登録した内容の公開用の写し（料理名、区分、アレルゲンの登録内容）を、Wix 上のアプリ自身の入口から受け取ります。訪問者が避けたい品目として選んだものは、その訪問のあいだページのメモリにだけ置かれます。
月間予約カレンダーは、サイトの訪問者に月間カレンダーでクラスを見せるため、Wix ブッキングのクラスを Wix 上のサーバーで読み取ります。読むのは、(1) 隠していないクラスの一覧（クラスごとのID、名前、予約ページのリンク）と、(2) 表示する月のそのクラスの時間枠（開始と終了の時刻、クラス名、残り席数と席の総数、満席か中止か）と、クラスごとの料金（Wix ブッキングに登録された、固定の料金、変動料金の最低額、無料、またはお店が書いた料金の文〔60 字まで〕）です。顧客、予約した人、その氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号、注文、会員、支払いは読み取らず、その権限も持っていません。ウィジェットへ送るのは上に挙げた項目だけで、Wix の答えのそれ以外はサーバーから出ません。これらの読み取りは、訪問者の権限ではカレンダーを読めないため、アプリ自身の権限（昇格）で行います。ウィジェットまたは管理画面のプレビューを表示するときに行い、リクエストの間は保持しません。あわせて、他のアプリと同様にアプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）を、アプリ自身の入口 /api/plan と権限「Manage Your App」で Wix から読みます。答えは Pro かどうか（はい／いいえ）だけで、インスタンス ID は Wix にサインインしている利用者にだけ返します。プランが読めないときは無料として扱います。Wix には何も書き込みません。予約の作成・変更・取り消しは行いません。「予約する」は Wix ブッキングの予約ページへのリンクで、予約と支払いはそちらで行われます。権限: 「Read Bookings Calendar Availability」「Read Bookings - Public Data」「Manage Your App」。
ブログ目次は、記事ページに目次を作るため、Wix ブログの記事を Wix 上のサーバーで読み取ります。表示する記事について、Wix ブログから記事とその内容を取得し、そこから使うのは見出しの文字と階層（h2〜h4）、記事のハッシュタグ、読了時間（分の数）だけです。記事の本文、投稿者、読者、会員、コメントはブラウザへ送らず、保存もログへの記録もしません。有料会員向け（Pricing Plan）の記事では、見出しの一覧はサーバーから一切送らず、ハッシュタグだけを返します。管理画面のページでは、最新 10 記事について、記事のタイトルを読み見出しの数も数えて、目次が出る・出ない理由を表示します。表示中のページの見出しと Wix ブログの一覧の突き合わせは、訪問者のブラウザの中で行います（ブラウザが、すでに表示しているページを読むだけです）。読者・会員・コメント・注文は読み取らず、その権限も持っていません。読み取りはアプリ自身の権限（昇格）で行います。あわせてアプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）を、営業日カレンダーと同じくアプリ自身の入口 /api/plan と権限「Manage Your App」で Wix から読み、読めないときは無料として扱います。Wix には何も書き込まず、記事を変更しません。権限: 「Read Blog」「Manage Your App」。
商品の棚番メモは、Wix ストアの商品を Wix 上のサーバーで、アプリ自身の権限（昇格）により読み取り専用で読みます。使うのは商品ごとのID、名前、SKU（最初のバリエーションの SKU）と、サイトが使うストアのカタログの版だけです。入力したメモの横に名前と SKU を出し、それらで検索するためで、一度に最大 2,000 件まで読みます。商品には何も書き込みません。注文・顧客・会員・メールアドレス・支払い情報は読み取らず、その権限も持っていません。あわせてアプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）を権限「Manage Your App」で Wix から読み、読めないときは無料として扱います。アプリの入口が答えるのは、サイトにサインインしている Wix の利用者（オーナーまたは共同管理者）だけで、サイトの訪問者は断ります。権限: ストアの商品の読み取り、カタログの版の読み取り、「Manage Your App」、アプリ自身のコレクションの Wix Data の読み書き。
情報セクション一括管理は、Wix ストアの商品の情報セクション（Wix が商品ページに出す、配送・返品・お手入れなどのブロック）を扱います。ダッシュボードの中で動作し、Wix への呼び出しは Wix 上のサーバーで、アプリ自身の権限（昇格）により行います。読み取るもの: (1) Wix ストアの商品を一度に最大 2,000 件まで、表示中の商品だけ（非表示の商品を読む権限は求めません）。商品ごとにID、名前、版の目印（revision）、付いている情報セクションの ID と属するコレクションの ID。(2) ストアの情報セクション（ID と題名）。名前で表示するためです。(3) ストアのコレクション（ID と名前。表示中のもの）。絞り込みのためです。(4) サイトが使うストアのカタログの版。(5) アプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）を権限「Manage Your App」で Wix から読み、読めないときは無料として扱います。Wix が商品について返すそれ以外の情報は、アプリは使いません。アプリは新しい Wix カタログ（Catalog V3）のストアだけで動き、旧カタログのストアでは案内を出して、読み書きは行いません。書き込むもの: 実行ボタンまたは取り消しボタンを押したとき、選んだ商品の情報セクションの一覧だけです。商品から情報セクションを外す、または別のものに差し替えます（先に 1 つ付けてから、選んだものを外します）。商品のほかの項目（名前・価格・在庫・説明・画像・SEO・コレクション）は変更せず、情報セクション自体の作成・編集・削除もしません。注文・顧客・会員・メールアドレス・支払い情報は読み取らず、その権限も持っていません。アプリの入口が答えるのは、サイトにサインインしている Wix の利用者（オーナーまたは共同管理者）だけで、訪問者は断ります。権限: ストアの商品の読み取りと書き込み、ストアの情報セクションの読み取り、コレクション（カテゴリー）の読み取り、カタログの版の読み取り、「Manage Your App」、アプリ自身の 2 つのコレクションの Wix Data の読み書き。
以下のアプリについて、「権限」の行は、各アプリのコードが使うものを記しています。アプリのインストールまたは更新のときに Wix が表示する一覧が正式なものです。
Bulk Tracking Importは、読み込んだ CSV ファイルの追跡番号で、Wix eCommerce の注文を発送済みにします。お客様のダッシュボードの中で動作し、Wix への呼び出しは Wix 上のサーバーで、アプリ自身の権限（昇格）で行い、サイトにサインインしている Wix のユーザー（オーナーまたは共同作業者）にだけ応じます。読み取るもの: (1) 選んだ CSV ファイルはブラウザの中で読みます。各行からアプリが Wix 上の自身の入口 /api/import に送るのは、行番号、注文番号、追跡番号、運送会社（名前と、Wix がリンクを作らない運送会社についてお客様が入力した https:// で始まる追跡リンク）だけです。(2) その注文番号の Wix eCommerce の注文（100 件ずつ、状態を問わず）と、その注文に記録済みの発送記録。まだ発送していない商品を求めるためです。Wix は注文の全体をアプリに渡しますが、アプリが要求の間だけ保持するのは、注文の ID・番号・状態・発送の状態と、各商品行の ID と数量だけです。購入者の氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスは、使わず、保存せず、ログにも書きません。 (3) アプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）を、権限「Manage Your App」で読みます。読めないときは無料として扱います。書き込むもの: 実行ボタンを押したときだけです（試し実行では何も変わりません）。一致した注文ごとに、まだ発送していない商品の発送記録を作り、追跡番号、運送会社名、あればその追跡リンクを付けます。注文のほかの項目は変えません。そのあと Wix が購入者に発送のメールを送るかどうかは、Wix のサイトのメール設定で決まります。アプリにはその切り替えがなく、アプリ自身はメールを送りません。権限: 注文の読み取り、注文の管理（発送記録の作成）、アプリ自身の 3 つのコレクションへの Wix データの読み書き、「Manage Your App」。まだ Wix App Market で公開していません。この項目は、アプリの公開後に適用されます。
Stuck Ordersは、Wix eCommerce の注文のうち、承認済みでアーカイブされておらず、未入金か、未発送（または一部だけ発送）のものを、お客様が決めた日数で一覧にします。お客様のダッシュボードの中で動作し、Wix への呼び出しは Wix 上のサーバーで、アプリ自身の権限（昇格）で行い、サイトにサインインしている Wix のユーザーにだけ応じます。読み取るもの: (1) 基準の日より前に作られた注文（未発送・一部発送の検索と、未入金の検索の 2 回）。Wix は注文の全体をアプリに渡しますが、アプリが各注文から取るのは、注文の ID と番号、注文の状態とアーカイブ済みか、作成日、入金と発送の状態、配送方法の名前、販売チャネル、合計金額と通貨だけです。購入者や受取人の氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスは、使わず、保存せず、ログにも書きません。 (2) 日数を数えるための、サイトのタイムゾーン（Wix のサイト情報から）。(3) アプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）を、権限「Manage Your App」で読みます。読めないときは無料として扱います。(4) Wix ダッシュボードの注文のページへのリンクを作るための、リクエストのサインイン用トークンにあるサイト ID。リンクはお客様がクリックしたときにだけ開きます。注文には一切書き込みません。権限: 注文の読み取り、アプリ自身の 2 つのコレクションへの Wix データの読み書き、「Manage Your App」。まだ Wix App Market で公開していません。この項目は、アプリの公開後に適用されます。
Guest List Builderは、Wix イベントの参加者リストを、お客様が設計した表（どの列をどの順に）にして、表示・印刷・CSV にします。お客様のダッシュボードの中で動作し、Wix への呼び出しは Wix 上のサーバーで、アプリ自身の権限（昇格）で行い、サイトにサインインしている Wix のユーザーにだけ応じます。読み取るもの: (1) サイトのイベント（ID、タイトル、状態、開始日時、タイムゾーン）。(2) 選んだイベントの参加者。これは登録した方々の個人データです。姓・名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、チェックイン状況、参加者の種類、出欠の状態、チケット名と番号、注文番号と状態、人数、登録日、登録フォームの独自の質問への回答、そして質問の文面を得るための登録フォームそのものです。(3) アプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）を、権限「Manage Your App」で読みます。参加者のデータは、Wix 上のアプリの入口（/api/guests）を通ってお客様のブラウザに届き、求められた表を描くためにだけ使います。アプリはそれをお客様のサイトにも当方にも保存せず、ログにも書かず、イベントや参加者を変更することもありません。権限: 参加者リストの読み取り、イベントの読み取り、アプリ自身のコレクションへの Wix データの読み書き、「Manage Your App」。
Daily Booking Capは、お客様が決めた上限に達した日の、それ以上の予約を止めます。働く場所は 2 つです。お客様の予約の直前に、Wix ブッキングが保存の前に予約をアプリに送ります（ブッキングの検証サービスプラグイン）。アプリが使うのは、サービス ID、スタッフのリソース ID、枠の開始時刻とタイムゾーン、参加人数、そして英語か日本語のメッセージを選ぶために Wix が伝えるお客様の言語だけです。Wix は連絡先を含む予約の全体を送ることがありますが、アプリはそれを使わず、保存せず、ログにも書きません。そのうえで、その日にすでにある予約の数（お客様が選んだ場合は参加人数。このとき予約は下記のとおりアプリに届きます）を、アプリ自身の権限（昇格）で数え、予約を通すか、お客様が書いたメッセージ付きで無効と答えます。アプリ自身の確認が失敗したり長引いたりしたときは、予約を通し、メモを書きます（第 3 項）。予約は変更しません。お客様のダッシュボードでは（サイトにサインインしている Wix のユーザーにだけ）、今日から 14 日先までの、確定または保留の予約を読みます。Wix は各予約の全体をアプリに渡し、そこには連絡先や参加者の氏名が含まれることがあります。アプリが取るのは状態、開始時刻、サービス ID、スタッフのリソース ID、参加人数だけで、それ以外は使わず、保存せず、ログにも書きません。名前で表示するために、サービス（ID と名前）、スタッフ（名前とリソース ID）、ブッキングの事業のタイムゾーンも読みます。アプリ自身のプランは読みません。権限: 予約の読み取り（Wix の権限「参加者を含むカレンダーの読み取り」で、参加者も対象です）、サービスとスタッフの読み取り、ブッキングの事業スケジュールの読み取り、アプリ自身の 2 つのコレクションへの Wix データの読み書き。まだ Wix App Market で公開していません。この項目は、アプリの公開後に適用されます。
Auto Order Taggerは、お客様が書いたルールで、Wix eCommerce の注文にタグを付けます。働く場所は 2 つで、注文が承認されたときに Wix が実行するバックエンドの関数と、ルールを書き、実行の記録を見て、Pro では過去の注文にルールを当てる、お客様のダッシュボードのページ（サイトにサインインしている Wix のユーザー向け）です。Wix への呼び出しは Wix 上のサーバーで、アプリ自身の権限（昇格）で行います。読み取るもの: 注文の ID、番号、作成日、配送先の国（なければ受取人または請求先の国）、合計金額と通貨、含まれる商品の ID、使われたクーポンコード、すでに付いているタグ。ルールが「購入者の最初の注文か」を問うときは、その購入者のそれ以前の注文を Wix に尋ねるために、購入者のメールアドレスも使います。メールアドレスはその問いのためだけに使い、保存せず、ログにも書かず、画面にも出しません。Wix は注文の全体を渡しますが、購入者の氏名・電話番号・住所は使いません。ほかに、ルールのための商品とコレクションの名前、注文タグの一覧、ストアのカタログのバージョン、アプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）を読みます。書き込むもの: 注文のタグ（一致したルールのタグを付けます。ルールが存在しないタグを指定したときは、Wix にタグを作ることがあります）だけで、注文のほかの項目は変えません。権限: 注文の管理（注文タグの更新、注文の検索）、タグの管理、商品とコレクションの読み取り、カタログのバージョンの読み取り、「Manage Your App」、アプリ自身の 2 つのコレクションへの Wix データの読み書き。
Price & Stock Historyは、Wix ストアの商品の価格・比較対象価格・在庫数の変更を記録します。お客様のダッシュボードのページと、商品や在庫が変わったときに Wix が実行するバックエンドの関数（Wix ストアの旧カタログと新カタログの両方向け）があります。読み取るもの: 各イベントから、商品（ID、名前、SKU、バリエーション名、価格、比較対象価格、通貨）または在庫の項目（商品とバリエーションの ID、場所、数量）、Wix が示す在庫変更の理由、そして Wix が伝える変更者（Wix ユーザーのユーザー ID、アプリの ID、または Wix ストア自身）。イベントに詳細が足りないときは商品を読み直します。ダッシュボードのページは、カタログの確認もできます。商品の現在の価格と在庫（旧カタログのストアでは Wix の REST API www.wixapis.com 経由）とストアのカタログのバージョンを読み、アプリにイベントが届かなかった間の変更を記録します。アプリ自身のプランも読みます。注文・顧客・メンバーは読まず、商品には何も書き込みません。権限: 商品の読み取り、在庫項目の読み取り、カタログのバージョンの読み取り、「Manage Your App」、アプリ自身の 2 つのコレクションへの Wix データの読み書き。
Plan Switch Guardは、Wix 料金プランを同時に 2 つ持っているサイトのメンバー（たとえばプラン変更のあと）を見つけます。お客様のダッシュボード（サイトにサインインしている Wix のユーザー向け）で動作し、メンバーがプランを購入したときに Wix が実行するバックエンドの関数も持ちます。Wix への呼び出しは Wix 上のサーバーで、アプリ自身の権限（昇格）で行います。読み取るもの: プランの注文（ID、プラン、購入者のメンバー ID、状態、日付）とプラン（ID、名前、購入制限）。メンバーがプランを購入したときは、そのメンバーの注文だけです。画面に出す最大 20 人については、お客様にお見せするために、メンバーの氏名とメールアドレスも調べます。これらは保存しません。書き込むもの: Wix に対しては 1 つだけで、お客様が 1 件の注文について終了を確認したときに、その注文の解約を、今すぐか次回の支払日か、お客様の選んだほうで Wix に依頼します。作成・一時停止・返金は行いません。Pro の「新しい重複を知らせる」を入れているとき、またはテストボタンを押したときは、Wix の通知サービスを通じて、お客様の Wix ダッシュボードに通知（件数とプラン名。メンバーのデータなし）を送ります。権限: 料金プランの注文の読み取りと管理、プランの読み取り、メンバーの読み取り、Wix ダッシュボードへの通知の送信（Wix の権限「Manage Notifications」）、アプリ自身の 4 つのコレクションへの Wix データの読み書き、「Manage Your App」。
Bookings Bulk Editorは、Wix ブッキングのサービスを、CSV ファイルで一括して編集します。お客様のダッシュボードの中で動作し、Wix への呼び出しは Wix 上のサーバーで、アプリ自身の権限（昇格）で行い、サイトにサインインしている Wix のユーザーにだけ応じます。読み取るもの: サービスを、設定の値として。ID、バージョン、種類、名前、キャッチコピー、説明、カテゴリー、非表示、オンライン予約、手動承認、料金の種類、価格と通貨、支払い方法、所要時間、定員、スタッフのリソース ID、場所の種類、最終更新日。そしてアプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）。予約・顧客・連絡先・スタッフの名前は読みません。読み込む CSV ファイルはブラウザの中で読みます。書き込むもの: Pro で、適用ボタンを押したときに、既存のサービスへの変更（一括更新）と、新しい行を読み込んだ場合は新しい予約制サービス（一括作成）です。サーバーは、プランが Pro でなければ書き込みを断ります。権限: ブッキングの公開データの読み取り、ブッキングの管理（サービスの更新と作成）、「Manage Your App」。
Sold-out to the Endは、Wix ストアのカテゴリーの売り切れ商品を、そのカテゴリーの最後に移します。お客様のダッシュボード（サイトにサインインしている Wix のユーザー向け）で動作し、在庫の項目が変わったときに Wix が実行するバックエンドの関数も持ちます。Wix への呼び出しは Wix 上のサーバーで、アプリ自身の権限（昇格）で行います。新しい Wix カタログのストアでだけ動作します。読み取るもの: ストアのカテゴリー（ID と名前）、お客様がオンにしたカテゴリーの商品の IDとその並び順、それらの商品の在庫項目の在庫状況、ストアのカタログのバージョン、アプリ自身のプラン（無料か Pro か）。注文・顧客・メンバーは読みません。書き込むもの: オンにしたカテゴリーの商品の並び順だけです（売り切れを最後に回し、在庫が戻ればもとの位置に戻します。「オフにする」と最初の並び順に戻します）。商品そのものは変えません。権限: カテゴリーの読み取り、カテゴリー項目の書き込み、在庫項目の読み取り、カタログのバージョンの読み取り、「Manage Your App」、アプリ自身のコレクションへの Wix データの読み書き。
3. 保存するデータ
お客様ご自身の Wix サイトのデータコレクション内（アプリが作成し、サイトの管理権限を持つ人とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます）:
- 送り状CSV — 「Export Usage」: 暦月ごとに 1 行、月と出力した注文の件数（無料プランの上限の判定用）。注文番号・氏名・住所は含みません。
- 棚卸 — 「Stocktake History」（
stocktake-history）: アプリが在庫の行を書き換える（または書き換えようとする）たびに 1 行。反映の ID、反映した日時、商品 ID・バリエーション ID・在庫項目の ID、商品名・バリエーション名・SKU（お店で付けた名前）、反映前の在庫、数えた実数、反映後の在庫、差、結果（成功か失敗）、失敗したときはその理由です。顧客のデータは含みません。行は期限なしで残り、アプリにはこれを消す機能がありません。無料プランは画面に直近 30 日分だけを表示し、古い行は消えずに残り、Pro にするとすべて見られます。読み書きできるのは、サイトの管理権限を持つ人とアプリ自身だけです（コレクションの権限は特権のみ）。履歴の保存に失敗したときは、画面にそう表示し、在庫を書き換えた結果は引き続き表示します。 - Low Stock Alert — 「Low Stock Thresholds」: 商品またはバリエーションごとに、ID、商品名の写し（表示用）、お客様が設定した「下限」の数、見張っているかどうか、お客様が入力した場合の仕入れ先の名前と「補充後の在庫数」（文字だけ。住所・電話番号・メールアドレスは持ちません）、現在低在庫か在庫切れか、最後の通知の時刻と結果（失敗したときはエラーの最初の部分と、Wix が返す受付番号）。「Low Stock Settings」: 1 行で、全商品共通の下限、既定の補充後の在庫数、通知のスイッチと言語、最後にテスト通知を出した時刻、選択したまとめ通知のスケジュールとその実行のためにアプリが保持する情報（オートメーション ID、次回・前回の実行時刻、結果、受付番号、エラー文）。「Low Stock Category Rules」: カテゴリーごとに、ID、名前の写し、設定した数。
お客様のブラウザの中（お使いの端末のブラウザのローカルストレージ。サイトには保存されず、どこにも送られません）: 送り状CSVは、依頼主の情報（氏名、電話番号、郵便番号、住所、建物名、ヤマトの請求先コード・運賃管理番号・請求先分類コード。店舗・倉庫・委託元など、保存した複数のご依頼主とその名前を含む）と見出し行の選択、出力済みの注文の注文 ID（次回に隠すため。新しい 2,000 件まで。氏名・住所は含みません）、直近 10 回の出力の履歴（日時・配送会社・ファイル数・お客様が選んだ設定（文字コード、見出し行、敬称、送り状の種類、クール区分、お届けメールのオン／オフ、出荷日）と、注文 ID（代金引換のスイッチをオンにした注文の区別を含む）。氏名・住所と依頼主の情報は含みません。同じ CSV を作り直すため）、このアプリで登録した追跡番号を取り消せるようにする短い控え（取り消し機能を加えた版から。直近 5 回分の登録の日時と、注文ごとの Wix の注文 ID・アプリが作った発送記録（fulfillment）の ID だけです。氏名・住所・メールアドレス・注文番号・追跡番号は残さず、当社に送ることもありません）、お客様が作った商品名の決まり（言葉と、それで決まるクール区分・荷扱い・品名。Pro の決まりでは、見る配送方法）、記事の設定（いつも入れる文、商品名の言葉とそれで足す文、購入者メモを入れるスイッチ。購入者メモそのものは残しません）、お届け予定日・時間帯・記事に入れるものとして選んだチェックアウトのカスタム項目の題名（題名だけで、購入者が入力した内容は残しません）、注文の一覧から外す販売チャネルと注文タグの ID、保存した出力設定（名前、配送会社、ファイルの設定、どのご依頼主か、注文の絞り込み。出荷日と検索の文字は残しません）、Pro の案内と「新しくなった所」と他のアプリを紹介するカードを閉じた印（版の番号か印のみ）をサイトごとに、加えて画面の明るさ（ライト／ダーク）の選択と、レビューのお願いを閉じた印を保存します。これらはお客様ご自身の事業情報と注文 ID であり、顧客のデータではありません。顧客の氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスは保存しません。Low Stock Alert は、画面の明るさの選択、言語の選択、レビューのお願いを閉じた印、在庫が残りわずかになった最初のお知らせを確認した印（それまではレビューのお願いを出さないため）、「アップグレード」を押した回数（画面の場所ごとの数。どこにも送りません）を保存します。Low Stock Alert の発注メモ（商品名と数）は、クリップボードへのコピーか、ブラウザによる CSV ファイルの保存として、お使いの端末の中だけで扱われます。
営業日カレンダーが保存するのは、ウィジェットの設定と、ブラウザの中の短いプランのメモです。Wix 上: Wix エディタでカレンダーのウィジェットを設定すると、設定パネルは選択内容を、そのウィジェットのプロパティとして、お客様のサイト自身の内容の一部（Wix が保管）に保存します。内容は、定休日の曜日、12/29〜1/3 を休みにするか、当日発送の締め時刻、入力した臨時休業の日（Pro の表示）、ライト／ダークの選択です。これらはお客様ご自身の営業日の設定で、個人データは含みません。Pro のスイッチはありません。以前の「pro」というウィジェットのプロパティは廃止され、Pro かどうかは Wix が報告するプランだけで決まります。このアプリにデータコレクションはありません。カレンダーを描くため、設定は閲覧する人のブラウザにもページと一緒に渡されます。表示中の月などの画面の状態はページのメモリ上にだけあります。ブラウザの中: ページに置いたウィジェットは、プランについての直近の答えを、ブラウザのセッションストレージ（キー bdc-plan）に最大 5 分だけ持ちます。内容は、時刻、Pro だったか（はい／いいえ）、サイトの住所（ホスト名。無料の wixsite.com の住所ではその次の最初の階層まで。別のサイトとメモを共有しないため）です。5 分未満の Pro のメモがあれば、ウィジェットはそれで先に Pro の表示を描き、そのあと問い合わせ直します。新しい答えはすぐにメモを書き換えるので、解約したプランは次の確認で Pro の表示が消えます。問い合わせに失敗したときは、5 分未満の Pro のメモを使い、Pro を切りません。このメモは、お客様のサイトのページのウィジェットが、訪問者にも所有者にも同じように書き、そのブラウザのタブのセッションストレージにだけ残り（タブを閉じると消えます）、Hullspark にも他のどこにも送られません。エディタの設定パネルとダッシュボードのページは、このメモを持ちません。ウィジェットは Cookie を設定せず、ローカルストレージには書き込みません。
売上仕訳CSVが保存するのは、お客様ご自身の会計の設定だけで、ブラウザの中にあります。お使いの端末のブラウザのローカルストレージ（キー kcsv.settings.v1、kcsv.theme.v1）に保存し、サイトには保存せず、どこにも送りません。内容は、お客様が入力した勘定科目の名前・税区分の名前、仕訳の摘要の頭に付ける文字、手数料の率、お客様が選んだ設定（注文ごと／日ごとのまとめ方、出力形式（弥生か freee か）、会計ソフトの版、日付の基準、「すべて 10% 税込として扱う」のスイッチ、freee 用の勘定科目・税区分の名前）、画面の明るさ（ライト／ダーク）の選択です。これらはお客様ご自身の事業の設定で、顧客のデータではありません。アプリは Wix サイトにデータコレクションを持たず、注文のデータも作成した CSV も保持しません。Cookie は設定しません。注文の読み込みに失敗したときは、ブラウザのコンソールに、エラーの名前だけを 1 行書き、注文の内容は書きません。
棚卸は、お客様のブラウザの中（お使いの端末のローカルストレージ。サイトには保存されず、どこにも送られず、Cookie も使いません）に 3 つを保存します。入力途中の数（キー stk.draft.v2: 入力した数、入力した時に Wix が示していた在庫の数、行の ID、保存した日時。商品名は保存しません）は、数えている途中で画面を閉じても失わないためのものです。14 日たった内容は読み込まず、書き換えた行の分は消えます。次に画面の明るさ（ライト／ダーク。キー stk.theme.v1）、最後に言語の選択（キー stk-lang）です。「履歴を CSV で書き出す」は、ブラウザの中でファイルを作り、ダウンロードとして渡します。
ピッキング・梱包リストが保存するのは、画面の明るさ（ライト／ダーク。キー pk-theme）、言語の選択（キー pk-lang）、並び順と発送状態の絞り込み（キー pk-prefs）です。あなたが設定したお店の印刷デザイン（店名、ロゴ、アクセントカラー、文面。キー pk-brand に続けてサイトのインスタンス ID）も保存します。いずれもブラウザのローカルストレージにあり、外部へは送られません。注文のデータ、サイト上のデータコレクション、Cookie は持ちません。
商品 SEO 一括編集が保存するものは、すべてお客様のブラウザの中（お使いの端末のローカルストレージ。サイトには保存されず、どこにも送られず、Cookie も使いません）と、お客様がダウンロードしたファイルにあります。Wix サイトにデータコレクションは作りません。ブラウザの中には、元に戻す記録（キーは seobulk.undo.v3. にお客様のサイトのインスタンス ID を付けたもの。直近 10 回の反映で書き換えた商品ごとの、Wix の商品 ID、商品名、アプリが書く前と後の SEO の設定。お客様が設定した検索キーワードが含まれることがあります）、入力した型と店名（キーは seobulk.templates.v2. にインスタンス ID を付けたもの）、画面の明るさ（ライト／ダーク。キー seobulk.theme.v1）、言語の選択（キー seobulk.lang.v1）、名前をつけた型（Pro。キーは seobulk.named.v1. にインスタンス ID を付けたもの。名前・見出しの型・説明の型の組を最大 20）、再チェックの記録（Pro。キーは seobulk.recheck.v1. にインスタンス ID を付けたもの。お客様が保存した時点の日時、カタログの種類、商品の ID、SEO の見出しまたは説明が未設定の商品の ID、代替テキストのない画像がある商品の ID）、見た商品の一覧（キーは seobulk.seen.v1. にインスタンス ID を付けたもの。直近の反映のとき画面に出ていた商品の ID。その後に増えた商品を数えるため）、元に戻した回の履歴（キーは seobulk.undone.v1. にインスタンス ID を付けたもの。元に戻した回ごとの、回の ID、時刻、元に戻した時刻、2 つの件数）、直前の代替テキスト入力の記録（キーは seobulk.altrun.v1. にインスタンス ID を付けたもの。書いた商品ごとの、ID、商品名、版の印、画像ごとの前と後の代替テキスト）を保存します。サイトのインスタンス ID を読めなかったときは、別のお店の記録が混ざらないよう、元に戻す記録と型の保存も読み込みも行わず、書き込みも止めます。これらの記録と型に顧客のデータは含みません。アプリがダウンロードとしてブラウザに渡す元に戻す用のファイル（JSON。「書き換える前にファイルを保存する」を選んだままのときの書き換え前と、「ファイルに保存」を押したとき）には、同じ商品 ID・商品名・SEO の設定と、サイトのインスタンス ID が入ります。お客様のパソコンにあるファイルで、Hullspark が受け取ることはありません。ブラウザは、ダウンロードが本当に保存されたかをアプリに教えないため、画面ではダウンロードのフォルダを確かめるようお願いしています。
休業日まとめ設定は、休みそのもの以外には、お客様の Wix サイトにも当方にも何も保存しません。休みとは、ブッキングのカレンダーに作る休みの予定のことで、Wix の中に残ります（取り消しと「設定済みの休み」の一覧で見つけられるよう、予定にアプリ自身の目印が付きます）。設定はお客様のブラウザの中（お使いの端末のローカルストレージ。サイトには置かず、どこにも送らず、Cookie も使いません）に保存されます。祝日の補充のスイッチと休みにしない祝日（キー cd-auto、cd-auto-exclude）、ライト／ダークの選択（cd-theme）、言語の選択（cd-lang）です。ブラウザの中にあるため、祝日の補充の設定は、設定したそのブラウザでだけ有効です。プランの状態は開いているタブの間だけ（セッションストレージ、キー cd-plan）保持し、タブを閉じると消えます。履歴の CSV ファイルはお使いのパソコン上のファイルです。
予約表の印刷と CSV は、お客様の Wix サイトにも当方にも何も保存しません。表・PDF・CSV はお使いのブラウザの中で作られ、ダウンロードとして手元に渡されます。アプリが予約の情報を保持することはなく、サイト上のデータコレクションもありません。ブラウザには 4 つの設定だけが残ります（ブラウザのローカルストレージ。サイトには置かれず、どこにも送られず、Cookie は使いません）: 画面の明るさ（ライト／ダークのキー bl-theme）、言語の選択（bl-lang）、印刷の先頭に入れる見出し（店名など、お客様が入力した 1 行。bl-heading）、週の始まりの曜日（bl-week-start）。プランはページを開くたびに Wix から読みます。ダウンロードしたファイルはお客様のパソコンにあります。
月間予約カレンダーは、予約の情報を保存せず、当方にも何も保存しません。お客様のサイトにデータコレクションは作りません。Wix 上: Wix エディタの設定パネルでの選択（表示するクラス、週の始まり、満席を隠す、表示する項目、言語、ライト／ダーク、テーマと見た目〔色、背景の色または画像のアドレス、フォント、角、余白〕、日ごとのクラスの下に出すメモとその文、クラスのタブの設定）は、Wix がページ上のウィジェットのプロパティとして、サイトの一部に保存します。クラスの ID、表示の選択、お客様が入力したメモで、顧客のデータは含みません。ブラウザの中（お使いの端末のローカルストレージとセッションストレージ。サイトには置かれず、どこにも送られず、Cookie は使いません）: 画面の明るさ（ライト／ダークのキー mcal-theme）と管理画面のページの言語の選択（mcal-lang）はローカルストレージに、プランの短いメモ（mcal-plan: 読んだ時刻、Pro だったか、サイトを区別するキー）はページのセッションストレージに置かれ、ブラウザのタブを閉じると消えます。管理画面では、お客様のブラウザのローカルストレージに、月間表の印刷に使った店名と用紙（mcal-print-shop、mcal-print-paper）、予約ページの QR コードのアドレス・ラベル・オンオフの選択（mcal-qr にサイトのインスタンス ID を付けたもの）、投稿用画像の形式・スタイル・店名（mcal-sns-format、mcal-sns-style、mcal-sns-shop。それぞれにサイトのインスタンス ID を付けたもの）、Wix エディタの設定パネルで開いたままにした区分（mc-panel-open）も残ります。お客様のサイト上の、訪問者のブラウザ: ウィジェットは、訪問者が選んだクラスのタブ（mc-class-tab、ローカルストレージ）と、3 分間だけ、表示した月の直近の答え、すなわちウィジェットが誰にでも見せる公開のクラスの時刻・名前・残り席・料金（mc-month| にサイトのキー、月、クラスを続けたもの。セッションストレージで、タブを閉じると消えます）を残します。個人情報は含まず、どこにも送りません。
ブログ目次は、記事のデータを保存せず、当方にも何も保存しません。お客様のサイトにデータコレクションは作りません。Wix 上: Wix エディタの設定パネルでの選択（タイトル、深さ、見た目、色、番号、追従パネル、記事ごとの出し分け、表示の下限数、ヘッダー用の余白、言語、ライト／ダーク）は、Wix が記事ページ上のプラグインのプロパティとして、サイトの一部に保存します。表示の選択だけで、記事の文章も顧客のデータも含みません。ブラウザの中（サイトには置かれず、どこにも送られず、Cookie は使いません）: 画面の明るさ（btoc-theme）と管理画面のページの言語の選択（btoc-lang）はローカルストレージに、プランの短いメモ（btoc-plan）はページのセッションストレージに置かれ、ブラウザのタブを閉じると消えます。目次は記事ページを表示するたびに作り、見出しの一覧は保持しません。
商品の棚番メモは、メモをお客様のサイトの 1 つのデータコレクションに保存します（「Shelf Notes」。アプリが作り、サイトの管理権限を持つ人とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます。存在するにはサイトに Wix CMS アプリが必要です）。メモのある商品ごとに 1 行で、商品 ID、カタログの版、商品名の控え（表示用）、棚番（40 字まで）、梱包メモ（200 字）、仕入れ先（100 字）、自由メモ（500 字）、最後に変更した時刻を持ちます。4 項目すべてを空にして保存するとその行は削除されます。入っているのはお客様が入力した内容だけで、顧客・注文・会員のデータは含みません。商品のデータは読むだけで、名前の控えのほかは写しません。ブラウザの中（お使いの端末のローカルストレージ。サイトには置かれず、どこにも送られず、Cookie は使いません）: 画面の明るさ（sn.theme.v1）と言語の選択（sn-lang）。CSV の書き出し: 書き出しのボタンを押すと、Wix 上のアプリの入口が同じ要求の中でメモと商品名・SKU から CSV の文字列を作り、ブラウザがパソコンにファイルとして保存します。アプリは写しを残さず、ほかのホストには何も送りません。
情報セクション一括管理は、取り消し用の記録をお客様のサイトの 2 つのデータコレクションに保存します（「Info Section Runs」と「Info Section Undo Log」。アプリが作り、サイトの管理権限を持つ人とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます。存在するにはサイトに Wix CMS アプリが必要です）。この記録で実行を取り消せるようになり、無料プランの月ごとの上限もサーバーでこの記録から数えます。Info Section Runs は実行ごとに 1 行で、実行を始めた時刻、操作（外す／差し替え。関係する情報セクションの ID つきの文字列）、予定した商品の数、サイトが Pro だったかどうかを持ちます。Info Section Undo Log は、実行が触れた商品ごとに 1 行で、実行 ID、商品 ID、商品名の控え（表示用、200 字まで）、状態（pending・done・partial・failed・undone）、外した情報セクションと付けた情報セクションの ID、変更前に付いていた ID、失敗したときのエラー文（Wix のメッセージの先頭 160 字まで）、最後に変更した時刻、月（YYYY-MM、UTC）、「数える」の印（無料プランで行った変更で、月 20 商品の無料の上限に数えるときに true、Pro では false）を持ちます。無料の上限は、今月の行のうち印のあるものを数えて求めます（失敗した行は数えません）。行には顧客・注文・会員のデータも、情報セクションの本文も含みません。ブラウザの中（お使いの端末のローカルストレージ。サイトには置かれず、どこにも送られず、Cookie は使いません）: 画面の明るさ（ib.theme.v1）と言語の選択（ib-lang）。CSV の書き出しやファイルのダウンロードはありません。
アレルゲン一覧表は、一覧表の内容をお客様ご自身の Wix サイトの 2 つのデータコレクションに保存します（アプリが作成し、サイトの管理権限を持つ人とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます。作られるには、サイトに Wix の CMS アプリが必要です）: 「Allergen chart: dishes」（料理ごとに 1 行。日本語と英語の料理名、区分、並び順、アレルゲンごとの「含む」「含まない」の登録〔登録のない品目は「未登録」の意味です〕、最後に変えた時刻、入力の経路〔手入力・CSV・Wix メニュー〕、メニューから読み込んだ場合の Wix の料理 ID、「要確認」の印）と、「Allergen chart: settings」（1 行。地域と言語、表示する品目、配色、文字の大きさ、お店が書いた注意書き、登録内容にお店が責任を持つという注意書きに同意した日付、一覧表を最後に保存した時刻）です。訪問者やお客様の個人情報は含みません。ブラウザ（ローカルストレージ。どこにも送られず、Cookie は使いません）には、画面の明るさ（at-theme）と言語の選択（at-lang）、開いているタブのあいだだけのプランの状態（セッションストレージ、at-plan）が残ります。
Bulk Tracking Import は、カウンターと、Pro では 2 つの小さな記録を、お客様ご自身の Wix サイトのデータコレクションに保存します（アプリが作成し、サイトの管理権限を持つ方とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます）。「Monthly Usage」: 無料プランの月ごとの上限のために、実行 1 回につき 1 行で、月、発送にした注文の数、状態（予約中または確定）、時刻です。「Column Mappings」（Pro）: 使った CSV ファイルの見出しの組ごとに、見出しの文字と、選んだ 3 つの列の番号です。「Import History」（Pro）: 直近 20 回の実行について、時刻、4 つの件数（合計・送信・失敗・スキップ）、行ごとの注文番号・追跡番号・結果・コードです。それより古いものは自動で消えます。これらの行に、顧客の氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスは含まれません。お客様のブラウザの中（お使いの端末のローカルストレージ。サイトには保存されず、どこにも送られず、Cookie も使いません）: 画面の明るさ（ライト／ダーク。bti.theme.v1）、言語の選択（bti.lang.v1）、そしてサイトごと（キーにお客様のサイトのインスタンス ID を付けたもの）に、実行が問題なく終わった回数とレビュー依頼を表示したか（bti.review.v1）、当方の他のアプリの案内カードを閉じたか（bti.xpromo.v1）です。見本のファイルと、実行の結果のファイル（行・注文番号・追跡番号・結果・コード・備考）は、ブラウザの中で作ってダウンロードとして渡します。Hullspark がそれを受け取ることはありません。
Stuck Orders は、注文について何も保存しません。Pro では、お客様ご自身の Wix サイトのデータコレクションに 2 つの小さな記録を保存します（アプリが作成し、サイトの管理権限を持つ方とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます）。「Settings」（ルール、つまり名前・日数・絞り込みの値と、保存した表示）と、「Daily Summary」（1 日 1 行で、日付と 4 つの件数。直近 30 日分を残し、それより古い行は自動で消えます）です。これらの行に、注文番号・氏名・住所は含まれません。無料プランはサイトに何も保存しません。お客様のブラウザの中（お使いの端末のローカルストレージ。サイトには保存されず、どこにも送られず、Cookie も使いません）: 画面の明るさ（so.theme.v1）、言語の選択（so.lang.v1）、そしてサイトごとに、当方の他のアプリの案内カードを表示したか閉じたか（so.bridge.v1 にインスタンス ID を付けたもの）です。Pro の CSV 書き出しは、画面にある一覧（注文番号、日付、状態、配送方法、チャネル、合計金額）から Wix 上のアプリの入口が組み立て、ダウンロードとしてブラウザに渡します。注文番号をコピーするボタンは、番号をクリップボードに置きます。どちらもアプリは保管しません。
Guest List Builder は、参加者のデータを保存しません。列のテンプレートを、お客様ご自身の Wix サイトの 1 つのデータコレクションに保存します（「Guest list: column templates」。アプリが作成し、サイトの管理権限を持つ方とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます。存在させるには、サイトに Wix CMS アプリが必要です）。テンプレートごとに、名前（60 文字まで）、選んだ列、質問の列の元になった登録の質問の文面（お客様のフォームに書かれたとおり）、選んだグループ分けです。お客様のブラウザの中（お使いの端末のローカルストレージ。サイトには保存されず、どこにも送られず、Cookie も使いません）: 画面の明るさ（gl.theme.v1）と言語の選択（gl-lang）です。表、CSV ファイル、印刷用のシートは、ブラウザの中の参加者のデータから作ります。Pro で印刷用のシートを作るときは、お客様のブラウザが、作った表（画面にある行で、参加者のデータを含みます）を Wix 上のアプリの入口 /api/print に送り、入口はそれを印刷用のページにして返します。何も保管しません。CSV ファイルはブラウザがお使いの端末に保存します。

Plan Switch Guard は、見つけた内容を、お客様ご自身の Wix サイトの 4 つのデータコレクションに保存します（アプリが作成し、サイトの管理権限を持つ方とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます）。「Overlaps」: 見つけたプラン注文の組ごとに 1 件で、メンバーの ID、2 つの注文 ID、状態、最初に見た時刻と更新時刻です。「Settings」: お客様の選択（見るプラン、プランのグループ、許容する時間、一時停止を数えるか、無視した組、通知するか、最後のテスト通知の時刻）です。「Ended Orders Log」: お客様が終了を確認した注文ごとに 1 行で、時刻、注文 ID、メンバー ID、今すぐか次回の支払日か、結果です。「Handled Events」: 同じ購入を 2 度処理しないための、処理済みの購入イベントの ID です。メンバーの氏名・メールアドレスは保存しません。表示するときに調べます。お客様のブラウザの中（お使いの端末のローカルストレージ。サイトには保存されず、どこにも送られず、Cookie も使いません）: 画面の明るさ（pg-theme）と言語の選択（pg-lang）です。

Sold-out to the End は、オンにしたカテゴリーごとに 1 行を、お客様ご自身の Wix サイトの 1 つのデータコレクションに保存します（「Sold-out to the End: Categories」。アプリが作成し、サイトの管理権限を持つ方とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます。存在させるには、サイトに Wix CMS アプリが必要です）。行には、カテゴリー ID、オンかオフか、オンにした時刻、商品のもとの並び順（商品 ID。最初の変更の前に保存し、「オフにする」でもとに戻すため）、前回の実行で売り切れだった商品 ID、アプリが最後に書いた並び順、前回の実行の時刻・移した商品の数・状態、失敗したときはそのエラーの文を入れます。商品名と顧客のデータは含まれません。お客様のブラウザの中（お使いの端末のローカルストレージ。サイトには保存されず、どこにも送られず、Cookie も使いません）: 画面の明るさ（sol.theme.v1）、言語の選択（sol-lang）、そしてサイトごと（キーにお客様のサイトのインスタンス ID を付けたもの）に、下に記した小さなレビュー依頼の記録（hs.reviewAsk.v1: アプリが仕事を終えた回数、最初に開いた日時、依頼を表示したか・閉じたか・押したか）です。
レビュー依頼の記録 ピッキング・梱包リスト、商品 SEO 一括編集、休業日まとめ設定、予約表の印刷と CSV、アレルゲン一覧表、月間予約カレンダー、Sold-out to the End は、上に挙げたものとは別に、レビュー依頼をサイトごとに 1 回までにするための小さな記録を 1 つ、ブラウザのローカルストレージ（サイトには保存されず、どこにも送られず、Cookie も使いません）に保存します（キーは hs.reviewAsk.v1 にお客様のサイトのインスタンス ID を付けたもの）。内容は、アプリが仕事を終えた回数、最初に開いた日時、依頼を表示したか・閉じたか・押したかです。個人情報も顧客のデータも含まず、Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消すまでブラウザに残ります。
ログ 商品の在庫が変わったとき、および何かが失敗したとき、Low Stock Alert のバックエンドは Wix のプラットフォーム上のアプリのログに行を書き込むことがあります。営業日カレンダー・売上仕訳CSV・棚卸・ピッキング・梱包リスト・商品 SEO 一括編集のプランの入口は、プランが読めなかったときだけ、エラーの名前（たとえば「ForbiddenError」）を 1 行の警告として書き、それ以外は書きません。月間予約カレンダーとブログ目次の入口（プラン、クラス、時間枠、見出し、記事の確認）は、読み取りに失敗したときだけ、エラーの名前と短い定型文（たとえば「time slots could not be read」）を 1 行の警告として書き、クラス名・記事タイトル・見出し・ハッシュタグは書きません。商品の棚番メモの入口は、要求が失敗したときだけ、操作の名前とエラーの名前を 1 行の警告として書き、メモ・棚番・商品名は書きません。情報セクション一括管理の入口は、プランが読めなかったときだけ、エラーの名前と「無料として扱う」という定型文を 1 行の警告として書き、商品名・情報セクション・実行・件数は書きません（実行の失敗は画面に出て取り消し用の記録に残り、ログには書きません）。ログの内容は商品 ID・バリエーション ID、在庫数、エラー文で、顧客のデータは含みません。ログは Wix が保管し、保存期間も Wix が決めます。開発者である Hullspark は閲覧できます。
ログ（後から加わったアプリ） これらのアプリのバックエンドは、Wix のプラットフォーム上のアプリのログに、失敗についてだけ行を書き込むことがあります。Bulk Tracking Import は要求や答えを書かず、利用回数のカウンターを確定できなかったときの定型の警告 1 行だけを書きます。Stuck Orders はエラーの詳細を渡しません。Guest List Builder は、参加者・印刷・テンプレートが失敗したときに定型の 1 行を書き、イベントとテンプレートの入口ではエラーの名前とコード、そして短いエラーの文（200 文字まで。メールアドレスは除きます）を書きます。Daily Booking Cap はエラーの名前を書き、予約の確認が失敗して予約を通したときは、エラーの文を書きます。Auto Order Tagger は、タグを付けきれなかった注文の数とエラーの名前を書きます。Post Author Bulk Editor は操作の名前とエラーの名前を書きます。Price & Stock History は、イベントの処理が失敗したときに商品 ID とエラーを書きます。Plan Switch Guard は、通知が失敗したときのエラーの文を警告として書きます。Bookings Bulk Editor はエラーの名前を書きます。Sold-out to the End は、/api/state への要求が失敗したときに段階とコードを、在庫のイベントを処理できなかったときにエラーの名前を書き、実行が失敗したときのエラーの文を自身のコレクションに残します（第 3 項）。いずれも、顧客の氏名・住所・メールアドレス・電話番号は書きません。アプリが自身のプランを読むときは、プランが読めなかったときだけ、エラーの名前を 1 行の警告として書きます。ログは Wix が保管し、保存期間も Wix が決めます。開発者である Hullspark は閲覧できます。
4. データの送信先
Wix の外には一切送信しません。第 1 項に挙げたすべてのアプリのコードには、他のホストへの通信、解析、トラッキング、広告が含まれません。Low Stock Alert と送り状CSVのダッシュボードのページが行う通信は、Wix の API とアプリ自身の Wix 上のルートだけです。売上仕訳CSVのダッシュボードのページが行う通信は、Wix の注文の検索と、プランを問い合わせる Wix 上のアプリ自身のルート /api/plan の 2 種類です。棚卸のダッシュボードのページは、Wix のストアのカタログと在庫の API、Wix のデータ API（履歴のコレクション用）、旧カタログのストアでは Wix の Query Products API（www.wixapis.com）、そしてアプリ自身の /api/plan を呼びます。ピッキング・梱包リストのダッシュボードのページは、Wix の注文の検索と発送記録の API、そしてアプリ自身の /api/plan を呼びます。商品 SEO 一括編集のダッシュボードのページは、Wix のストアのカタログと商品の API（旧カタログのストアでは Wix の REST API〔www.wixapis.com〕）と、アプリ自身の /api/plan を呼びます。アプリ自身の Wix 上のルートへの通信は、/api/plan（答えは Pro かどうか、サイトの言語と表示名、そして Wix にサインインしている利用者にはインスタンス ID）と、SEO チェックや代替テキストのチェックを行ったときだけの /api/seo-check と /api/alt-check です。/api/seo-check は、画面の言語、サイトの表示名、商品ごとの ID と SEO の見出し・説明（「商品と同じ」の判定のため、SEO の文と同じ場合に限って商品名や商品説明も）を受け取ります。/api/alt-check は、商品ごとの ID、画像の数、代替テキストのない画像の数を受け取ります。どちらもアプリ自身の権限でプランを読み、プランと件数（Pro には問題のある商品の ID も）を答え、何も保存せず、ログには、/api/plan と同じく、プランが読めなかったときの警告 1 行しか書きません。休業日まとめ設定のダッシュボードページは、Wix のブッキングのカレンダー予定・スタッフ・部屋の API、アプリ自身の休みの入口、アプリ自身の /api/plan の入口を呼び出し、他のホストには何も送りません。予約表の印刷と CSV のダッシュボードページは、アプリ自身の予約の入口と /api/plan の入口を呼び、それらが Wix のカレンダー予定とサイトの API を使います。ほかのホストには何も送りません。アレルゲン一覧表のダッシュボードページは、アプリ自身の一覧表の入口と /api/plan の入口を呼び、それらが Wix のデータ API（2 つのコレクション用）と、メニューの読み込みでは Wix レストランのメニュー API を使います。サイトのウィジェットは、公開用の一覧表を Wix 上のアプリ自身の入口に問い合わせます。どちらも、ほかのホストには何も送りません。月間予約カレンダーのウィジェットと管理画面のページは、アプリ自身の Wix 上の入口（クラス、時間枠、/api/plan）を呼び、それらが Wix のブッキングの API を使います。ほかのホストには何も送りません。ブログ目次のプラグインと管理画面のページは、アプリ自身の Wix 上の入口（見出し、記事の確認、/api/plan）を呼び、それらが Wix のブログの API を使います。表示中のページの見出しも読みます。ほかのホストには何も送りません。営業日カレンダーの通信は、プランを問い合わせる Wix 上のアプリ自身の入口 /api/plan だけです（外部のスクリプト・フォント・画像も読み込まず、お客様のサイトのテーマのフォントを使います）。商品の棚番メモのダッシュボードのページ、「…」メニューの項目、バナーは、アプリ自身の Wix 上の入口 /api/notes だけを呼び、それが Wix のストアのカタログの API、Wix のデータ API（メモのコレクション用）、アプリのインスタンスの API（プラン用）を使います。ほかのホストには何も送りません。情報セクション一括管理のダッシュボードのページは、アプリ自身の Wix 上の入口 /api/sections だけを呼び、それが Wix のストアのカタログ・商品・情報セクション・コレクションの API、Wix のデータ API（取り消し用の 2 つのコレクション用）、アプリのインスタンスの API（プラン用）を使います。ほかのホストには何も送りません。Wix のページへのリンク（アップグレードページ、レビューページ）は、お客様がクリックしたときにだけ開きます。CSV ファイルはブラウザがお使いのパソコンに保存します。その後の扱い（たとえば配送会社のサービスへのアップロード）は、お客様ご自身の操作で、その配送会社の規約に従います。
後から加わったアプリ Bulk Tracking Import、Stuck Orders、Guest List Builder、Daily Booking Cap、Auto Order Tagger、Post Author Bulk Editor、Price & Stock History、Plan Switch Guard、Bookings Bulk Editor、Sold-out to the End のダッシュボードのページが行う通信は、Wix 上のアプリ自身の入口（/api/import、/api/stuck、/api/guests、/api/events、/api/templates、/api/print、/api/cap、/api/tagger、/api/authors、/api/overlaps、/api/services、/api/action、/api/state、そして複数のアプリの /api/plan）だけで、それらが Wix の API と Wix データを呼びます。Price & Stock History のダッシュボードのページだけは、Wix のストアの API と Wix データを直接呼び、旧カタログのストアでは Wix の REST API（www.wixapis.com）も呼びます。イベント（予約、承認された注文、プランの購入、価格や在庫の変更、在庫の項目の変更）のときに Wix が実行するバックエンドの関数は、Wix の API だけを呼びます。Wix のページや当方の他のアプリの掲載ページへのリンクは、お客様がクリックしたときにだけ開きます。CSV ファイルと印刷用のシートはブラウザが保存または印刷します。その後の扱いは、お客様ご自身の操作です。
このサイト（hullspark.com）の動画について（アプリではなくサイトの話です）。一部の解説ページ・製品ページには、YouTube の操作動画があります。ページを開いた時に読み込むのは当サイト自前のサムネイル画像だけで、サムネイルを押すまで YouTube や Google には何も送られません。押した後は www.youtube-nocookie.com（YouTube のプライバシー強化モード）から動画を読み込み、以降は YouTube のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。動画のないページとアプリ本体は、この通信をしません。
5. 通知（Low Stock Alert）
Low Stock Alert は、Wix 自身の通知サービスを通じて通知を送ります。通知は Wix ダッシュボードの通知欄と Wix のモバイルアプリ（「在庫が戻りました」の通知はダッシュボードのみ）に、サイトの共同作業者へ、各自の Wix の通知設定に従って表示されます。通知の内容は商品名と在庫数です（まとめ通知は件数と最初の数商品の名前）。在庫のまとめ通知をオンにすると、お選びの時刻に届けるため、アプリがお客様の Wix オートメーションに 1 件のオートメーションを作ります。Pro プランでまとめメールもオンにすると、アプリは Wix に依頼して、お客様が選んだ Wix ダッシュボードの利用者（最大 5 人）へ、Wix の送信専用アドレスからまとめをメールで送ります。メールの内容は件数・商品名・在庫数で、お客様の情報は含みません。アプリが Wix に渡すのは Wix のユーザー ID で、メールアドレスではなく、連絡先やメール配信リストも読みません。当方はこれらの通知やメールを受け取らず、見ることもありません。
6. 保存期間と削除
当方は、お客様のストアの注文・商品・顧客のデータの写しを保持しません。上記のデータはお客様の Wix サイトまたはブラウザの中にあります。どのアプリも、購入者の氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスを保存しません。注文番号または注文 ID を残すのは、第 3 項に挙げた次のアプリだけです。送り状CSV（注文 ID。ブラウザの中）、Bulk Tracking Import（注文番号と追跡番号）、Auto Order Tagger（注文 ID と注文番号）、Plan Switch Guard（プランの注文 ID）。
売上仕訳CSVは、Wix サイトにも当方にも何も保存しないため、削除ボタンがありません。設定（勘定科目の名前・税区分の名前・選んだ設定）は、ブラウザで Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消去するまでブラウザの中に残ります。当方に写しはなく、当方からは見ることも削除することもできません。CSV ファイルはお客様のパソコンにあるファイルで、ご自身で削除できます。
棚卸は、履歴をお客様の Wix サイト上のデータコレクションに持ち、削除の機能も自動の削除もありません。サイトのデータ管理の機能でお客様が消すか、当方（support@hullspark.com）にご連絡いただくまで残ります。控えが必要なときは、先に「履歴を CSV で書き出す」をお使いください。アプリを外した後に Wix がこのコレクションをどう扱うかは、Wix によります（下記）。アンインストールの前に、履歴を書き出してください。ブラウザにある入力途中の数は、14 日で捨てられるか、ブラウザで Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消去すると消えます。
ピッキング・梱包リストは、Wix サイトにも当方にも何も保存しないため、削除ボタンがありません。画面の明るさと言語の選択は、ブラウザで Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消去するまでブラウザの中に残ります。PDF と CSV はお客様のパソコンにあるファイルです。宛名・住所入りのものは特に、ご自身で削除してください。
商品 SEO 一括編集は、Wix サイトにも当方にも何も保存しないため、削除ボタンがありません。元に戻す記録・型と、第 3 項に挙げたその他の記録は、アプリで「この記録を捨てる」を押すか、元に戻すか、ブラウザで Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消去するまで、ブラウザの中に残ります。当方に写しはなく、当方からは見ることも削除することもできません。元に戻す用のファイルはお客様のパソコンにあるファイルです。ご自身で削除してください。アプリが商品に書いた SEO の設定は、ふつうの商品の SEO の設定です。Wix で変えるか、「元に戻す」で以前の設定を書き戻してください。
Low Stock Alert: アプリを開き、ページの下の「このアプリのデータをすべて削除」を押してください。アプリは、自分が作ったまとめ通知のオートメーションの削除も試み（Wix に拒否された場合、残ったオートメーションは何も実行しないので、Wix オートメーションで削除できます）、3 つのコレクションに保存した行を削除し（削除できない行があればそう表示します）、削除に成功した場合はブラウザに保存した上記 5 つの項目も消し、削除した件数を表示します。コレクションの入れ物（中身のない枠）そのものは残ります（Wix がアプリから消せない仕組みのため）。2026 年 10 月より前の版（13.0）にはこのボタンがまだありません。商品を一覧から「外す」で 1 つずつ外すか、当方へご連絡ください（コレクションを空にする方法をご案内します）。13.0 のコレクションは「Low Stock Thresholds」だけです。
アンインストールしてもデータが削除されるとは限りません。Low Stock Alert、送り状CSV、棚卸にはアンインストール時に動くコードはなく、アプリを外したときの扱いは Wix の文書に書かれておらず、実際のストアで Low Stock Alert を外して入れ直したところ、中身が残っていました。消したい場合は先にデータを削除してください。
送り状CSVには削除ボタンがありません。サイトに保存するのは月と件数の行だけで、個人データではありません。削除の方法はお問い合わせください。ブラウザの項目は、ブラウザで Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消去すれば削除できます。削除によって、商品・注文・Wix 自体の設定が変更されることはありません。
営業日カレンダーは、Wix 上にアプリ自身のデータを持たないため、削除ボタンがありません。設定はページに置いたウィジェットのプロパティなので、ウィジェットの設定パネルで変えるか、ウィジェットをページから外してください。訪問者や所有者のブラウザにあるプランのメモは、タブを閉じると消え（使われなければ 5 分で効かなくなり）、当方からは見ることも削除することもできません。アプリをサイトから外したあとに Wix が何を保持するかは Wix の扱いで、当方からは見ることも削除することもできません。
休業日まとめ設定には削除ボタンがありません。サイトに残るデータは休みそのものだけだからです。アプリを外したとき:休みの予定はブッキングのカレンダーに残り、その日の新規予約は止まったままです。アプリを外す前に、休みを取り消してください（「設定済みの休み」の一覧で取り消します）。先に外した場合は、残った休みをブッキングのカレンダーから手で消せます。ブラウザの中の設定は、お使いのブラウザで Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消去するまで残ります。当方はコピーを持たず、見ることも消すこともできません。
予約表の印刷と CSVには削除ボタンがありません。お客様のサイトにも当方にも何も保存しないためです。アンインストールしたとき:アプリがサイトに残すものはありません。ブラウザの 4 つの設定は、ブラウザで Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消すまで残ります（当方は写しを持たず、見ることも消すこともできません）。ダウンロードしたファイルは、お客様が消すまでパソコンに残ります。

商品の棚番メモは、メモをお客様の Wix サイトのデータコレクション「Shelf Notes」に保存します。商品 1 つのメモを消すには、その商品のメモを開いて「メモを削除」を押します（4 項目をすべて空にして保存しても同じです）。その行が削除されます。自動削除も「すべて削除」のボタンもありません。コレクションを空にするには、Wix CMS で行を削除するか、support@hullspark.com（日本語・英語）へご連絡ください。当方が削除します。アンインストールしたとき: アプリのページ、メニューの項目、バナーは消えますが、コレクションはお客様自身のデータとして残り、アプリを入れ直すと戻ります。Wix は、アンインストールだけではアプリのコレクションを削除しません。メモはお店のデータで、当方には写しません。ブラウザの 2 つの設定は、ブラウザで Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消すまで残ります。
情報セクション一括管理は、取り消し用の記録をお客様の Wix サイトのデータコレクション「Info Section Runs」と「Info Section Undo Log」に保存します。アプリには記録の行を削除する機能も自動削除もありません。実行を取り消せるように、また月ごとの数が正しくなるように、行は残ります。削除するには、Wix CMS で行を削除するか、support@hullspark.com（日本語・英語）へご連絡ください。当方が削除します。ある実行の行を削除すると、その実行はアプリから取り消せなくなります。無料プランで今月の行を削除すると、アプリが数える今月の数が減ります。実行を取り消すと商品は元に戻りますが、その行は削除されず「undone」になります。商品の情報セクションはお客様のストア自体で変更されるため、アンインストールしてもそのまま残ります。アプリ自身はアンインストールのときにコレクションを削除せず、コレクションはお客様自身のデータです。記録はお店のデータで、当方には写しません。ブラウザの 2 つの設定は、ブラウザで Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消すまで残ります。
アレルゲン一覧表は、料理と設定をお客様の Wix サイトの 2 つのデータコレクションに保存します。アンインストールしたとき:ウィジェットはページから消えますが、2 つのコレクションはお客様ご自身のデータとしてそのまま残り、アプリを入れ直すと戻ります（Wix は、アンインストールしてもアプリのコレクションを自動では削除しません）。空にしたいときは、Wix の CMS で行を削除するか、support@hullspark.com（日本語または英語）へご連絡ください。当方が削除します。登録した料理とアレルゲンの内容はお店のデータで、当方には複製されません。ブラウザの設定は、ブラウザで Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消すまで残ります。
Bulk Tracking Importには削除ボタンがありません。「Import History」は直近 20 回分だけを残し、古いものは自動で消します。「Monthly Usage」と「Column Mappings」は、サイトのデータ管理の機能でお客様が消すか、当方（support@hullspark.com）にご連絡いただくまで残ります。作成した発送記録は通常の Wix の発送記録ですので、Wix で変更してください。ブラウザの項目は、Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消すと消えます。ダウンロードしたファイルはお使いのパソコンにあるファイルですので、ご自身で削除してください。アプリにはアンインストール時に動くコードがないため、消したいときは先にデータを削除してください。
Stuck Ordersには削除ボタンがありません。無料プランはサイトに何も残しません。Pro では、「Daily Summary」は直近 30 日分を自動で残し、「Settings」は、サイトのデータ管理の機能でお客様が消すか、当方（support@hullspark.com）にご連絡いただくまで残ります。ブラウザの項目は、Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消すと消えます。書き出したファイルはお使いのパソコンにあるファイルです。アプリにはアンインストール時に動くコードはありません。
Guest List Builderは参加者のデータを保存しません。列のテンプレートはアプリの中で削除できます。「Guest list: column templates」の行は、サイトのデータ管理の機能でも消せます。ブラウザの項目は、Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消すと消えます。CSV ファイルと印刷したシートには参加者の氏名と連絡先が入りますので、ご自身で削除または廃棄してください。アプリにはアンインストール時に動くコードはありません。
Daily Booking Capには削除ボタンがありません。設定の行とログの行は、サイトのデータ管理の機能でお客様が消すか、当方（support@hullspark.com）にご連絡いただくまで残り、アプリがログの行を自動で消すことはありません。アンインストールしたとき: アプリにはアンインストール時に動くコードがなく、Wix がコレクションや予約の確認をどう扱うかは Wix によります（下記）。Wix のアプリ一覧から外し、消したいときは先にデータを削除してください。
Auto Order Taggerには全削除のボタンがありません。ルールはアプリの中で削除できます。実行の記録の行は、サイトのデータ管理の機能でお客様が消すか、当方（support@hullspark.com）にご連絡いただくまで残ります。すでに注文に付けたタグは通常の Wix の注文タグですので、Wix で外してください。アプリにはアンインストール時に動くコードはありません。
Post Author Bulk Editorには削除ボタンがありません。利用回数と変更の記録の行は、サイトのデータ管理の機能でお客様が消すか、当方（support@hullspark.com）にご連絡いただくまで残ります。変更の記録の行を消すと、その変更はアプリで取り消せなくなります。設定した著者は通常の記事の著者ですので、Wix で変更してください。アプリにはアンインストール時に動くコードはありません。
Price & Stock Historyには削除ボタンも自動の削除もありません。履歴は、サイトのデータ管理の機能でお客様が行を消すか、当方（support@hullspark.com）にご連絡いただくまで残ります。先に控えが必要なときは「CSV で保存」をお使いください。アプリにはアンインストール時に動くコードがないため、消したいときは先に書き出して削除してください。
Plan Switch Guard: アプリを開き、「検知の記録を削除」を押すと、4 つのコレクションの行をすべて削除します（空のコレクションは、Wix がアプリによる削除を認めないため残ります）。終了させた注文は通常の終了した Wix の注文で、アプリでは戻せません。アプリにはアンインストール時に動くコードはありません。
Bookings Bulk Editorは、お客様の Wix サイトにも当方にも何も保存しないため、削除ボタンがありません。ブラウザの項目は、Wix ダッシュボードのサイトデータを消すと消えます。CSV ファイルはお使いのパソコンにあるファイルです。サービスに書き込んだ変更は通常のサービスの設定ですので、Wix で変更してください。
Sold-out to the End: カテゴリーのデータを消すには、アプリでそのカテゴリーをオフにします。もとの並び順に戻り、保存した一覧は空になりますが、カテゴリーの行は、サイトのデータ管理の機能でお客様が消すか、当方（support@hullspark.com）にご連絡いただくまでコレクションに残ります。アプリにはアンインストール時に動くコードがないため、もとの並び順に戻したいときは、先にカテゴリーをオフにしてください。
お客様ご自身に関する情報 support@hullspark.com にご連絡いただいた場合、お返事のためにメッセージと当方の返信を保管し、最後のやり取りから 2 年以内に削除します。Wix から当方に提供される、お客様のインストールや課金に関する情報（インスタンス ID やプランなど）は、本アプリの提供とサポートのためだけに使います。
7. 利用者の権利（GDPR・UK GDPR 等）
お客様の顧客のデータについては、サイトの所有者であるお客様が管理者（controller。個人データの扱いを決める立場）です。Hullspark がお客様に代わって個人データを扱う限りにおいて、Hullspark は処理者（processor）として、お客様の指示にのみ従って扱います。各アプリは注文・商品・顧客のデータを当方に送らず、当方も写しを保持しないため、当方はお客様の顧客の個人データを保有しません。お客様が付与した権限は、お客様に代わって Wix の中でそのデータを読み取り、送り状CSVの「追跡番号を読み込む」では選んだ注文に発送を登録するため、棚卸ではお客様が確認した在庫の数を書き込むため、商品 SEO 一括編集ではお客様が選んだ商品の SEO の見出しと説明を書き換える（Pro の代替テキストの機能では、代替テキストのない画像に代替テキストを入れる）ためのものです。ほかのアプリが書き込める内容は第 2 項に記しています。発送記録（Bulk Tracking Import）、注文のタグ（Auto Order Tagger）、記事の著者（Post Author Bulk Editor）、プランの注文の終了（Plan Switch Guard）、サービス（Bookings Bulk Editor）、カテゴリーの商品の並び順（Sold-out to the End）などです。サイトに保存されたデータに関するご請求は、Wix の機能をお使いいただくか、当方へご連絡ください。1 週間を目安に、遅くとも 30 日以内に回答します。

ホスティング、通信の暗号化、アクセス制御は Wix が提供します。本アプリのデータコレクションは、サイトの管理権限を持つ人とアプリ自身だけが読み書きできます。アプリは Wix プラットフォーム上で動作し、Wix の認証・権限の仕組みを使います。必要最小限の権限のみを要求します。Low Stock Alert はコード上、商品・在庫・カテゴリーの読み取り、アプリ自身のプランを読む「Manage Your App」、自身のまとめ用オートメーションの作成、Pro のまとめメールを送るための Wix のメール権限（「Manage Email Marketing」）を使い、連絡先・注文・顧客・会員は読みません、送り状CSVは注文の読み取りと注文の管理（「追跡番号を読み込む」で発送を登録するため）、売上仕訳CSVは注文の読み取りと、アプリ自身のプランを読むための「Manage Your App」（注文は変更しません）、棚卸は在庫の読み取りと書き込み（旧カタログのストアでは商品の管理も）と「Manage Your App」、ピッキング・梱包リストは注文と発送記録の読み取りと「Manage Your App」（注文は変更しません）、商品 SEO 一括編集は商品の読み取りと、その SEO の設定および（代替テキストの機能での）画像の代替テキストだけの書き込み（旧カタログのストアでは商品の管理も）と「Manage Your App」、休業日まとめ設定は、カレンダーの予定とスタッフ・部屋の一覧を読み、休みの予定を書き込むために必要な権限と、アプリ自身のプランを読む「Manage Your App」だけを求めます。予約表の印刷と CSV は、カレンダーの予定を読む権限「Read Calendar」（参加者の個人情報を除く）と、アプリ自身のプランを読む「Manage Your App」だけを求め、予約は変更しません、アレルゲン一覧表は、自身の 2 つのコレクションの Wix Data の読み書きと「Manage Your App」、メニューの読み込みのための Wix レストランのメニューの読み取りを求めます（Wix がこの権限を広い範囲のレストラン権限としてしか用意していないため、インストール時にお店が承認します。アプリが使うのは料理の ID・名前・表示中かどうかだけで、注文・予約・顧客・支払いは読みも書きもしません）。商品の棚番メモは、ストアの商品とカタログの版の読み取り、自身のコレクションの Wix Data の読み書き、アプリ自身のプランを読む「Manage Your App」を求め、商品は変更せず、注文・顧客・会員は読みません。入口は、処理の前に呼び出し元がお客様のサイトにサインインしている利用者であることを確認し、そうでなければ「forbidden」を返します。情報セクション一括管理は、ストアの商品の読み取りと書き込み（書くのは、選んだ商品の情報セクションの一覧だけ）、ストアの情報セクションとコレクションとカタログの版の読み取り、自身の 2 つのコレクションの Wix Data の読み書き、アプリ自身のプランを読む「Manage Your App」を求め、注文・顧客・会員は読みません。入口は、処理の前に呼び出し元がお客様のサイトにサインインしている利用者であることを確認し、そうでなければ「forbidden」を返します。営業日カレンダーは、アプリ自身のプランを読むための権限「Manage Your App」を 1 つ要求します。Low Stock Alert のアプリ自身のルート（まとめ通知、テスト通知、カテゴリー）は、処理の前に、呼び出し元がお客様のサイトにサインインしている利用者であることを確認します。営業日カレンダーのプランの入口は訪問者からも呼ばれ、Pro かどうか（はい／いいえ）だけを返します（インスタンス ID は、Wix にサインインしている利用者にだけ）。月間予約カレンダーは「Read Bookings Calendar Availability」「Read Bookings - Public Data」「Manage Your App」だけ、ブログ目次は「Read Blog」「Manage Your App」だけを求め、どちらも Wix のものを何も変更しません。この 2 つのアプリの入口は訪問者からも呼ばれるため、リクエストの形をすべて検査し、2 に挙げた項目だけを返します。Bulk Tracking Import、Stuck Orders、Guest List Builder、Daily Booking Cap、Auto Order Tagger、Post Author Bulk Editor、Price & Stock History、Plan Switch Guard、Bookings Bulk Editor、Sold-out to the End の権限は、アプリごとに第 2 項に記しています。どのアプリもパスワード・API トークン・決済情報を求めません。脆弱性の報告は support@hullspark.com へ。
