How can I show all my Wix Bookings classes for the whole month?

You run classes in Wix Bookings and want visitors to see every class day of the month, and the seats left, without paging through weeks.

Short answer

  • Wix Bookings has no view that lays a whole month of classes out for visitors. A reply from the Wix Bookings team account on the community forum says Wix Bookings does not support this type of view [1].
  • The site owner in that thread said the Services page showed only the next 7 days of one-off classes [1]. That number is theirs, not a figure from the Help Center.
  • The Help Center's own request page says the available times show in a weekly calendar and that a monthly calendar is not possible [2].

What Wix shows on its own

If a class is missing, start here. The Help Center names five places that show class times: the weekly timetable, the daily agenda, the booking calendar, and the service list and service page [3]. It states no maximum number of days or weeks for them. It does say one thing that can explain a missing class:

So if a class is missing, check first whether it is a one-time session. If it is, repeating it weekly with an end date is Wix's own answer. That still leaves the weekly view: visitors cannot see the month at a glance.

Where the app fills the gap

A month grid shows the days at a glance. There is a Wix app for this, Month Calendar for Bookings. You place its widget on a page in the Wix editor. Each day in the month grid shows the time and name of its classes. Tap a date and that day's list opens with the seats left, and classes with room link to their booking page when the class has one. On a narrow screen the days get coloured dots instead.

Free shows the current month and one class. Pro lets visitors move up to 12 months ahead and shows several classes at once, colour-coded in 8 colours. The widget has settings for the week start, hiding full classes, the language and light or dark.

  • Classes only. One-to-one bookings and courses are not shown.
  • It needs Wix Bookings. Booking and payment still happen in Wix Bookings.
  • It reads class names, times, seats left and booking page links. It does not read customers or the people who booked.

Why is my one-time class missing from the Services page?

The Help Center says the service list and service page show recurring sessions only, unless a one-time session is set to repeat weekly with an end date [3].

Does the app show how many seats are left?

Yes. Tap a date and that day's classes open with the seats left. Classes with room link to the booking page.

Can it hide full classes?

Yes. The widget has a setting to hide full classes.

Not verified

I read the Wix Help Center pages and the forum thread on 2026-10-29. The Help Center does not say how many days each view reaches, so the 7 days is one site owner's report. I did not set up a Wix Bookings site to test the views for this article. The app description follows the app's code as of 2026-10-29. Wix screens and features change.
