How to get one pick list for all your unfulfilled Wix orders
You want one sheet that says how many of each product to take off the shelves for today’s orders. Here is what Wix gives you for that, where it stops, and one way to get the sheet.

Short answer
- I found no Wix setting that adds up a product across orders. The help article on fulfilling orders covers a packing slip for one order and the Print Orders button, and says nothing about a pick list [1].
- Print Orders prints orders. You tick the orders on the Orders tab and click Print Orders [1]. Wix says the printable order page cannot be customized [4], and a forum user reports that the layout differs between the list view and an opened order [6]. Another user wrote in January 2026 that custom fields now print on the order [6].
- A CSV and a spreadsheet can do the adding. Select the orders, click Export and choose “Item purchased” for one row per bought item [3]. Then total the quantity per product in a spreadsheet. It works, but you repeat it every day.
- An app can build the pick list for the orders you tick. See the app section.
Wix prints the orders. Nothing in its help adds the same product up across them.
What Wix lets you do
- Print the orders. On the Orders tab tick the orders and click Print Orders [1]. You get the orders, and you add up the products by eye.
- Export and total. Select the orders, click Export and pick the layout. “Item purchased” gives each bought item its own row, and “Orders” gives each order one row [3]. Open the CSV in a spreadsheet and make a pivot table or a SUMIF per product or SKU. The file is CSV, and purchase times in it are in UTC [3].
- Mark orders as fulfilled. Wix suggests marking orders as Fulfilled once they are processed [1]. That keeps the list of what is waiting short, but it is not a pick list.
Menu names change, so check them in your own dashboard.
Where this stops
- The adding is yours. You have to find the color and size columns yourself and remove refunded or shipped lines.
- Order numbers next to the totals take extra work. To find which orders hold a product you look back at the export.
- Printing is fixed. The printable order page cannot be customized [4]. A user reported in April 2026 that the print layout changes depending on where you start printing [6].
- Others hit the same wall. A store owner in August 2025 knew orders could be bulk printed and still needed a different sheet for packing [5].
If you want it in one file
The app Picking & Packing List adds a page to your Wix dashboard. Under “1. Orders waiting to ship” you tick the orders you will pack. These are orders not yet shipped or only partly shipped. Cancelled, payment-failed and archived orders are not listed, and up to 1,000 orders are loaded. “2. Picking list” then adds up the same product with the same options into one row with the quantity and the order numbers. Red M and blue M stay on separate rows.
You can sort by product name or by SKU and tick each row as it comes off the shelf. Those ticks live on the screen only and are not saved. Refunded lines, downloads, services and lines fulfilled by a partner are left out, and for a partly shipped order only the part not yet shipped is counted. Where Wix holds no shipping record for it, or the read fails, the row shows the full count and is marked “Partly shipped - check the count”. The mark also appears when the count is otherwise unclear. “3. Get the files” makes the picking list as an A4 PDF or as a CSV. The CSV opens in a spreadsheet app and keeps the leading zeros of SKUs and order numbers.
The picking list never carries names or addresses. Dates in the date filter follow Japan time. What customers typed is printed at the end, by order number, unless you untick “Print what customers entered”. The app only reads your orders and does not change them. Order data is not stored, and the files are made on your device. The free plan lets you choose up to 20 orders per list and Pro has no limit. The PDF and the CSV are both free.

Questions
Does Wix have a pick list?
I found none. Wix’s help on fulfilling orders covers a packing slip for one order and a Print Orders button, and does not mention a pick list.
How do I total products across Wix orders without an app?
Select the orders, click Export, choose the “Item purchased” layout, and total the quantity per product or SKU in a spreadsheet.
What happens to the same product in different sizes?
The app adds up only the same product with the same options. Red M and blue M are separate rows.
Does the pick list show customer names and addresses?
No. The picking list never carries them, but what customers typed (a gift message, for example) can include a name.
Are shipped or refunded items counted?
Refunded lines, downloads, services and partner-fulfilled lines are left out. For a partly shipped order only the part not yet shipped is counted, and a row whose count is unclear is marked to check.
Does the app change my orders?
No. It only reads them and does not mark anything as shipped.

I read the Wix Help Center and the Wix Studio forum on 2026-10-29. I did not click through these steps in a live Wix dashboard. I found no forum thread that asks for a combined pick list in those words, so the questions cited here are the nearest ones about printing orders in bulk. I read every post in the forum threads. They are not official Wix documentation. I did not check how color and size appear in a Wix export. Dates in the app’s date filter follow Japan time, so most US orders placed after the morning show the next day’s date. The PDF is A4, and a US printer will scale it to Letter. The description of the app follows its code as of 2026-10-29. Wix screens and features change.
