In four lines

  1. The problemAfter a shelf count, fixing stock means opening each product in Wix and typing the number, then hoping nothing was missed.
  2. Where it livesThe Stocktake page in your Wix dashboard menu. It has two tabs, Stocktake and History. Products and their variants are listed in one table.
  3. What you doType the counted quantity on each row, or paste a column from Excel or Google Sheets. The gap to your Wix stock shows as an increase (green), a decrease (red) or no difference (grey). Filter by product name or SKU. Press “Update stock”, check the dialog, and confirm.
  4. The resultStock is corrected in one reviewed step, and a record of the before and after numbers is kept.

Who it is for

How it works in 3 steps

  1. Enter the counts. Type the quantity you counted on each row. You can also paste one column of numbers from a spreadsheet, or two columns, SKU and count, to fill the rows with that SKU. Numbers you have typed stay in the same browser if you close the page.
  2. Check the gap. Each row shows how far your count is from the Wix stock. Rows without a count, or where the count equals the Wix stock, are left alone.
  3. Confirm and update. The dialog shows how many products will change, the net change and the first five “before → counted” numbers. Stock changes only when you press the confirm button.

What it does

Counted quantity in, gap in colour

Products and variants sit in one table. Typing the counted quantity shows the difference at once: green for more, red for fewer, grey for none. A progress bar shows how many rows you have counted.

Always a confirmation before anything is written

The dialog lists the number of products to change, the total change and the first five rows as “before → counted”. If a sale moved the stock of a product while you were counting, that row shows “when counted → now”, and you choose either to adjust by the difference or to count again. Updating is blocked until you have chosen.

The old numbers are kept

Every update stores the stock before and after it in the History tab. You can export the history as CSV. If you update by mistake, enter the old number again, less anything sold since, and update once more.

Try it without products

“View a sample” lets you try the screen with made-up products. The app does not read or write your store data in that mode.

English and Japanese, light and dark

The screen comes in English and Japanese, in light and dark. The language follows your saved choice, then the Wix dashboard language, then the browser language, and you can switch it on the screen.

What it can and cannot do

  • Free: up to 30 products per update (a product with many variants counts as one), and the history of the last 30 days. Pro: no limit on products and an unlimited history. The price is on the Wix App Market listing.
  • Typing a number does not change Wix stock. What is written is the quantity you counted. If you choose to adjust for a change, the app writes your count moved by what changed in the meantime.
  • Products with “Track inventory” turned off in Wix cannot be counted here. They are shown in grey.
  • The app can read and write products and inventory, check your store catalog version and check this app’s plan. It does not read customers or orders.
  • Not included: barcode scanning, automatic stock correction and a phone-only screen.

Questions

Does my stock change as soon as I enter a number?

No. Stock is written only when you press "Update stock" and then confirm in the dialog. What is written is the exact quantity you counted.

What if a sale comes in while I am counting?

The row of that product shows "when counted → now". Choose to adjust by the difference or to count again, then update. Rows that already succeeded stay updated.

I updated by mistake. Can I undo it?

The History tab keeps the stock from before each update, and you can export it as CSV. Because the app writes the number itself, if something sold after the update, enter the old number minus those sales and update again.

Can I paste counts from Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. One column of numbers fills down from the first row. Two columns, SKU and count, fill the rows with that SKU. It shows how many rows will be filled before you apply it.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free lets you update up to 30 products at a time and keeps 30 days of history. Pro has no product limit and an unlimited history. The price is on the Wix App Market listing.

What happens to products that do not track inventory?

Products with "Track inventory" turned off in Wix have only in stock or out of stock, not a number, so they are shown in grey and cannot be counted here.

Can I try it without products?

Yes. "View a sample" lets you use made-up products. The app does not read or write your store data in that mode.

Can the app see my customers or orders?

No. It has permission to read and write products and inventory, to check your store catalog version and to check this app's plan.

Is the app available in Japanese?

Yes. The screen is in English and Japanese, in light and dark.
