Terms of Use — Hullspark Wix Apps
1. What these terms cover.
These terms apply to the apps Hullspark publishes in the Wix App Market (each an "App"): the shipping label CSV app (送り状CSV出力 / Japan Shipping Label CSV), Low Stock Alert for Wix, Business Day Calendar JP (営業日カレンダー), Closure Days for Bookings (休業日まとめ設定), Booking List Print & CSV (予約表の印刷と CSV), Allergen Chart for Restaurants (アレルゲン一覧表（メニュー用）), Picking & Packing List for Wix (ピッキング・梱包リスト), Stocktake (棚卸), Sales Journal CSV for Yayoi and freee (売上仕訳CSV) and Product SEO Bulk Edit. The name shown on the Wix App Market listing may differ slightly. Our apps for Atlassian are covered by the Atlassian terms page. By installing or using an App you agree to these terms. If you install an App for a business, you confirm you may do so on its behalf.
The App Market itself, and your Wix account, are governed by Wix's own terms, including the Wix App Market Terms of Use. Wix is not a party to these terms and, under its own terms, is not responsible for the content or performance of third-party apps.
2. What the Apps do.
The Apps run inside your Wix site or dashboard and use Wix's platform and APIs, with the permissions you approve when you install or update them. What each App reads and changes is described in the Privacy Policy for Wix apps. We may change, add or remove features over time.
3. Free and Pro.
Each App can be used free of charge, with a paid Pro plan that unlocks more features or higher limits. What is included in each plan, the price and any trial period are those shown on the App's listing in the Wix App Market at the time you subscribe. We may change plans and prices; a change to a price you are already paying takes effect only as Wix's billing allows, and we will not charge you outside Wix.
4. Billing, cancellation and refunds.
Paid plans are billed through Wix, not by Hullspark. We do not see or store your payment details. The rules that apply are in the Wix App Market Terms of Use. In short: for an ongoing subscription you can delete the App, stop using it and notify Wix (support@wix.com) before the end of the current billing period to avoid further charges, and you will not receive a refund for the current billing period (section 14.2); purchases are generally final, but Wix may, in its sole discretion, refund a purchase if the App does not work properly (section 12.5). Refunds are therefore decided by Wix, not by Hullspark. If an App does not work as described, write to support@hullspark.com first; we will try to fix it, and you may also raise it with Wix support. Wix's terms may change, so check the current version.
5. Your responsibilities.
You are responsible for your Wix site, your orders, your products and your customers' data, and for using the Apps lawfully. In particular, the Apps produce files and make changes that you must check before you rely on them:
- CSV files for carriers and accounting software (shipping label CSV for carriers; Sales Journal CSV for Yayoi and freee): check the output, for example by importing a small sample first, before you ship or book real orders. Carriers' and accounting software's import formats and rules can change without notice to us.
- Picking and packing lists (PDF and CSV): these are internal working lists for your own staff, not files for carriers or accounting software. They may contain recipients' names and addresses; handle and delete them as personal data.
- Product SEO bulk edit: this App overwrites the SEO title and description of many products at once, which can affect how your products appear in and rank on search engines. The undo record is kept only in your browser and in the file you download, so keep that file until you are sure you do not need to undo the change, and review the preview before you apply it.
- Closure Days for Bookings creates time-off blocks in the Bookings calendar of each staff member and room for the days you close, which stops new bookings on those days. Check the blocks it creates (the dates, and which staff and rooms), and keep in mind it does not change or cancel bookings that already exist. Remove your closures in the App (the "Closures" list) before you uninstall it: the blocks stay in your Bookings calendar after uninstall, and new bookings stay blocked on those days until you delete the blocks by hand.
- Booking List Print & CSV: the printouts and CSV files list your customers' bookings (date, time, service, staff, number of people) for your own staff. Check them against your booking calendar before you rely on them, and keep them private.
- Allergen Chart for Restaurants shows the table you enter. The accuracy and currency of the content, including every allergen entry and every dish imported from your Wix menu, are the restaurant's responsibility, and you must keep it up to date. The chart is not a substitute for legally required labelling. You must accept the notice in the App before the chart appears on your site.
- Business Day Calendar is a widget shown to the visitors of your public site. Check what it displays (dates, holidays, cut-off times) before you publish the page.
- Changes the Apps make to your store (for example registering fulfillments on orders, or writing stock quantities in Stocktake): they happen only when you press the button to do so. Review the confirmation screen first. Keep your own backup or export of the data (for example the history CSV) where the App offers one.
- Calendars and notices (business day calculations, low stock alerts): check them against your real calendar and stock, in particular holidays and delivery cut-off times that are specific to your business or carrier.
You must not use the Apps to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to interfere with Wix or its services, or to try to copy or resell the Apps.
6. Warranty.
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" (to the extent we are able to provide them). We try to make them work as described, but we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, that they will fit your particular needs, or that their output (including any CSV file, stock figure, date or accounting entry) is correct or accepted by a carrier or by accounting software. The Apps depend on Wix's platform, and we are not responsible for changes to or outages of Wix. This clause does not exclude any right that you have under law that cannot be excluded, including rights of consumers under Japanese law.
7. Limit of liability.
Hullspark is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost sales, lost data or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use an App. Our total liability to you for all claims related to the Apps is limited to the greater of (a) JPY 10,000 and (b) the total you paid Hullspark through Wix for the Apps in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. This applies whether or not you use a paid plan. This section (both the exclusion of indirect loss and the cap) does not apply to loss caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law (including consumer protection law).
8. Ending use.
You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it in Wix (and cancelling any paid plan as described above). We may suspend or stop providing an App, for example if you breach these terms or if Wix withdraws the App; where a paid plan is affected, billing and any refund are handled through Wix. Sections 5 to 7 and 10 continue to apply after use ends. Please read the Privacy Policy for what stays on your site after you uninstall.
9. Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms, but only within reasonable limits (for example to reflect changes to the Apps, to Wix's platform or terms, or to the law). We will post the new version at this URL with an updated effective date. For a change that is unfavorable to you, we will post a notice on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect, stating what changes, the new wording and the effective date. If you keep using an App after the effective date, you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the App.
10. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Please contact us first at support@hullspark.com to try to resolve any issue.

利用規約 — Hullspark の Wix アプリ
1. 対象
本規約は、Hullspark が Wix App Market で公開するアプリ（以下「アプリ」）に適用されます。対象は、送り状CSV出力（Japan Shipping Label CSV）、Low Stock Alert for Wix（在庫アラート）、営業日カレンダー（Business Day Calendar JP）、ピッキング・梱包リスト、棚卸、売上仕訳CSV（弥生・freee）、商品 SEO 一括編集、休業日まとめ設定（Closure Days for Bookings）、予約表の印刷と CSV（Booking List Print & CSV）、アレルゲン一覧表（メニュー用）（Allergen Chart for Restaurants）です。App Market の掲載名とは多少異なる場合があります。Atlassian 向けのアプリは別のページをご覧ください。アプリをインストールまたは使用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとします。事業としてインストールされる場合は、その事業のために同意する権限があることを確認したものとします。
App Market と Wix アカウントには、Wix App Market Terms of Use を含む Wix 自身の規約が適用されます。Wix は本規約の当事者ではなく、Wix の規約上、第三者のアプリの内容や性能には責任を負いません。
2. アプリの内容
アプリは Wix サイトまたはダッシュボードの中で動作し、インストールや更新の際にお客様が承認した権限の範囲で Wix のプラットフォームと API を使います。各アプリが何を読み、何を変更するかは、Wix アプリのプライバシーポリシーに記載しています。機能は今後変更・追加・削除することがあります。
3. 無料と Pro
各アプリは無料でお使いいただけます。有料の Pro プランでは、機能の追加や上限の引き上げがあります。各プランの内容、価格、試用期間は、お申し込み時点の Wix App Market の掲載に表示されたとおりです。プランや価格は変更することがあります。すでにお支払い中の価格の変更は Wix の課金の仕組みが認める範囲でのみ反映し、Wix の外でお客様に請求することはありません。
4. 課金・解約・返金
有料プランの課金は Hullspark ではなく Wix が行います。当方はお客様の支払い情報を見ることも保存することもありません。適用されるのは Wix App Market Terms of Use です。要約すると、継続課金のアプリは、アプリを削除して利用をやめ、現在の請求期間が終わるまでに Wix（support@wix.com）に知らせれば、以後は請求されません。当期の請求期間の分は返金されません（14.2 項）。購入は原則として確定ですが、アプリが正しく動作しない場合は Wix の裁量で返金されることがあります（12.5 項）。したがって返金の可否は Hullspark ではなく Wix が判断します。アプリが説明どおりに動作しない場合は、まず support@hullspark.com にご連絡ください。修正に努めます。Wix のサポートにご相談いただくこともできます。Wix の規約は変わることがあるため、最新の内容をご確認ください。
5. お客様の責任
Wix サイト、注文、商品、お客様の顧客のデータ、および適法な利用はお客様の責任です。特に、アプリが出力するファイルや行う変更は、お客様が確かめてからお使いください。
- 運送会社や会計ソフトに取り込む CSV（運送会社向けの送り状CSV、弥生・freee 向けの売上仕訳CSV）: 実際の出荷や仕訳の前に、少数のサンプルを取り込むなどして出力を確認してください。運送会社や会計ソフトの取り込み形式・規則は、当方に知らされないまま変わることがあります。
- ピッキング・梱包リスト（PDF と CSV）: 社内の作業用のリストで、運送会社や会計ソフトに渡すためのファイルではありません。宛名・住所が入ることがあるため、個人データとして扱い、不要になったら削除してください。
- 商品 SEO 一括編集: 多数の商品の SEO のタイトルと説明を一括で上書きします。検索結果での表示や順位に影響することがあります。元に戻す記録はお使いのブラウザとダウンロードしたファイルにだけ残るため、取り消す必要がなくなるまでそのファイルを保管し、適用の前にプレビューをご確認ください。
- 休業日まとめ設定（Closure Days for Bookings）は、休みにした日ごとに、各スタッフと各部屋のブッキングのカレンダーへ休みの予定（予約不可の時間帯）を作り、その日の新規予約を止めます。作られた休み（日付、対象のスタッフと部屋）をご確認ください。既に入っている予約は変更・キャンセルしません。アプリを外す前に、アプリの「設定済みの休み」の一覧で休みを取り消してください。アンインストールしても休みの予定はカレンダーに残り、その日の新規予約は止まったままです。残った場合はブッキングのカレンダーから手で削除してください。
- 予約表の印刷と CSV: 印刷物や CSV には、お客様の予約（日付・時刻・サービス・担当スタッフ・人数）が載ります。社内の作業用に使い、頼る前に予約カレンダーと照らし合わせ、外に漏れないよう管理してください。
- アレルゲン一覧表（メニュー用）は、お店が入力した内容を表にして表示します。内容の正確さと最新性（アレルゲンの登録と、Wix のメニューから読み込んだ料理を含みます）はお店の責任で、常に最新に保ってください。この表は、法令上の表示の代わりではありません。サイトに表を出すには、アプリ内の注意書きへの同意が必要です。
- 営業日カレンダーは、公開サイトの訪問者に見える部品です。ページを公開する前に、表示される内容（日付・休業日・締め時刻）をご確認ください。
- アプリがストアに加える変更（注文への発送の登録、棚卸での在庫数の書き込みなど）: お客様がボタンを押したときだけ行われます。先に確認画面をご覧ください。履歴の CSV など、書き出しの機能があるものは、ご自身で控えを取ってください。
- カレンダーや通知（営業日の計算、在庫アラート）: 実際のカレンダーや在庫と照らし合わせてください。特に、お客様の事業や運送会社に固有の休業日や締め時刻にご注意ください。
アプリを、法令に反する目的、他者の権利の侵害、Wix やそのサービスへの妨害、アプリの複製や再販売のために使うことはできません。
6. 保証
アプリは「現状のまま」、かつ提供可能な範囲で（as available）提供します。説明どおりに動作するよう努めますが、中断やエラーがないこと、お客様の特定の目的に合うこと、出力（CSV ファイル、在庫の数、日付、仕訳を含む）が正しいこと、運送会社や会計ソフトに受け付けられることは保証しません。アプリは Wix のプラットフォームに依存しており、Wix の変更や障害について当方は責任を負いません。本条は、消費者としての権利を含め、法律上排除できないお客様の権利を排除するものではありません。
7. 責任の制限
Hullspark は、アプリの使用または使用不能から生じる間接損害、付随的損害、結果的損害、逸失利益、売上の損失、データの損失、事業の中断について責任を負いません。アプリに関するすべての請求についての、お客様への責任の総額は、(a) 1 万円と (b) 請求の原因となった出来事の前 12 か月間にお客様が Wix を通じて Hullspark に支払った額の合計の、いずれか高い方を上限とします。有料プランをお使いかどうかを問いません。本条（間接損害等の免責と上限の両方）は、当方の故意または重大な過失による損害、および消費者保護の法律を含む強行法規により制限できない責任には適用しません。
8. 利用の終了
お客様は、Wix でアンインストールすることで（有料プランは上記のとおり解約したうえで）いつでも利用をやめられます。お客様が本規約に違反した場合や、Wix がアプリを取り下げた場合などに、当方がアプリの提供を停止することがあります。有料プランに影響がある場合の課金と返金は Wix を通じて扱われます。第 5 条から第 7 条と第 10 条は利用の終了後も有効です。アンインストール後にサイトに何が残るかは、プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
9. 規約の変更
本規約は、合理的な範囲（アプリや Wix のプラットフォーム・規約、法令の変更への対応など）に限って更新することがあります。新しい版はこの URL に掲載し、発効日を更新します。お客様に不利な変更は、効力が出る 30 日前までにこのページで、変更する事、新しい内容、効力の日をお知らせします。発効日の後も使い続けた場合は、更新後の規約に同意したものとします。同意されない場合は、利用をやめてください。
10. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、お客様の居住国の強行的な消費者保護の規定には影響しません。問題が生じた場合は、まず support@hullspark.com にご連絡ください。
