How to print a monthly class schedule from Wix Bookings

You teach classes and want the month on paper: on the studio wall, in a flyer, or as a file for a message. Here is what Wix Bookings does on its own and where a printed month needs more.

Short answer

Wix Bookings has no button to print your schedule. The Help Center request says it is currently not possible to print out your schedule of upcoming sessions from the Booking Calendar [1].
Wix's suggested workaround is a CSV export of booking data, which you can open in Excel or Google Sheets and print [1].
That export is a list of bookings, not a month grid with the classes laid out by day [2].
If you want the month as a one-page timetable, the Month Calendar for Bookings app does that on its Pro plan.

What Wix offers

In the Booking Calendar, Manage then Export booking data gives two reports as CSV files: a Booking List (session date, start time, client details, service name and the status of the booking) and Staff Hours [2]. You choose a date range, and you cannot customize the fields [2].

For a class schedule that does not change much, that works as a plain list. It is built around bookings, so it carries client names and emails you may not want on a studio wall. You would also have to turn the rows into a calendar yourself.

On your site, Wix can show class times in the Service List, Service Page, Booking Calendar, Daily Agenda and Weekly Timetable [3]. Those are web displays. I found no print or PDF option for them in the Help Center.

Where the app adds value

Month Calendar for Bookings reads the same classes it shows on your site calendar. Its Pro plan adds a dashboard card, Print / PDF monthly timetable:

What it prints: one landscape page for the month. Each day lists the start time and name of its classes. Cancelled classes are crossed out and marked "Cancelled". The foot of the page names the time zone the times are in.
Paper: A4 or Letter. Letter is the default in the US and Canada, A4 elsewhere, and you can switch.
Week start: Sunday or Monday.
Month: this month and the 12 after it.
Shop name: optional, up to 60 characters, printed at the top. If you have several class types you can tick which ones go on the page.
"+N more": a day's cell holds a fixed number of lines. When a day has more classes than fit, the cell shows the first ones and ends with "+N more" (or "ほか N 件" in Japanese). The preview notes how many classes were folded this way, so you can check before you save.

You create a preview, look at it, and save the PDF. The page is drawn in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere. The PDF is a picture of the page, so its text cannot be selected or searched. A Japanese shop name or class title needs a Japanese font on the device you use; the card warns you if it finds none.

Pro only. On a free plan the card is visible with its controls switched off.
Classes only. One-to-one bookings and courses are not shown.
It prints names, start times and cancelled marks. It does not print seats left, and it does not read customers.
You print the PDF with your own printer; the app does not send anything to a printer.

Steps

Open the card. In the Wix dashboard, open Month Calendar for Bookings and find "Print / PDF monthly timetable".
Choose the month, paper and week start. Add a shop name and untick class types you do not want.
Create the preview. Check the days, and look for "+N more".
Save the PDF and print it, or send it as a file.

Can Wix Bookings print a monthly class schedule?
