Does Wix Bookings have a monthly calendar view for classes?

You want visitors to see the whole month of classes at once. Here is what Wix Bookings shows on its own and where it stops.

Short answer

  • No month view that lists all your classes at once. The Wix Help Center request says customers see the available times in a weekly calendar and that a monthly calendar is not possible [1].
  • Wix is collecting votes for the feature. The page shows a vote button but no vote count [1].
  • Visitors move between weeks with the date range or the back and forward arrows [1].

With the weekly view, a visitor has to page through week after week to find the days that have a class.

What Wix shows on your site

For classes, the Help Center lists a weekly timetable, a daily agenda, the booking calendar, and the service list and service page [2]. The service list and service page show the days a class is offered only for recurring sessions. A one-time session does not appear there unless you set it to repeat weekly and add an end date [2].

A forum thread from February 2025 shows the same limit: a reply from the Wix Bookings team account said Wix Bookings does not support a view of upcoming classes across a month, and suggested a third-party calendar app [3]. A separate thread confirms the weekly timetable shows classes only [4].

Where it falls short: a visitor who wants to know which days of the month have a class has to step through the weeks one by one.

Where the app fills the gap

A month grid fills that gap. There is a Wix app for this, Month Calendar for Bookings. You place its widget on a page in the Wix editor. Each day in the month grid shows the time and name of its classes. Tap a date and that day's list opens with the seats left, and classes with room link to their booking page when the class has one. On a narrow screen the days get coloured dots instead.

Free shows the current month and one class. Pro lets visitors move up to 12 months ahead and shows several classes at once, colour-coded in 8 colours. The widget has settings for the week start, hiding full classes, the language and light or dark.

  • Classes only. One-to-one bookings and courses are not shown.
  • It needs Wix Bookings. Booking and payment still happen in Wix Bookings.
  • It reads class names, times, seats left and booking page links. It does not read customers or the people who booked.

Questions

Will Wix add a monthly view?

Wix lists it as a feature request and is collecting votes. I found no date, and planned features can change or be cancelled [1].

Can the app show one-to-one appointments too?

No. It shows classes only. One-to-one bookings and courses are not shown.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. On a narrow screen the days get coloured dots, and tapping a date shows that day's classes and the seats left.
